Our stay at Adam’s place was great and would recommend for anyone looking to spend time in Hudson. He was super responsive and even let us check in early which made our trip super seamless. Adam’s place is awesome!

Staying in Phoenicia was a delight. In just 3 days, the studio apartment became my home. The kitchen is exceptionally well stocked and with the dining area, full bath and large bonus enclosed porch off the back the apartment is larger than I expected. Alma and Jame's have created a serene, light-filled and friendly space. There are many thoughtful touches - like extra blankets - that made me feel welcomed and well-cared for. Every time I thought - "I wonder if there's (feel in the blank)" the answer would be "yes." I was attending a yoga retreat and didn't have as much time as I would have liked to explore the area. The guidebook provided excellent references for restaurants, cultural attractions and hikes. And Alma and James even helped me arrange a massage at the studio. Thanks for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay. I'll be back.

We were able to make ourselves right at home. The home is set well back from the road and quiet, but it is only 1 minute by car from a trailhead, 2 minutes from a gas station & convenience store, 4 minutes away from our daughters house, and 6 minutes from downtown! The full-size stove and refrigerator were particularly helpful because we had Thanksgiving provisions! My husband and I both enjoyed the bed and shower. The bedroom could use a reading lamp by one of the easy chairs. We're planning to come back.

Based on the reviews I was expecting basic and Jennifer’s place was more than basic. Half and half and oatmeal was unexpected and welcome. Apartment was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Really lovely.

We have stayed at a good amount of places in Warwick and Patrick’s place was our favorite stay. Super clean and cozy place that was absolutely walkable to the village area. The heated bathroom floors were a game changer and the fireplace stove in the sun room allowed for a very comfortable stay. Will def book Patrick’s place again.

Great place with lovely views!!! Beds were very comfy. I felt very refreshed after sleeping which I rarely feel at hotels/ airbnbs. Carl was very friendly and passionate about hospitality.

We had stayed in the main house last year over the December holidays because we are originally from the area but we moved out of state. It was perfect for three adults. We even hosted a breakfast for six of us and cooked a few dinners and there was a dishwasher which was perfect. This time it was just two adults for a short stay to participate in some holiday parties so we stayed in the apartment. My husband loved that there were two TVs as he loves to watch TV in the bedroom before bed. There is no dishwasher but that was fine because it was a shorter stay and we ate out or just used the microwave for our meals. If I am not cooking a large meal I can handle not having a dishwasher. For us the location is perfect because it is near family and friends. Keep in mind this is an area with no sidewalks and no street lights. If you are looking for a quiet street this is the place. It is walking distance to a lake, too.

Really enjoyed my stay. Great amount of space, rooms were large with lots of storage. Cute kitchen with all the necessities. Close to shops and restaurants. Diane responded quickly with any questions we had and was super friendly.

Jenny’s place was an amazing home away from home in Hudson. The apartment is super quiet and clean, close to everything. Amazing restaurants, bars, and shopping all close by and in walking distance. Definitely will be back to stay again. Comes with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds.

This was a great stay for a New York hiking trip - close to all the trails we wanted to explore, clean and comfortable. The bedding kept us super warm even through the cold nights. There was some light sound from those in the house above the stay, but was very reasonable!

Terrific view of the Hudson River and several flyovers by the local bald eagle made this stay stand out. Dan is a fantastic host who lives above this unit but very quiet. Interior of the unit is impeccably clean and thoughtfully decorated. Hope we can stay again on a future trip.

Jordyn’s place was the perfect size for a couple and just two blocks away from the main street of Hudson. We stayed for two nights, and the apartment perfectly met our expectations. We felt right at home!

My fiance and i went to stay for a last minute relaxing winter weekend in new paltz at ami’s place and LOVED it! the space was amazing with the hot tub and sauna, the view of the mountains alone was stunning and it felt so private! the apartment had everything we needed and we enjoyed the complimentary kombucha! the property is a mile walk to town and it it wasn’t so cold we would’ve walked to get our morning coffee ! ami even attached passes to the montauk mountain reserve!! the stay was beyond relaxing and we will be back in the summer to enjoy another stay! you can’t miss staying here !

Lovely quiet, pet-friendly place above the garage but note that there is a steep staircase to get up to the second floor. Very friendly hosts - greeted me on arrival and had left the door unlocked so entry was easy and the key was available for my use. Comfy bed, cozy and warm rooms with remote-controlled mini-splits in both the living room and bedroom. Bathroom with tub and separate shower - the water pressure was not as strong in the shower as I would have liked, but it was nice to have the skylight in there. My GPS found it easily but a larger sign with the house number would be helpful, especially at night. I would definitely stay there again.

My boyfriend and I had a great time! The view was stunning in the snow, and the place was gorgeous. Theresa and Ben were so kind and welcoming, we’d definitely go back!

Cozy barn loft with a great view and setting. Nicole was very responsive and helpful. The hot tub felt great after a day of hiking. Would definitely come back.

This house was exactly what we were looking for. A group of us took our sons up for the West Point football game and we had a blast! The unit is incredibly well taken care of and the hot tub was a hit! We will definitely be back next season!

This condo was very comfortable to stay in. The furnishings & wall art are all very nice. The complex itself is rustic, perfect for its mountain location.

Our stay at Brian’s place was great. The space was extremely clean, the location convenient to restaurants in town and the mountain for skiing. The host even went the extra mile to make check-in as easy as possible for us as we got in late. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone!
