A great apartment. Both the living area and the two bedrooms and bathrooms are suitable for a longer stay. Highlight is the big balcony over the building corner. The complex is well maintained and with 24/7 reception and security staff. The pool is cleaned regularly and invites you to cool off. Location is very quiet unlike the city. The noise is the loudest :-). By taxi (gladly ordered from the reception) you can get to Mindelo for about €2.50. Unfortunately, there is currently no gastronomy or bar in Lazareto itself. Daily shopping can be done in the small supermarket directly in the complex - the prices do not differ from other supermarkets.

Luis's apartment is great, very spacious and bright. The view is a real spectacle! We had a great time. Luis is always helpful and courteous. The apartment has a 24-hour front desk and a grocery store is located right in the same building. Thank you for hosting us, we had a very good time!

we spent 4 days in this new apartment, clean ,bright, very well-equipped kitchen. Manuel speaks French, he is very available and always tries to make our trip easier. he offers to pick us up from the airport and also the visit of the island for a day . I recommend this place!
