Family-friendly vacation rentals in Poschiavo

We stayed at Willy's cabin for four days and it was really great. Everything worked out perfectly. Willy is a great host. We can only recommend the cabin

Our personal feedback: We enjoyed the stay at Casa Scrinari very much. A charming and cozy house, tastefully and at the same time functionally furnished. The atmosphere of the house is absolutely welcoming, we felt immediately comfortable. We perceived it as a living house. You can feel that it is appreciated and used by the owners themselves. The equipment is high quality and more than complete. We were impressed by how much equipment, room layout, furnishings met our needs for a several day stay. Remarkable is the very friendly and uncomplicated communication with Siggi as a host and the really perfect cleanliness and order. The location is very quiet and very authentic in the small local Schmitten, Davos (where we were for skiing) and on the other side Lenzerheide and Arosa easily accessible via the road running through the high valley. It couldn't be better.

We spent 3 days on New Year's Eve 2025. Three families with kids. We had a great time. Lara welcomed us warmly at check-in and gave us all the directions to better manage the house, including a stove, jacuzzi and Finnish tub. Clean and complete environments. Super equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Spotless and comfortable rooms. Various children's games and books for moments of relaxation; availability of Sky, Netflix and Disney+. Wood and barbecue available. Priceless view of Lake Como from one side and the mountain on the other side. Great location: quite isolated to be quiet and not to bother anyone but still 5 minutes from the center of the village; less than 10 minutes away we found a very well-stocked shopping center. Really great and recommended experience, to try again in summer with the possibility of also using the outdoor pool. GREAT

Excellent host and beautiful property with so many inclusions. We felt at home and everything was clean and comfortable. Very spacious with beautiful bathrooms. Would definitely recommend this lovely apartment.

Magic place. Super well located at 5 min walking to the slopes and the centre of Bormio. Very cozy and beautiful place with amazing decoration. Very comfortable and super host! I will be back!

The place was comfortable and clean. The location of the house is very nice and in middle of the beautiful landscape . The bus ran every 10 minutes down to the center and to the ski lifts and back. When ever we needed something Davide was ready to help and give us good advice. I highly recommend this place.

Great host, friendly, kind and accurate

The house is amazing! The place feels antique, but is very carefully maintained, everything is clean and functional. For example, there's a huge modern kitchen that has everything you might need: 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, at least 5 fondue pots and more! The hosts communicate quickly and accurately, are always helpful. I'm looking forward to visiting this place again!

Lidia and her chalet exceeded our expectations! The chalet is very close to the historical center of Bormio and right next to Bormio Therme. I also walked from the chalet to Bormio ski. The gentleness and predisposition to help were constant.

Roberto's house is very spacious (10 beds!) cozy and in a beautiful and convenient location to visit Val Camonica and take beautiful walks. Roberto was always very helpful and attentive. Highly recommended for groups , families and, importantly, dogs are welcome!

Andrea's apartment is perfect for a family of four, there is everything you need for a getaway from the city as ours was. Cozy clean equipped with beautiful views of the mountains. Andrea is attentive and immediately responsive to our requests. The box is super comfortable, especially when you go and go back from the slopes. Below the house you can go sledding, Bormio is a 5-minute drive away and the village of Piatta makes you feel immersed in nature. In short, top!

We had a great time staying at efrems place. If you are looking for peace and quiet and want to slow down, this is definitely the place to be. Making the hot water, so heating, was almost a nice ritual in the evening. Our son, 4, was also delighted with the accommodation. We were in daone for bouldering in the area, the val daone is easily accessible via a direct connecting road, partly single lane. Great area, very likeable host. The refugio restaurant can be reached on foot in a few minutes and is a true feast for lovers of good wild food, price performance top. We will come back for sure.

Lovely big apartment. We stayed an apartment no. 5. Everything was clean and tidy. Comfortable and homey decor. Everything worked and there was the possibility to borrow extra machines for, for example, kitchen, etc. Lovely location overlooking mountains and located in a cozy town with friendly local residents around. Can especially recommend the mineral bath located at the end of the road.

I wish I could give Monia’s home 10 stars. She’s the epitome of a super host, and her home, is just wow. Spacious, clean, well furnished, private, peaceful with gorgeous views. Monia’s home is one of the top airbnbs I’ve stayed in. The check-in process was flexible and seamless. In fact, she accommodated an early check in after having to leave another airbnb after an unfortunate situation. She had a basket of goodies waiting for us on the table and we immediately felt right at home. She went out of her way to make us a second bed, and get us more nespresso pods. She was also quick and so kind in her responses. We work from home, and the setting/ wifi was great. Although the pool was closed for the season, it was so nice to spend our mornings in the sun on the lounge chairs. I loved taking walks in the forest behind the house, and watching the sunset from the bench outside. I can’t recommend Monia’s home enough. We were sad to leave, and will definitely return back. As a family with 2 small children, we experienced the stay as fantastic! We already miss the view and the apartment offers everything you could ask for when traveling with small kids! The manager was super fast, sweet and thoughtful. Despite sharing the garden/swimming pool with two other apartments , you will still experience lots of privacy. The apartment was sparkling clean and spacious. The only thing for next guests; please bring your own towels and kitchen towels in advance. We'd love to come back here again!!! Colico is a super cozy village, no great tourism and incredibly beautiful and cared for.

We had a very enjoyable stay in Sorico. Paola and her son Francis greeted us in a very friendly way and were quick to respond to inquiries. The apartment is very small (especially the kitchen and common room), but very tidy. The equipment with dish soap, soap, umbrella, clothes rack, baking paper, salt... was good. The two air conditioners were great! The pool, which belongs to the neighboring apartment complex, is very quiet with a magnificent view of the church. The location of the apartment is perfect. In just a few minutes you can reach the pizzeria, the bakery and the supermarket and of course the lake with large sunbathing area. All in all a good value and recommended.

Fantastic location to enjoy the como beaches and activities and restaurants and town of Colico Villa itself is fantastic to relax with great outdoor seating and pool area (which was lovely to cool off from the sun but still a nice ~20/22 degrees)

Me, my dog, and my dad found Mauro's structure perfect in everything we were looking for. A space not in chaos, surrounded by nature but equally close to many wonderful places to visit. Mauro is a sunny person who immediately showed us that he was a good host. Coffee offered and sat with us chatting. Our room was very clean and spacious, with everything you need to eat in the house too. My dog had a good time with the other guests as well and he could run free. We'll definitely be back soon! We highly recommend it!!

It is a very convenient apartment in a fantastic location. The indoor pool is also a lovely additional value. Check-in and communication with the host were easy. I highly recommend this place to everybody looking for hiking, bicycle trips, kitesurfing/windsurfing, walking/running in incredible mountain scenarios, and skiing during winter. It is also a lovely spot to relax.

Great flat for us, 2 adults and 2 kids. Well located, good boot room and easy access to the slopes. Everything you could need in the flat, very clean and warm. Would happily stay again.
