I am delighted with hosting!!!! The house is charming, beautiful!!! It was a family trip and the house made all the difference as it is very cozy, we felt at home. Victoria, the host, is a dear, always helpful and helpful with information not only about the house, but on the sights and restaurants. We spent 12 days staying in Caio. Their communication and attention have been present since the process began. We also had the local support of Juliana, always quick, willing and polite. We found everything well according to the listing. Well sanitized place. The house is comfortable and well equipped with the basics for maintaining cleanings and use of the kitchen. The location is also very good for those who just want to enjoy a beach nearby for those who want to visit the ecological route of the region. The neighborhood was very quiet in the days we were there. What gave a nice silence for the evening rest. The location of the house right in the center of Porto de Pedras made it easy to access basic shops: markets, pharmacies, distributors, snacks, restaurants. Anyway, we found very good conditions for gnt to relax and enjoy the rest and the tour.

The stay was excellent, the location of the house is fantastic. Amazing and paradisiacal place! We will return with certainty… the only observation point, which does not compromise the positive evaluation, is the mattresses.

Our stay was excellent and we spent 6 wonderful nights here in this paradise! Andrea is an exceptional host, always available, kind and attentive. The house is great, airy, bright and complete, with everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay, just like in the photos! And in addition to this, it is in a very privileged area of Tatuamunha, quiet, safe and close to access to the beach, which is essential for us! I readily recommend Andrea's home for your stay and we'll be back for sure!

The Guaiuba house is very complete, very beautiful, well cared for, tasteful decoration, practical, ventilated, everything works perfectly. The hosts are great and the couple who take care of the house and the guests are very attentive and helpful. We schedule 4 lunches with Lina, delicious!!! We repeat octopus rice. The garden and pool are sensational and not of wanting to leave.

The place is extremely beautiful, the house matches the photos. And what to say about Carolina and Goretti, always very willing to help, sent several cool tips, always sending a message wanting to know if everything was okay. When we arrived the air conditioning was not freezing, at the same time she already sent people there to solve. Negative points, there is only one mirror in the house, and the garage space is not always available, but it is the fault of Kali, it is the condominium's own organization. Positive points, everything is very beautiful, I wish I could have stayed more days to enjoy more, I would definitely stay again. We love everything!

Apt complete, comfortable in a very beautiful, clean and safe condominium. Wonderful heated pool.

The houses are just wonderful! We recommend and will definitely come back :) We found everything in the house very well thought out: the super large and welcoming environments. Extreme good taste in decor (elaborated with local crafts), the beds are very comfortable, the bathrooms very clean and super manicured. The kitchen is semi-shared with the TV room, making a sure mix of comfort and practicality. The outdoor area features a beautiful garden project, full of tropical foliage and a green lawn that is next to the pool (which by the way is a great size for guests from the 2 houses). Marta welcomed us in the most affectionate and considerate way possible. He brought us a welcome muffin, sent us restaurant tips and always responded to our msgs, quickly and very friendly :) Place is “Pet Friendly”! Chico, (our dog) was very well received.

It's been a wonderful weekend. The house matches everything that appears on the pictures. Excellent location, clean house, very organized, very well structured in the kitchen, glued to the beach that has stalls to stay and close to a beach club if you want a place with a restaurant and bar. There was nothing left to be desired. I not only indicate how a day I will return!!!

We really enjoyed our stay, the house is really modern and presented clean. Proximity to the beach is very close being around a 5 minute walk, the mini swimming pool is part of an upstairs dining area and a great place to hang out and entertain. The hosts were very responsive for any of our needs. I highly recommend.

The flat is so new, so well riding it impresses me! You can see the care of the host in every detail. New appliances, complete crockery, towels and set of sheets of quality, other than the extreme good taste of the decoration. Celso is without any doubts the best host I have ever stayed with. Concerned, solicitous and invaluable tips. The only regret was that it didn't stay anymore, rs!

The accommodation is wonderful, bedding at the level of good hotels , the very good bed everything very comfortable, I was positively surprised. We had coffee in an establishment called “Empório Patacho” where I ate the best Couscous of life, it's not on the list of restaurants they send nearby but it's an excellent breakfast spot. The restaurant opposite has a wonderful food where you can have lunch from R$35.00 excellent cost-benefit . The only thing about the accommodation is the need for a car to go to the beach and the checkout time that I found earlier than usual. Everything was great and would recommend it to friends , just like it would come back for sure. Thank you
