We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The property was exactly as described—immaculate, well-appointed, and in a great location. The host was incredibly responsive and went out of their way to make us feel welcome, providing helpful local tips and making sure we had everything we needed. The space was comfortable and spacious, with all the amenities we could have hoped for. We especially enjoyed the view, the cozy decor, and a standout feature of the place. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay again in the future!

The place was fantastic for what we needed. Walkable access to many great restaurants, a small grocery store that had plenty to work with, and a gym. Well outfitted kitchen, great WiFi and smart tv. Comfy beds. It’s in a gated community with several other clusters of condos, each with their own gate & security. Be prepared to tell security you are renting an Air B&B with the info that Michael sends you every time you come in. Michael’s communication was excellent and friendly. Very great value four our family of four! I

One word: Breathtaking. Such a beautiful apartment with a stunning view of the San José mountains. I enjoyed living in the secure place with my friends, and it’s so tidy and beautiful and conveniently located. The hosts also kept on checking on me and my party, and were very kind. 100% recommend.

Great location, right on the main street and next to Sabana park. Nice view from the room too. Very convenient to visit the markets, museums etc. The noise from the street did not bother me at all. Would definitely stay here next time in San Jose.

My stay at Kevin's apartment was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the immaculate cleanliness and stylish decor of the space. The apartment was exactly as described, if not better. The location was perfect—situated conveniently close to local attractions, and great dining options, yet still quiet and peaceful for a restful night's sleep. Kevin has clearly put a lot of thought into the comfort of his guests, from the plush bedding to the fully equipped kitchen that had everything I needed for my stay. Kevin himself was a wonderful host. He was incredibly responsive to any questions I had and went above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable stay. He even provided a helpful guide with recommendations for places to visit, which made exploring the area so much easier. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Kevin's apartment to anyone looking to stay in the area—it's a true home away from home.

Excellent location, 3 minutes walking from Avenida Escazu, where you can find a variety of restaurants, shops, cinema, cafes, stores, parks, mini market. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable and safe. Cliff is an excellent host, communication with him was quick and effective. I highly recommend Cliff's apartment.

I thought it was a great location, easy access to Heredia, San José or Alajuela. Very tidy and clean with everything you need to be comfortable.

My visit was for a few days, however everything was incredibly good. Sebastian was super attentive, communication was super fast and easy. The apartment is very well located and has everything you need to have a great time. I will definitely be back soon.

The apartment is spacious, it has everything you need to be comfortable. The building's security personnel were very friendly and efficient taking me to the designated parking lot. Everything inside the apartment worked well. The pool is semi-Olympic so you can swim at ease if you practice this sport. There are shops in the main area of the building, restaurants and convenience store. Mr. Warren very attentive and quick to respond, I had a very quiet time. Thank you very much!

An excellent place to stay either for a few days or for a week like our case, impeccable place, as shown in the photos, the location is very good, there is a lot to do in the surroundings and don Miguel as a host was always attentive to us and clarified all the doubts we had Highly recommended, we look forward to returning soon

It’s not the first time I stayed there. Israel is always very friendly and flexible. It’s recommend it.

This is a nice listing in a very-well located building. Check in/out was super easy and staff are genuinely friendly. Tons of restaurants, shops, Starbucks, groceries... everything is an easy walk away. Very safe neighborhood. Host is incredibly good at responding messages and providing assistance. This building has an actual lap pool (25-m long), which in itself is already a good reason to book this unit!

Convenient location to Heredia and Cariari. We stayed here for my spouse’s birthday for a weekend in the GAM, and it was comfortable and convenient. Walkable to a few useful places (a handful of restaurants, convenience stores, and accessible to the bus line) while still feeling very private and peaceful. Check-in with the gate guard was painless and quick.

Leonardo's place is located in a quiet secure gated location. There is a nice duck pond nearby in the general area around 5 minutes walk up on the road. Great nature scenery around the condominium, like mountain views. Overall a good stay.

We appreciated a comfortable house. With view, central, quite, safe parking inside. Tips for customers: we stayed only one night, all the amenities (toilet paper, coffee) were sized precisely for 1 day or one service. Possibly if you need to cook you need to bring your stuff. Gil answers fast and at the point. Good for 1 night!
