Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Port of Santa Cruz de Tenerife

This is the second time we have come and we will surely be back. We love the house and the setting, it's a different experience since it's not the typical apartment.

We had a really nice stay on the farm, outside the city center, with a beautiful big garden to enjoy.

We had a very nice stay, away from the tourist centers. The Teno Mountains and the north coast are easily accessible, also by bus. For excursions to Teide, a car is an advantage. Good shopping in the village. There's everything you'll need at the property. Very cozy, you just feel comfortable. Thank you for the time.

5 Stars for this stay! Our hosts Samantha and Victor were welcoming and always responsive. The place is spacious (2 floors) and was clean. You have an excellent internet connection, ideal for remote workers. 2 terraces, 2 swimming pools, 1 tennis court! Next by (3 min walk) there is a super market and restaurants. Would highly recommend to stay there!

This was our second stay at this lovely house in Alcala. We particularly enjoy the privacy of the sunny courtyard, with sun beds, seating and everything you need for relaxing after a day's swimming, walking or exploring. We feel very much at home here and would love to visit again!

Super recommended, they were always for any need I had. The apartment is in a quiet location. Comfortable bed. All in all, everything's great!!! I stayed an entire month for work and would definitely repeat my stay again.

so, first of all let me start with Inocencia. the perfect host, friendly and helpful, always with a smile. there if you need her help with anything but also not there so you can be completely as in your own home. the best host! the place is lovely, cozy, warm. it is inviting. it's a great place to stay and the balcony just makes it even better. the surrounding are surreal and overall, this is the best place to stay while in that area. sadly we had to cut our stay a bit but we will come back. thank you Inocencia!

Highly recommended this place to anyone! The house was really nice and was fully equipped with everything you could need. From kitchen equipment, to snorkels, and even extensions cords. The house is in a peaceful area and we were able to have easy street parking every time. A short 3 mins walk takes you to a beautiful cove with wooden platform for relaxing and calm clear water for swimming. The host was amazing and was super responsive to all of our messages.

Fantastic stay, we felt like we were in our own little place! Very clean and tidy, the place was fully equipped with everything you need, hosts were so friendly and communicated quickly. We visited the Costa Adeje market and mall, which was only a 15 min walk, shops close by. Could not fault the place will be returning in the future x

This house is very beautiful, with the sea at the door. We had a very pleasant holiday here, with a swimming pool and barbecue. If I have the opportunity to come here next time, I will definitely choose to stay here again.

A very nice and clean accommodation with all the amenities you might need and a nice patio to sit on and enjoy the sunset. Recommended!

Very friendly, personal contact!

We had a great week. The underground parking lot helped us a lot. The children were enthusiastic about the toys and the cuddly animals. Only that the pool was not heated was a shame as it was too cold for our son. Lucia was always quickly accessible and super friendly.

The apartment is very nice with all the amenities, in the complex there were activities and shows so a cheerful atmosphere. The host was very nice and available at all times. Would repeat!!

Great views and a nice outdoor area, accommodation has everything you need and Marion was very helpful in finding the way and always reachable.

From the moment we enquired about the villa Maria was quick to respond helping us get a bigger car at a good price for my family and I. Also helping us with a late check out as we had a late flight and not charging us for this was great thanks. Then there was Lidia upon our arrival there waiting for us even at 10pm giving my kids some inflatables for the pool. Lidia was great throughout our stay helping us with taxi numbers and Wi-Fi issues very quickly. Then there was the villa exactly what it’s like in the pictures very steep hills upto the villa but the car takes that problem away if you like your piece and quiet but still 5 mins from all the action then this is the villa for you. We had a fab time eating out 3 nights at THE GINGER PIG was the highlight of the restaurants. FIVE STARS FOR THIS VILLA DEFINITELY BE BACK ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A lovely stay in Tenerife, good location to reach lots of walks (Teno mountains, Anaga, Teide). Andreas and his family were very welcoming and helpful with any questions we had. The room itself was cosy and had everything we needed, nicer than the pictures online. We also tried out the sauna, which was very welcomed after our hike up Teide! Would definitely stay again, and recommend to others.

Just wanted to share our experience staying at this cozy apartment for the second time. The location is super convenient right in the heart of town, surrounded by tons of great restaurants, and just a quick 3 min walk to the ocean. The apartment is spacious, sunny, and really lovely.The bed was super comfy, the air conditioning kept us cool, and having a supermarket downstairs was a plus.WiFi was lightning fast.The kitchen is well-equipped.Justina also had some thoughtful extras like a beach bag, vacuum cleaner. Now, onto the not-so-great bits. Parking was a bit of a challenge, but that seems to be the norm around here. And while the apartment was generally in great shape, we did notice a few maintenance issues like the broken blinds and doors that didn't close properly. Overall though, these were just minor hiccups in an otherwise fantastic stay. We'd definitely come back again!

Thank you, we had a great stay. The apartment was clean and had everything you need for your stay. There was not enough board for cutting vegetables and meat, some plates need to be replaced and one chair on the balcony was damaged (the seat cracked), it also needs to be replaced. And close the shield with electricity ( there was a board that broke off) But in general, we are satisfied, we will try to come again

Maria greeted us warmly and showed us everything in the apartment. She was also easily available for questions during the stay. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. We especially liked to sit on the terrace overlooking the sea and the Montaña Roja. From there, it is only a few steps to the swimming pool of the residential complex.

Magnificent house, ideal for spending a few days with family or friends, Ruyman is always at your disposal if you are missing anything. We will repeat for sure!
