Vacation rentals with a patio in Post Falls

The place was amazing very comfortable and cozy. The bathroom was a little small but definitely do able. The kitchen was amazing and nice to cook in only thing was I could find a kitchen fan while I was cooking so we ended up opening the door and using a portable fan to help move everything outside. The bed was so comfortable. And the tv was amazing. If and when I go to scarywood again I would definitely book with Nick again. Also loved waking up to the turkeys in the yard we nice to see a bit of wildlife other then the squirrels.

The place was great! More room than I was expecting. I liked the kitchen area and a good amount of amenities. The bathroom was clean and pretty spacious. The host was also very fast at communicating when clarify anything or answering my question. Would definitely stay here again and also appreciated that it was pet friendly!! My pups enjoyed their stay as well!

We were thrilled to find Tiffany’s place available for the night we had plans in Spokane! It was walking distance to one of our favorite restaurants The Onion, and The Spokane Comedy Club where we had tickets for a show. She was quick to respond when we had trouble finding the garage entrance and was friendly in all proceeding interactions. The condo was beautiful! The windows and view are incredible! Decor is chic and elegant, but still functional and cozy. All necessary amenities were provided for our short stay. We really appreciated the noise machine, as it is downtown and can be noisy. The safety of the parking garage gave us peace of mind during our stay, and we loved being able to walk everywhere! Next time we stay in Spokane, this will be our first choice!

Our stay was lovely! We had only a short time but it was just what we needed. Clean, looked like the pictures, and honestly just so easy to get comfortable in right away. A great space and a fantastic host! Thanks Jaci! Would come back any time.

This place was pretty great. We loved the space and how open and clean it was. There was plenty of room for all 5 of us to spread out and relax as we dealt with a stressful trip. We were very close to all of the events we needed to attend, which helped a lot! The beds were delightfully comfortable, and we all appreciated that we could adjust the temperature in each room to our preferences. It was difficult to find this apartment, as Apple maps sent us to a neighborhood about 5-10 minutes away, and Google maps sent us to the complex across the street. We got it figured out, but it wasn't easy breezy. The bedrooms all face the brightly lit parking lot. Be prepared that the blinds do not keep out the light.

What a lovely stay we had! The place was perfect for us! Kitchen was beautiful and had more than enough cookware and dishes. The house was very clean and cozy, each bedroom had a comfortable bed and plenty of space. The bathroom is modern and very clean. The whole house is cozy vibes with lots of modern touches to the decor. Lots of extra towels and blankets available, and I always love having a fan when I sleep. I was pleasantly surprised when I found one in the closet. The best thing about this space was the backyard. You can’t tell from the photos, but there is a large well maintained backyard, fully fenced in for our dog. It was great! 😊 I highly recommend a stay here! Host was friendly and responsive.

Nice comfortable and clean. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. Easy walk to Downtown CDA. We would come back. Cynthia was very accommodating and easy to contact.

Super sweet and quick responsive host! Place was clean and just as described! We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again despite the house being located between a very nice and sometimes sketchy area. Had men in our group which made it feel safer with kids, but not the hosts fault at all. Would still stay again! Cars were safe on the street with no issues. AC was working perfectly along with the hottub. Thanks L!

My fiance and I stayed here for two months and had an absolute blast. Jen is so nice and gave us great recommendations for the area. We felt right at home and the house was extremely nice and updated. Just the right size for what we needed to work remotely. Movie theater upstairs was AWESOME. Didn’t think we’d use it that much but we were up there every night watching shows and films. We biked on the Route of Hiawatha, rented a boat on Coeur d’Alene lake, went and had Hudson’s hamburgers, saw the craziest fireworks show for 4th of July that we’d ever seen, drove 3 1/2 hours to Glacier National Park, hiked Tubbs Hill… the list goes on and on. One thing to mention is I wouldn’t come here with the intention of having a loud or rowdy group. The homes are close together and while we made great friends with the neighbors, most people living in this gated community are older so it wouldn’t be wise to do something like a bachelor party here, etc. Thanks again! What an amazing place to live.

The South Perry Bungalow was very comfortable, homey, clean and the location was great for going into town to the south and the north. At the end of the day, it was really nice to come home and be comfortable. Denise had a setup for our dog that included a dish for water and another dish for food. I saw that as soon as we entered the home and knew we were at the right place! Denise had all the amenities in the bungalow that we needed or wanted, and the parking was great! I would definitely go back to the South Perry Bungalow if I was making a trip to Spokane!

Deb's place was a perfect spot for a very quick work trip. the house is absolutely adorable. so clean. so warm and honey. very modern and updated. the location is centrally located making it easy to get around town. Debra was easy to communicate with and got back to almost immediately when I had questions. I would absolutely use her place again!

Hannah's place was spotlessly clean, spacious, perfectly located, quiet and we'll set up for what I needed.

The condo is very well kept and nicely decorated. All of the utilities we found were very useful and made it feel very homely. The surrounding area was nice to walk around and felt very safe. We appreciate the goodies.

We loved our stay in Michele's condo overlooking the river. Parking for 1 small car onsite was great. Location very nice, walkable to some restaurants, shopping, even a movie theatre. Or a nice walk along the river. The condo was beautiful and well maintained, and we really loved sitting on the balcony in the morning having our coffee overlooking the water and would not hesitate to rebook this excellent home again.

Our stay was great. Holly and Connie provide a clean, comfortable place with great location and many comforts including a well equipped kitchen if you want to cook. The view over Lake Pend Oreille is fabulous. We enjoyed TVs in the upstairs living space (kitchen, sitting area) as well as in the bedroom downstairs. We visited in the off-season (early December), so didn't take advantage of the deck and grill. But everything else was as described, so I have no doubt that in the right season, people would enjoy the outdoor amenities. Definitely recommended!

This condo is comfortable, relaxing and clean. The Riverstone area has nice shops and restaurants. Even though it is a popular area it is peaceful. This area is convenient to most of the city. Our host was responsive to our needs and thanked us for staying. I would definitely stay again.
