Places to stay in Porthmadog

We had a lovely time in this little cabin almost in the middle of nowhere. It was a beautiful getaway with the hot tub being the absolute highlight. The fireplace and barbecue has an added charm although we did not end up using it. Our hosts, Carol and Ned, were extremely gracious and kind. The view from the hot tub was stunning and all the pets and animals were lovely! Will definitely come back here soon!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our hosts were very welcoming but not intrusive in any way and even left us fresh flowers and Welsh cakes on our last evening. We were very comfortable, with a great shower and a very comfy bed. We had amazing views of Conwy Castle and the town was within easy walking distance. And, much to my delight, baby lambs were in the field next to the property.

We received a friendly welcome from Anna and Jim who were really helpful and a pleasure to meet. The accommodation was secluded and set in beautiful surroundings. We could hear songbirds and even owls whilst being so relaxed. The cabin was perfect and met all our needs, even our dog was safe as the garden is secure. We didn’t want to leave but I’m sure we’ll be back soon enough.

Returned again . The apartment feels like our second home, cosy.lovely decor,relaxing ,convenient for shops & restaurants & with no worry about parking. Michelle is a great host. We will be back & would not hesitate to recommend.

We loved our very short stay in Peter’s house in Llanrwst. The house was wonderful. Modern, clean, warm, and with fantastic bathrooms. We were greeted with a selection of snacks and sweets upon arrival, which was much appreciated. Though for other things there is a co-op and other convenience stores within an easy 5 minutes walk. The town is lovely. The area magnificent. Strangely AirBnB sent us to a completely different AirBnB location 1 mile away initially, so just double check before you arrive. We wished we could have stayed longer.

The flat had everything we needed - even a hairdryer (useful for Welsh weather!). It was a peaceful base for exploring the whole of Anglesey. Plenty of food places and pubs within a short walking distance. The huge Welsh breakfast at the cafe over the road fueled us for a whole day of walking! I can see us visiting Helen's place again. Thank you.

Me and my partner stayed here and celebrated her birthday for Easter weekend. What a beautiful and well kept place/area. We forgot milk and messaged Nia and she quickly brought over a bottle of milk which was really appreciated. One of our best weekends yet as we explored the areas mentioned on the leaflet when arriving we also were lucky enough to explore Llandudno which made our weekend that extra special we strongly recommend visiting!😊

This cabin was really lovely, absolutely everything you could need in one place. Very warm and cosy for a colder month and a perfect space for a self catering solo traveler. Lovely host with local recommendations so would be a nice base for a couple who wanted walks and coastline.
