Robert was a welcoming host with home made biscuits and slices for us when we arrived. The house is large and well maintained and it has a good vibe. It was a pleasure to stay there and we’re very happy that we did. All in all, an excellent house to accommodate five people in comfort.

Frank is an amazing host , the cottage was easy to find and conveniently located near the famous the barn steakhouse and the city of mount Gambier. 10/10 would recommend it!

Clean and welcoming house, great yard for dogs but no doggy door. Heater worked well on cold days and rooms spacious with clean bedding. Happy to recommend for other visitors.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home. There was plenty of space for us and all amenities were in pristine condition. We felt right at home here and very comfortable. felt very homely, very comfortable and bigger than the photos depict. Generous sized bedrooms, main bathroom and ensuite. Hosts were very informative with a comprehensive recommendations list and suggestions for local and surrounding areas. Very quick responses to messages. All made for a lovely stay and would not hesitate to recommend or stay again.

the most serenely peaceful get away, with hardly another soul in sight. a full view of the Cape and magnificent surrounds from the deck. plus a gorgeous and spacious yard, with a lovely light living space! this place hosts the peace and quiet we needed to breathe and unwind away from the city!

We had such a peaceful time at ‘No Vew’, The whole property has such a relaxed vibe. We have a big family and the property fit everyone comfortably. Such a great space. Zoe was really responsive and shared links of things to do locally. Would recommend and would stay again. Thanks for having us.

The perfect accommodation in a little, quiet slice of paradise in country Victoria. Nelson is such a beautiful town, and with a 3 year old Labrador in tow, this was the perfect place to stay to enjoy the breathtaking ocean beach at Discovery Bay. I have never stayed anywhere where the hosts have been so generous with their amenities. Champagne and chocolates in the fridge waiting for us, along with a fridge and pantry full of staples. You spoilt us Todd! Accommodation was clean and comfortable and right next to the Nelson pub which was very convenient! The only improvement I could suggest would be to reattach the sliding wire door to the courtyard. We love to get the breeze at night but the mozzies are prolific which meant leaving the door open was not an option. Can't wait to return to Nelson and The Stables. My family and I are very satisfied with Carol's house. The facilities are very complete and the rooms are very comfortable and clean.

Fantastic place to stay, close to the town but with beautiful country surroundings.

Great spot to stay just out of Mt Gambier. Frank was kind enough to bring our son over to his chicken coop to grab the eggs from the morning and even had some fresh apples for us from his tree. Great place to stay and chalet was very kind friendly.

This is the second time we have stayed. It’s a beautiful home with all the bells and whistles! From the well appointed kitchen with everything you need to the spacious, comfortable bedrooms. The location looking over the Glenelg River is stunning. One of our best trips, thanks Kellie!
