The property is divided into two elegant independent apartments (one upstairs and one downstairs), fully air-conditioned and equipped with electric blinds. It is the ideal choice for couples and families looking for their own space, as well as for large groups who want to rent the entire house while maintaining their privacy.
The first apartment is on the ground floor, at street level and without any steps. Its direct, barrier-free access makes it incredibly comfortable and accessible. It features a large living room with a television and high-speed Wi-Fi, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and an elegant bathroom with a shower.
