The host is awesome!! Super friendly and efficient if there’s any problem. He built everything by himself so he can fix everything immediately. I stayed here for 2.5 months and I have zero complaints (from the room, the host, the location and even the neighborhood) It’s a super popular spot and I’ll go for this place again for sure if I’m gonna visit Poznan!!

Beautiful and comfortable apartment. The bed and linens were great. Although the blinds were somewhat sheer, it did not interfere with our ability to sleep well! Terrace with chairs and table added to the comfort! Lots of room and great counter space in the kitchen! Parking in underground garage was a welcome bonus! Would definitely stay here again!

Our First visit to Poznan, Just over two weeks. Thank you Nico for a super Stay at Over The Roofs, We had everything we needed. We admired your work and attention to detail. Such a Cozy place. Great communication throughout. Great location, Grocery store just across the road, super Pizza Pakamera, great drinks at Vandals, great service at Beauty Garden Salon, found a Spa all near by. We enjoyed the local Park and found so many hidden gems. We will certaunly be back.

Location, location, location is amazing & the main reason we chose this unit. Literally steps away from the mall, grocery stores all around & 5-6 min walk at the most to the main square. The unit was squeaky clean, fantastic hosts (very responsive) and excellent WiFi (we work remotely & needed zoom)! Also, area is very nice & most importantly felt extremely safe in the building! Literally no one can access the floor without a key. We will definitely keep this place in mind for our next visit.

Great Apartment everything you need is there! Only downside is the location a bit far out for the centre apart from that enjoyed our stay.

A really nice apartment in a residential area. The hosts responds quickly to all messages in a professional manner. One of the locks did not cooperate the day before check-out and the table was crooked when we arrived. Minor details to which the hosts wanted to solve immediately. Due to the location close to our family, public transport and supermarket we would definitely stay again.

very nice apartment, great location, supervised paid parking,very useful because little parking space . Bed for 2 people a little pity . i would recommend it without any problem.

A lovely place to stay located just 5/10 mins from the centre of Poznan. Beautiful apartment, nicely decorated and very clean. Found the entrance easily and the instructions left were straight forward. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone. Super quiet too which is lovely for something so central.

Cozy apartment with an easy walk to the Oldtown area. Perfect place if you're in the go and want to have somewhere that's close to restaurants, shopping center, and bars.

Totally worth it and I recommend, one of the better airbnb I've been to, the hot tub is extra, I wish we were there for such a short time, but I'll be sure to come back <3

Marek is very responsive and has a clear instruction about check in. The apartment is incredible. It has anything we need, and meanwhile we feel so cozy staying in the living room. We do enjoy our stay. I extremely recommend Marek!

I recommend, very good location, clean apartment, bathtub is impressive. You just have to think about better ventilation, there's moisture.

Great place, really worth the price:) Clean, tidy, will delight the eye of any person who appreciates architectural gems:) Małgorzata is a very warm and friendly person, she waited for us and showed us around the complex at check-in despite the late hour, for which I was very grateful to my guest 🫶 The neighborhood is very quiet, closed, with lots of charming restaurants around, and the free pool is an absolute must-visit! Recommended:)

It was a good stay with an adequate price for it. Small place for up to 2 people to stay. Accommodation has everything you may need for your stay. Communication with owner was nice and pleasant.
