Our Christmas stay at this Edinburgh Airbnb was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with welcome goodies and impressed by the exceptional hospitality and attention to detail. The flat was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. Communication was flawless, providing clear instructions for everything from accessing the keys to using the heating and appliances. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making our stay incredibly comfortable and stress-free. The location was perfect—quiet yet close to the old and New Town, making it easy to explore Edinburgh’s Christmas markets and festive sights. The flat’s extra touches, like additional coffee capsules, extra towels and toiletries, made our experience even more special. Overall, it was the perfect base for our Christmas getaway. Michael went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and be flexible and I highly recommend this beautiful home for an Edinburgh stay.

Nice apartment that is really close to all towns amenities and seafront. The street is very quiet. The place was a home from home with everything you need, very cosy and warm. On arrival the house was spotlessy clean.

Everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with Susan & Amit was smooth and prompt, loved the fresh baked pastries! The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay extended stay . The location was perfect, We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. The castle view is incredible! Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Susan & Amit and their property highly enough. Thank you for such a memorable stay.

Absolutely gorgeous apartment, very central to the city, yet still had that private, home from home feel. Beds are super comfortable and the place was squeaky clean. Craig and Holly are fantastic and super accommodating! I couldn’t recommend them more!

We had a fantastic stay at Amanda's flat in Stockbridge. The property is located on a quiet street, just off Glenogle Road, a short walk from Stockbridge High Street. Amanda provided ample instructions for arrival at the flat, and made recommendations for local amenities, and advice on parking (hourly paid on Glenogle Rd). The flat is well proportioned, spacious living area with sofa and chair, dining table, and kitchen. The bedrooms are cosy and easily accommodate two couples. The bathroom and WC are clean and tidy, and the shower is excellent. A very homely flat which we'll be sure to return to on our next stay in Edinburgh.

We had a wonderful stay at Veronique’s beautiful apartment! It was not only spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable, but peaceful and quiet too. We found the location to be ideal for exploring the city. Veronique was kind, helpful and easy to communicate with. The stocked fridge and pantry were a thoughtful and welcome gesture! We would not hesitate to book Veroniques’s place again in the future. One of our favourite Airbnbs!

A wonderful apartment perfect for a family of 4, a home away from home. The listing is as described, it had all the space needed and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare late night suppers and a wonderful living room to chill in during the winter nights with my family… and the location, it is safe and secure, and with Morrisons just minutes away, makes getting groceries and supplies so so convenient. We had a car and parking was right at the doorstep. Botanic garden was really close by and city centre was a quick drive away. I will not hesitate to recommend this listing to anyone esp since communication with the team was seamless and if I return to Edinburgh, this will certainly be my top pick again!

Loved this spot!! Super cozy and chill, the large living room was perfect. We did forget about the 4 floors of stairs we needed to take up, and we heard some late night parties going home pretty clearly through the window facing the street. Overall a really great stay!

Well appointed apartment with comfortable beds and cozy living space. One bedroom doesn’t have windows, but that did not bother us! Really great location - there were lots of great restaurants and coffee shops in the immediate area, and about a 20-25 minute walk to old town. Great and easy communication with the host. Would recommend!

The apartment was beautiful and we had the best stay! Calim made a great effort to make it feel warm and cozy and the Christmas tree made us feel at home. I couldn’t recommend this place enough - the location was perfect, the apartment was clean and it was filled with anything we needed :) 10/10 !!!!

Lovely, spacious apartment in a great location, Jing was really helpful with all check in information. Very clean with great facilities, would definitely stay her again as it was very affordable and easily slept 8 people. Very quiet area with regular buses into town and bathrooms were great as well with good hot water and big shower.

We had an absolute amazing time in Paul's place!! The view was incredible. Paul was extremely friendly and responsive. I highly recommend this place.

We had a fantastic stay at Martin and Charul's apartment and would definitely stay there again! From the moment of booking to departure communication was flawless and we felt very welcome. The apartment was clean, decorated beautifully and we had everything that we could have needed. The apartment is well situated and only a short walk to princes street and Edinburgh Waverley so the perfect location to explore the city.

we loved our stay at Tim's place. it's in a great location, just short walk to all of the attractions in old town. the apartment was fantastic for us and met all of our needs. we also appreciated having Michelle as the contact who was super responsive and answered any queries quickly. we certainly recommend staying here for its location alone. we would most definitely stay here again.

We absolutely adored our stay at Lindsey’s place! The space is so beautifully decorated and cozy. It was perfect for our stay in Edinburgh. The location was unbeatable - a four minute walk from the train station and within walking distance to pretty much everything! Highly recommend!

Lynsey’s property was beautiful and well presented. The stay was relaxing and just what me and my partner needed. The bed was insanely comfortable. The mattress was amazing, so much so we were trying to find the brand so as to buy ourselves one! The hot tub was great! Would definitely recommend and hope to be back!
