One of the best short stay accommodations my family have stayed in. Comfortable, clean, felt like home and extremely well equipped with everything you could want or need. Very well thought out, accomadating and a great deal on price! Leanne is a fantastic warm and professional host who was very welcoming with great prompt communication. A really beautiful place for singles, couples, families or people with pets. My family will definitely be back in the future and cannot recommend this property more. Thanks for having us Leanne 😊

We stayed at Elle’s place over the weekend of the Port Fairy Marathon Festival and it could not have been more perfect. We were right amongst the action, able to watch the runners go right past the house as well as only being a 15 minute walk to the start line for our own events was perfect!The house was a 2 minute walk to the beach for an ideal post run cool down. We will be back next year! Would recommend for any time of the year, the house itself was beautiful, a great outdoor area and spacious kitchen

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Yaakov was easy to work with and very responsive. The house was the same as shown in the photos and being able to take our dog with us made for a more relaxing stay. The location was quiet yet only a few minutes away from beaches and shops. The house on arrival was spotlessly clean and we weren’t expected to clean it before checkout as some properties require.

This is truly the most beautiful, superb, and comfortable accommodation I have ever stayed in Australia! The location is great, offering not only convenience for daily life but also amazing views of the sea in Warrnambool through the living room and kitchen windows. The modern design and excellent layout of the house create a clean and perfect environment. Warrnambool and this house have left a lasting impression on us, and we will definitely choose to stay here again for our future holidays!

This is a lovely home in an ideal Port Fairy location. It comfortably accommodated 10 guests (6 adults and 4 children) and offered some zoning to make bed-time easier. King-size beds in the adults' rooms were a real plus. Both children's rooms were shown in photos as having two beds, but this was in fact the case for only one. We were not impacted by this, but it would be wise to confirm the bedding configuration before arrival. We enjoyed our stay and would book again. Sandra was a friendly, responsive, and helpful host.

Finding the property from the IGA carpark was easy and the key being in the lockbox made it a simple and smooth check in. The house was tidy, with linen, towels and other essential house hold items provided. Kitchen was fully kitted out and you’re only a short walk to the IGA supermarket if you want to cook something. Perfect place to stay if you’re travelling with a big group and want to be in the Portland CBD. Heaps of beds and parking available. Thanks Mark.

The Vicarage was great. A true piece of history in Port Fairy. Andrea was a great host and communicated everything really clearly. The house is spacious and inviting with plenty of room for our dogs to explore too!

Perfectly situated, easy walking distance to restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Secure undercover parking. Had the best sleep, surprisingly very quiet, especially considering how close we were in the retail district. Great pub just a few doors up. Bed very comfortable with crisp white cotton sheets. Bathrooms very modern and spotlessly clean.Very roomy with a great back garden with outdoor furniture and lush lawn area. Nic was very helpful. Would highly recommend .

My wife and I spent three days here, and really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect for walking the town, which is beautiful and contains many historic buildings, and it's a couple minutes walk to the beach. Loved the long walks along the beach, which was so relaxing and enjoyable. Enjoyed too the walk to Griffiths Island to the lighthouse and the protected shearwater nesting grounds. The house is really comfortable for a couple or a small family and it's nicely decorated. The house is really clean and well-maintained. It's very quiet at night and we slept well during our stay. Although we didn't use it, the large deck in the back is inviting and the yard is well landscaped. Communications with William were excellent and the information in the binder about the house was comprehensive. We loved our stay and recommend this property 100%.

Stay was great and amenities were exactly as described. Granddaughter loved feeding the chickens and collecting the eggs.

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms and amenities were clean and the beds were comfortable. Great location if you like peaceful surrounds and only minutes from the center of town. Kimberley provided clear and simple instructions for self check-in and was pleasant to deal with. Would love to come back in the future.

We loved our long weekend stay for a cosy girls weekend away. The interior decor was beautiful, it was such a treat to cook in a big kitchen with expansive country views! The complementary sourdough bread was delicious and much appreciated. The outdoor baths were a highlight. My dog also enjoyed experiencing the outdoors as it was safe and fenced off. Would definitely return!

We had such a great family holiday at the F project….all 12 of us. Perfect location, large spacious yard and very roomy bedrooms. We hope to be back one day!

Amazing place! So private and peaceful. Wonderful that the dogs could come too. It was the perfect place to unwind, go off-grid and spend quality time together. The stocked pantry was a lovely surprise too!

Suzi and Will's place was absolutely fantastic, highly recommended! We spent two nights there with my family for New Year and had an amazing time. The house is beautiful and very comfortable and the garden is to die for. Everything is super clean, the pool table was great entertainment. You'll be right next to a stunning beach where you can walk the dogs and enjoy a peaceful time. Suzy and Will are extra friendly and helpful. We'll be back :)

This stay was one of the very best airbnb's we have ever been in for a few days. Location, amenities, information, responsiveness all within a most comfortable spacious house with excellent heating, comfortable bed, coaches, chairs and furniture. Added attractions were the books, magazines and in particular the professional photos taken by the host hanging on several walls which added greatly to a sense of "home". The property has amazing views and if you are lucky you can catch the sunrise and sunset from the balcony. Right across from the beach the house was fully equipped and had everything you would need and more. The jacuzzi was great after a long day at the beach. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean and well appointed. The host was very responsive. Would definitely recommend.
