We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property, it was the perfect holiday retreat for our family. The house was spotless,spacious,and filled with natural light,offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The garden was ideal for kids to play,and we enjoyed many cozy evenings together. Everything we needed was provided and the hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The location was also fantastic,close to local attractions yet quiet enough for restful nights. We truly felt at home and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend for families looking for a relaxing getaway! Thank you Mike and Luisa!

This is my third time at Ms Teng's place. As always, I feel right at home and I'm happy to see the working area again (the chair and table helps in the efficiency of one's work). I sincerely appreciate the snacks and Ms Teng's warm communication. What you see in the photos is exactly what you will get. There's toothbrush kits, soap and shampoo. A TV for those who want to watch Nextflix, YouTube, etc. It has a bunch of streaming selections in case you're subscribed. Plus a nice view of Iloilo City. Thank you Ms Teng for another wonderful and stress-free stay in your abode.

Alice's place was wonderful--at the center of the city, comfortable beds, spacious but peaceful atmosphere. Go here if you want a staycation-like experience at Iloilo where you can relax and go out to eat good food. The Airbnb, cleaners, receptionists, and guards also carry that kind Iloilo mannerism which we greatly appreciated during our stay. There is also a microwave for those wondering though as of this time, it is not yet indicated on the listing.

Iloilo is indeed a City of Love----but what made our trip even more memorable was staying at Karen’s Place. It truly felt like home! Even if you just stay in, it still feels like a vacation. The property is spotlessly clean, fully equipped with all the essentials. The AC is cold, the bed is super comfy, and we had zero issues with the internet—perfect for remote work. Karen is a very responsive and accommodating host, and the check-in/check-out process was a breeze. The building’s security personnel were also friendly and helpful. Plus, the view from the cozy nook area is just lovely. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Iloilo!

Lisas place is a cosy small studio in a modern Building easy to reach and close to a couple of shopping centres and the smallville complex. It provides the right balance between quiet life and close to the action. the apartment is wel equipped and spotless clean. everything works as it should. Philippin Apartments are small, which can be challenging for tall people. This is the best AirBnb i have ever stayed.

Great place to stay, everything was as expected, comfy bed and blanket. Good water pressure in the shower. I had a minor issue with the Wi-Fi suddenly disappearing, but it was resolved by the host after I notified them. I can recommend this place and I wouldn’t mind staying there again.

Twas a perfect spot in the city. Accessible to restaurants within the vicinity! Great place to stay. Overlooking view and with a touch of the morning sun! Cold AC. Easy instructions. With ample supplies in the bathroom. Highly recommended! Thank you for letting us stay in your cozy place.

This condo and Iloilo City exceeded any of my expectations. It's overlooking the pool, the city and Gumaris Island. Day or night the balcony is inviting you to just take in everything. Just a few minutes walk and I was in a newer, safer, cleaner and more affordable Beverly Hills, California except it's full of Filipinos and their 5 star hospitality! The entire condo staff was excellent and extremely helpful to this newbie. My host Grace was very accommodating before, during and up to check out. I highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting Iloilo City for the first time.

Mr Gabriel is very responsive to all queries, he is very friendly and very helpful, The room and building was very clean and everybody in the building was friendly even all the gate guards, highly recommned.

Had a nice stay here. Beautifully designed interior. It’s about 15 minutes grab ride from a local mall, vista mall. The host was outstanding in terms of little additional amenities and care. I was surprised by this, as many hosts neglecting this. There are some games and books to peruse. The host was also attentive and responsive. There is a large kitchen for cooking with lots of equipment and things you might need. The WiFi was good enough for Netflix, YouTube, and general browsing. It didn’t work well enough for my video calls and multimedia uploads (I work from home) but it sounds like the host may upgrade it in the future. Overall 5 stars, I would recommend it, and appreciate the experience.

The place is spacious, making it a great option for families. It's also conveniently located on the same floor as the building amenities, with easy access to the pool—which my toddler absolutely loved. The only issue we encountered was a kitchen sink leak on the second day (not due to our use, as we didn’t do any heavy cooking). It seemed like it might have been caused by a blockage or maintenance issue from previous stays. Despite that, our overall experience was good. Plus, Atria’s location is very accessible to everything.

Had a wonderful time at Gladys's place in ILO! Great, quiet location, still close enough to cafes, 7/11 and one of the malls. The condo was lovely and perfect for our needs, and Gladys was super helpful and responsive the whole time. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

I had a spectacular stay here! My host was extremely accomodating during the busy season in Iloilo as it was Dinagyang and the additional technical issues of the booking! She was very communicative and assisted me with all my queries. I recommend this stay to anyone in Iloilo who would like to be close to the city and all the fun. Her place was exactly like the pictures, clean, tidy and a great view. Thank you! Will definitely stay here again

I couldn’t be happier and more satisfied with the overall services and utmost care my brother and his small family have been provided by Denloyd! If you are looking for a place to stay in Iloilo City, with excellent accommodations, inside and outside their place, Denloyd’s provided services exceeding expectations. He responded to my inquiry very promptly, and was able to accommodate my brother’s family after the initial and fully paid accommodations at another website failed to let them check in. Denloyd, thank you so much for all your help! I am looking forward to staying at your place myself. I will highly recommend you to families and friends!

Very comfortable for our 1-week stay visiting Iloilo. Grab ride into town was about 90p. The 7-11 down the block was useful for quick items and loading up Grab-app.
