Perfect to be a few days near the beach in one of the most demanded places currently in the north of Spain. Very bright, comfortable and clean apartment

The apartment is quiet but at the same time it is a short walk from downtown and the promenade, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. It's not big but with everything you need to spend a few days for 3 people. Well connected also to visit surrounding villages. Yanira is very friendly and attentive. We're excited for the welcome touch.

We had a wonderful four days in this comfortable relaxing apartment. We felt instantly at home there and were able to cook for ourselves easily in the compact but well equipped kitchen space. The apartment was a perfect base for some amazing walks, two (easily more) from the front door, that both seemed magically to end up at the bar by the little Rio Nivandi (from where the apartments presumably get their name) in Espinsma just nearby - thirst quenching cañas of Radler and Ambar flowing nicely!

The apartment is great, all spotless, 2 full bathrooms, 3 double bedrooms, 3 double bedrooms, very large dining room and fully furnished kitchen. And everything super clean. That's how it tastes. Everything is phenomenal. To be done, I'm sure

Very friendly welcome from Jose, he allowed us to store our bikes in his garage which was a real bonus! Very nice apartment, very comfortable with all the amenities plus a few provisions for breakfast etc Great location easy walk to the town/beaches Parking space in underground garage Only negatives are there is only an inner courtyard view and no extractor fan (or window) in the bathroom Neither of these was a problem Would definitely recommend

Totally recommended, and communication with Eusebio has been smooth, making him accessible at all times. As for the accommodation, the location is quiet and is in a very accessible location for most points of interest in the area. The apartment is clean and fully equipped, and it's as comfortable as being at home. A plus, also, if you are traveling with a dog. We'll be back!

Very nice apartment, clean, comfortable and bright. It had all the amenities that are advertised. Blanca was very helpful and kind to us, as well as the house, she offered us a list of things to do in San Vicente. We will definitely be back!! 😊

The location was in a super quiet environment and the host responded quickly to questions. He also left us a welcome gift, everything is highly recommended!

This lovely flat is clean and in good condition. It is in the middle of Llanes, above a Pizzaria, surrounded by shops and restaurants. (The windows keep the noise out if they are closed at night.) The town beach is about 5 minutes walk away.

Best host, best location. Will definitely recommend and also come back :)

We had a great time in Garabandal and Maria was a terrific host. She waited for us at the limit of the village when we arrived. She helped us with everything during our stay. Her spacious apartment is amazing with every piece of equipment that you need. There is a fantastic mountain view from the windows. Her apartments are recommended for everyone who seeks a quiet and peaceful accommodation in San Sebastián de Garabandal.

The apartment is very cozy and has everything you need. Central location in the old town but also close to the beach. Owner responds quickly to all questions.

We were very very comfortable in the casita. Salomé was very friendly and helpful. The area of the house is very quiet and you can enjoy nature, it is also accessible and 10 minutes from Cangas. In addition, the house was very nice, and had everything that is included in the description. We definitely want more!

Very nice and comfortable stay, the apartment has everything you need. The host was very attentive and thoughtful, we loved it, to repeat again. The area is very quiet, it is only 10 minutes from downtown walking with all the services: banks, restaurants, shops... Llanes is close to many places and fabulous places, ideal for all kinds of sports and adventure activities.

I highly recommend staying at Noelia's house! A very quiet area, near Ribadesella. The house is very cozy, clean and with a special charm.

Couple trip with our dog (the one I definitely enjoy it the most) Wonderful surroundings, wonderful service, spectacular facilities, quiet, super safe for the dog to be loose around. Our dog was delighted, he befriended Piston, the dog of the owner of the property and he was left a little bed that he loved. We'll be back without hesitation

She is very sorry! We have been staying in the Budokan apartment and it is as it appears in the first photo. The place is very quiet and very cozy. It is also located in a very good area with which it allows you to move to several locations in a simple way. Contacting Miguel Angel is very simple, he responds very quickly and makes it easy for you to have any questions you have effectively. The check-in, stay, and check-out has been all on its own with the help of their directions and it's all really straightforward. A place I keep for a next time! Great place!

A perfect place in which to spend our 3 nights in Llanes. So spacious & close to restaurants, shops & lovely walks. We arrived by bus & were able to walk to the accommodation. After a week on the road it was great to have washing & drying facilities. We stayed Tuesday to Thursday & nighttimes were quiet. Recommend to anyone looking for an alternative to a hotel in Llanes
