A truly special place. Our second time staying and it lived up to our memories. Great for large groups, kids, dogs... everyone. Fireplace and hot tub were definite highlights but there are comfortable seats and nooks everywhere. Will definitely be coming back again.

Great spot - even better than expected. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook whatever your heart desires. The house is spacious and the layout perfect for groups needing some space. There are two full bathrooms one on each floor. And we absolutely loved the wood fireplace with extra wood just steps from the back door. The complex is awesome with a wonderful pool and hot tub and we were especially grateful for the free shuttle that picked us up right outside and took us to k1 lodge. Alexandros was a great host and even worked with us when we accidentally booked the wrong weekend. We appreciated his flexibility and understanding. Looking forward to the next trip!

The house was beautiful, modern and full of light. We were provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, conveniently close to all the key spots, making it easy to get around. The open and airy design added to the sense of relaxation, and the overall ambiance was fantastic. The only minor issue we encountered was a slight smell downstairs, but this was easily managed with a candle. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would happily stay here again!

My family and I had a wonderful time! Larry is very sweet, gave us a tour, offered to help with docking our boat and even offered my husband the tools to fix the bunk on our trailer. The house is big and beautiful!! Very clean, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need!! The hot tub is definitely a bonus as we used it everyday!! The dock was perfect, we had room for our pontoon boat and jet skis. All around the perfect place for some R&R!!! My family and I love Cossayuna Lake as we are semi local and it was our first experience with an Airbnb. Thank you Larry for sharing your home!! Highly recommend this for your next vacation!!

This is my second time here! Perfect for extended family to get together. Between walking the property, spending time in the pool, and getting the farm tour, there is so much to do and make the time with family so magical. Added bonus: Beautiful sunsets!

Wonderful, well equipped, sparkling clean, cozy cabin. Spacious backyard with a grill and a fire pit. I loved the smell of the wood inside! Very warm and has everything you may need for your stay. FYI, the cabin is on the same property as anoter rental and owner's house just off route 7. We liked the convinience to near by hikes and to Manchester and Rutland. Super sweet, friendly hosts. If you are staying with a dog, make sure to include them in your reservation.

Nancy was a great host from the second we booked her listing. Her home was immaculate and the perfect location for our weekend away. Nancy provided us with so many recommendations on local restaurants, bars, spas etc. A home away from home. We can’t wait to visit again, thanks again.

The ABC was a unique gem in a great location for a winter ski trip. Nestled right off a main road our stay felt peacefully secluded yet easily accessible. I would recommend this spot for small groups or couples looking for a cozy stay!

The house was exactly as advertised. We travelled to Rochester as a family for a wedding. The house is spacious enough for 6 + adults with ample space so that any of us could find a place to have quiet time if needed. The hosts are very responsive and accommodating. We recommend Dan and Peggy’s house to anyone travelling in this beautiful part of Vermont.

We had a very relaxing stay here while visiting the Saratoga Springs area. What a great find! It was perfect for my husband and I and our dog. It is cozy, comfortable, and clean. It was so convenient to get to Saratoga Springs and many places to explore right nearby. We had lots of places to hike and tons of history in the area. The view from the deck is breathtaking in the morning when the sun rises.

Michael was kind, friendly and accommodating. He communicates clearly and makes you feel at home. The property and home are terrific. Everything you need is there.... but the pictures don't convey what a feast for the eyes the home is. You should book it for yourself and see! It's a gem.

Our stay was wonderful. Even though the storm in Florida and South Carolina tried irs best to foil our plans it did not. Once we all settled in , Saturday morning we took to the streets as it was an absolute beautiful fall day ...thank you so much for allowing us to rent your chalet...i do hope we will come back in a couple years and request your home again...thank you also for suggesting some options for jayne getting there. I appreciated everything you did....

Large and well-furnished space just minutes from Killington ski area! Erin was a great communicator and the property was beautiful. Great home base to explore the area in winter or summer.

Great communication with host, easy to understand his instructions. Clean place to stay and easy to ski in and out of Mount Snow. The sports center was amazing! We loved the indoor pool, hot tubs, exercise facility and game room! Would stay again!

We had a lovely Labor Day weekend stay at Julie’s house. There was lots of space indoors and out. The hot tub, pool, fire pit, and grill were all put to good use and made our stay so homey and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all the tools and appliances needed. The location is excellent with easy access to 87, SPAC, and the race track.

Loraine (and her husband, Dean), were warm, gracious, and extraordinary hosts. Their architecturally stunning barn conversion, and gorgeous property, exceeded my expectations, and made for a magical and relaxing respite. Their property location was a scenic car ride to so many desirable touring destinations in both NY and VT., but just spending time on their many acres was a restorative experience all it’s own. An amazing traveller’s value, and I sure hope to return one day!

We enjoyed this condo! It fit our group of 5 adults and a baby with no problem. The kitchen has a big table we all sat at for dinners and games. It was convenient to Killington, Woodstock and Rutland. Jonathan was great at communicating quickly, and sharing recommendations (Sugar & Spice was great!). Check-in and out was easy and Jonathan was accommodating with our early arrival/late check out requests. It felt clean and well taken care of. Would recommend!

This condo was perfect for a ski getaway. The location was perfect, shuttle was so helpful, and Scott was very responsive. 10/10 would reserve this condo again!

Our trip was amazing. We’ve stayed in Killington before but it didn’t compare to this experience. The home is beautiful, everything you can possibly need and more !! The host had a few tickets for the gondola that he was able to offer us which saved us a ton of $$ and was more spectacular than our trip to Stowe. All in all, it was 10/10. Thank you for hosting us.
