The property was beautiful and surpassed what we expected from the pictures. The 2 houses on the property were also great. They were both well kept, clean, and very nice. Amos was easy to get in contact with and his instructions were clear and simple. Had a great time staying here.

Our family, along with another family, had the pleasure of staying at this charming house over Thanksgiving weekend, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. We had a wonderful stay at Perch Lake! The home is spacious and beautiful! The views sunrises are amazing! We unfortunately were unable to checkin on the first day fire to power outages due to a wet snow storm. They were very informative and have said they will refund the nite for us. Out of their control of course! We had another outage when there but only for a delete hours. We stayed for thanksgiving and would recommend the home! The towns near by are super cute and we drove into Hobert which is a bookstore town! Thank you!

This was our groups second time staying at Sheera’a place because it has everything we need! The kitchen is stocked, there are plenty of towels and linens, it is clean and comfortable in every part of the space. The property itself is beautiful and perfect for exploring, especially with a dog. Sheera is responsive and descriptive, and we are looking forward to rebooking again next year!

We had a great stay! This home made for a perfect home base while visiting the MLB hall of fame. Quick/ easy ride up to Cooperstown. Check in/ out were easy. Beds were comfortable and home was very clean. Kitchen had all we needed to prepare meals. Grocery stores were very close for what we needed during our stay. Home is right on the lake which gave a great view and I’m sure is pretty spectacular in the summer. Would return. Thanks!

The cabin and property are better than described. Tim and Jill thought of everything. Well stocked with everything you need. Beautiful grounds. Quiet and secluded yet close to myriad restaurants and Catskill attractions. We can't wait for our next visit.

The place was amazing, the kitchen was great and has everything as far as pots and pans, spices , etc… The location is great, 8 minutes to Cooperstown and all the restaurants And close to Oneonta. Craig and Christina keep the place very clean and we had a little snow and they were on top of it and had us plowed out in no time. I would highly recommend staying at their cottage. We had the best stay at Cape Curveball while our son played at Cooperstown All Star Village! Sabrina was very responsive before, during, and after our trip, and the home was just perfect for our family! My kids loved the trampoline and I loved the easy access to a washer and dryer, and the proximity to CASV. Truly the best home away from home!

Had an amazing winter weekend at this gorgeous cabin! It was spotless and so cute! It was below freezing for most of our stay, but the home stayed nice and warm.
