This unique place has a style of its own. The Cantina has just been refurbished with all modern amenities, maintaining the historical walls inside and some features. The views are breathtaking from the bedroom and three large panoramic windows in the kitchen. Peace and tranquility either inside or outside the front door to enjoy the views. The village is perched on a mountain, Montegiovi and the apartment is right at the top.

Central apartment, close to the beach

Newly built building, central area, well finished and comfortable, indoor parking. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families with kids, and pets. For those who are allergic to mites, I sterilize the rooms with UVC + Ozone lamps, I did it before Covid 19, now even more so.
