Vacation rentals with a patio in Positano Spiaggia

The appartment was perfect for our needs, those of a family of 4 including two small children. I believe a larger family or group of 5 people would also find the accomodation spacious enough. The two bathrooms and three bedrooms (including the living room) provide ample space. The location includes a large balcony, without spectacular views but useful for storage and drying clothes. For an additional 15 EUR/day, parking is available right downstairs, in a private and closed garagge (at 1/2 the price of public parking, provided you can find it). Other pluses include A/C, well equipped kitchen, great espresso machine, nearby supermarket, friendly neighbours and walkable distances for good restaurants and the main beach in Maiori. Maiori itself is an excellent base for the Amalfi coast. It is reasonably populated and priced compared to Amalfi and Positano, and well connected logistically to the entire coast. This was one of the best stays for us, and we highly recommend it.

This is a fantastic choice for a family reunion or a group of friends traveling together, even if you’re combining families with friends bringing along their spouses and kids. The property is well-equipped with everything you need for a memorable and comfortable stay. While the location does require a car to reach nearby attractions like Pompeii and Ercolano, you might find yourself enjoying the amenities and atmosphere of the house so much that you’ll want to spend more time there! Highly recommended for those seeking a relaxing and fun-filled getaway.

I recommend the apartment. I felt at home. It was very clean and has bus connections near the center of Naples and you can go to different places. From there, the airport is nearby. Antonio was always responsible, asking if you were comfortable or needed something. So I recommend it.

AMAZING penthouse and breathtaking VIEW of Naples! Excellent high-end amenities with attention to detail and cleanliness that is second to none! Multiple grocery stores close by with everything needed to prepare meals, if desired. The hosts provide exceptional customer service and instructions throughout the home with timely, responsive communication. The location highlighted Naples’ diversity, and we enjoyed walking and exploring the many aspects, feeling very safe while doing so. We will revisit the incredible property offered by Luigi/Elena, which is everything we hoped for and so much more!!!

Alessandro’s house was wonderful with a great terrace that allowed to have a feeling of solitude within the bustling old town.

My husband and I stayed in Capri for 3 nights. It was absolutely beautiful. We loved the apartment. It was very easy to get everywhere and Vittoria and her husband were very helpful. Definitely recommend this stay!

The is one of the best AirBnB’s we have ever stayed in. The view is extraordinary! Luisa was super helpful. Yes, there is a walk up to the village as others have mentioned but we were ready for it. We found it easier to walk up the road rather than the stair route. The location is sooooo amazing it is worth it. Bus to Amalfi €1.50 each way but must get a ticket before hand. Ask at the cafe across the street. Property was immaculate and very well appointed. Beds and pillows divine. Would happily recommend and return.

The place was new and well decorated. What I suggest as an improvement would be a couch in the master room. Otherwise, everything is fine, also a nice little garden and a parking space is also there. My car was too big, but we were able to sort it out somehow.

We had a great stay in Villa Xenia. Gian Luca is a great host - friendly, responsive, very helpful with recommendations and how to enjoy the Amalfi Coast best. He offered help in arranging transportation, setting up a day on boat cruising the Amalfi Coast, guidance on how to get around on the Amalfi Coast, restaurant and shopping recommendations. His property is newly renovated and has nice space inside and out.

If you want to see, feel, and taste Positano stay here. This place is amazing. I can’t emphasize enough that if you are planning on visiting the absolute beautiful village of Positano you should stay here. This place will always stay in my wife and my memories. Some of the best ever memories were made here. But there is more. Imara, the co-host is over the top. She went way beyond the norm to make sure our stay was a great experience. Great communication and great recommendations for things to do and where to eat. And very important, how to get around. Transportation is this beautiful little place is tricky. Imara helped us tremendously. She arranged travel from Napoli that went flawlessly. She also arranged a catered private dinner on the terrace on our last night that will go down as one of our all time favorite nights. And we travel extensively. Hands down……..Casa Viva and Imara are what you hope you find when you travel. Thank you for a real good time!!!!!!

Wow. This place was fantastic. Very clean, spacious and the views are incredible, better than the pictures honestly. The large walk out patio with retractable awning give you the perfect place to hang out before or after all of the steps. Yes, this is quite a walk from the beach (30ish mins), but there’s a small grocery shop right down the street and a great restaurant steps from the entrance to this place. There is a bus stop just down the street and that bus will take you down the mountain if you’d like. We walked up and down every day and after the first day we were used to it. You’re expecting to walk a lot in Positano after all. Our only complaint was that we ran out of coffee pods for the coffee maker after day 2 (we stayed for 7) and couldn’t find any compatable pods in any of the nearby shops so we just had to get our coffee each morning from the bar about a ten minute walk from here. Highly recommend this home if you’re looking for a beautiful, peaceful getaway!

This is a fantastic place to stay in Sorrento and your home base for the Amalfi coast. My adult family spent a week here and it was a great location to get to everything. So easy to walk to the city center. Many tours picked us up just down the corner from us which was great after a long day. The home is extremely clean and has everything you need and so much room. The views from the terrace were great and made for a great place to relax and enjoy the views. Host was so friendly and responsive! Would highly recommend staying here and we would stay here again for sure!

This is a great place and Fabrizio is a wonderful host. Met us at the location and was helpful with recommendations and suggestions. Great food close by and close to the station.

Coming from the States Communication before hand was timely, through and reassuring that we were going to be taken care of in Atrani . Pima met us and showed us into the apartment. We paid an extra fee to park in the very convenient garage. The room location is spectacular and has everything one would need; washing machine and kitchen. The window view and balcony are perfect to watch the beach waves. It felt very private and a short walk to the plaza.

The house is lovely. The rooms and rooms, etc. are large and the furniture is beautiful. High right foot. We felt in the middle of the 19th century. Baths are clean, and the beds are comfortable. Great Healing. Anyway, I highly recommend the property. Thanks a lot, Ciro !

The location and view couldn’t be better. The apartment is a great place to base yourself for exploring the Amalfi coast and all the local sights, as well as being very close to the heart of Sorrento. We loved our stay there and would recommend it to anyone.
