Small cozy very clean studio with all the necessary amenities. Located in the back of the host dwelling which was a plus for us as we like to be quiet and secluded. The center of Marseillan-Plage is a 5-minute drive away with its center and port is a beautiful place that I highly recommend 🤩 Beziers 30 minutes drive with its new market halls is also a place to frequent. Sandrine is very kind and responds very quickly. I highly recommend it. 👌🏼

Very lovely place in walking distance of beach, super markets, great restaurants and the ferry to Sète The pool was excellent, our 2 year old had loads of fun!

The house was amazing. We really enjoyed the open plan kitchen diner, cinema room, lovely big bedrooms. Lots of outdoor space although due to the time of year did not make as much use of the fantastic kitchen and lounge as we would have like to. We did briefly brave the pool! The location is great. Béziers is 25 mins, St Chinian is 5 mins and has a Sunday morning market. There are many tracks immediately from the house and village to walk or cycle. Lots of local restaurants although check opening days out of season. The wine cave on the street was well worth a visit. One highlight was Vinebike wine tours for an electric bike ride around the local vine yards. Pierre was always very helpful and responsive. Definitely a place to return to.

A really enjoyable stay in this particularly warm home The large covered terrace is really nice, we were able to spend our week outdoors even on rainy days! The pool with its small beach at the top , petanque court too, all sheltered from any indiscreet look It's a very quiet place and we were able to take many walks in the surrounding vineyards I recommend it!

Great location, seeing the sun rise from your bed is priceless. Thierry and Sophie welcomed us very warmly and do everything they could to make you have a pleasant stay without worries. Everything is available for a great stay.

Spacious accommodation very well equipped and very clean, as described. Above all, it is conveniently located with direct access to the hill between the port and the village. A perfect welcome as we rarely meet, and yet have been on rb&b for more than 11 years and have booked dozens of rentals. Philou is super nice. 1 bottle of wine and papillotes were waiting for us graciously! We only met Chantal at the time of our departure and appeared to us just as friendly as her husband. The apartment is spacious, very well equipped and decorated with taste. Some of the decor is even done by Philippe. The bed is very comfortable, and that's pretty rare in rentals too. In summer the terrace must be a treat of well-being. We had a great time at Philou and Chantal's. We plan to come back in the off season to enjoy the terrace and the sea. We highly recommend!!!

The apartment is as described. It is pleasant. There is a bus stop (line 15) about 100 meters away. During this period, 1h30mn between 2 buses which did not correspond to my treatment schedules. Due to our availability, I did not have the pleasure of meeting Florence; nevertheless, she was easily reachable by phone, at the list and caring. I would recommend her apartment.

Home in the heart of the village of Gruissan. Simple and spacious, quiet while being close to shops and the Saturday morning market. On the 1st floor with elevator access. Responsive, welcoming and accommodating host for check out time (we wanted to enjoy the market). Perfect place for our short stay with friends. We'll be back in a heartbeat. Thanks Sabine.

Virginie was a great host and the apartment was wonderful. Very ckassy building and space. The apartment was in easy walking distance from the train station and it was a short walk to the historic center city if Béziers. I would stay here again and would highly recommend Virginie’s apartment

Good relationship with the host who gave us very accurate information and is very accommodating. the accommodation has a beautiful sea view which is only a 2-minute walk away and the parking space included in the accommodation in the private courtyard of the residence is very convenient because everything is within walking distance. i would recommend this host and their place without hesitation

We had a very nice week in a clean and very well-equipped apartment. A big plus for the shaded terrace and delicious figs! The unit is in a very good location, near beaches, shops and the port. All within walking distance. What a pleasure! A big thank you to Benoît and his beautiful family (not to mention his magnificent dog who made us fall in love) for this beautiful week. Ideal stay, apartment renovated with care, very clean and well-equipped. Roquille beach and small convenience stores next door, no need for car. Sandrine and Celine are very responsive, and the exchanges are more than cordial, thank you to them. I recommend it. 8 day stay in September 2024

Emeline and her husband are very welcoming, friendly and available hosts. The apartment is as described, air conditioning, swimming pool... nothing to complain about and in a good location. You put the car down and everything can be done on foot or by bike (on loan from Emeline). Gruissan is a very pretty little village, good restaurants, a pretty harbor and a great market. We can only recommend it or it would really have to be very difficult.
