Jeff and I and our dog Gigi absolutely love staying at Kristie‘s place. Everything was close by the beach the pool the neighborhood was quiet just what we were looking for the view was absolutely gorgeous. Waking up to the Waterview every morning was awesome. A great place to bring your dog because it is hard to find a place to bring your dog these days, I highly recommend anybody wants to stay at her place you there you may never want to leave. We didn’t want to leave.

I had a great stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-kept. Everything was spotless, and the host was easy to communicate with. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

We loved our stay here . The grandkids and everyone had a great time with all the amenities provided . Kayaking , fishing , crabbing , swimming etc . We also enjoyed the outdoor concert at the pier & the nearby restaurants ! Would definitely love to stay here again . Salvatore was very friendly and helpful !

Glenn is a terrific host and the house was PERFECT for our group of a dozen long-time friends (in our 50s!). Spacious and roomy, comfortable with all the amenities you need. Extremely convenient to AC and the Brigantine shopping areas but tucked in a peaceful out of the way neighborhood right by the beach. We will return! Thanks again, Glenn! Joe

We had a wedding in Smithville and spent the Thanksgiving holiday at this house. There was 11 of us and we had plenty of space. House was clean and comfortable.

I had a wonderful birthday getaway with my friends at this beautiful Airbnb! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. The host was amazing—so friendly and incredibly responsive. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating escape!

Was a great place for our family to spend the weekend. It was easy to walk to the beach and boardwalk as well as local restaurants and a nice playground. The place had the perfect shore feel and fit our crew easily. It was great having access to some chairs and beach tags as also.
