Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Port Elgin

This is our second year staying over Christmas and using this place to host our families. It has everything we need to put on a dinner and enjoy the holiday. The place is clean and comfortable and has plenty of room to meet our needs. Jesse is very responsive and is eager to help if they can. We can't wait for our next stay.

Brendan’s home was lovely, clean, and extremely comfortable. It’s located within walking distance to the village using the paths, and also offers convenient shuttle service to the Blue mountain resort for activities! We would definitely stay again!

House was well furnished. Has everything you needed. Walls pretty well sound proofed if you are bringing young ones that may wake your other friends/family. Thanks Nadia!

The setting is beautiful; very peaceful without feeling remote. The renovations done to the farm house are tasteful and the home is beautifully decorated. All appliances are new and easy to use. Kitchen is well equipped. There are several options for eating: dining room, kitchen stools, screened in patio, outside. The living room was comfortable and includes a working wood fireplace. Johanna was extremely proactive in providing information and asking if all was as expected. As a small group of longtime friends this was exactly what we were hoping for. There was lots of common space, individual bedrooms, good internet connection. Would be very likely to rent again if/when we were to go to this area again.

I really appreciated that it was pet friendly for my toy poodle!

Well equipped cottage, close to the beach on a quiet street. A fire pit, BBQ and 2 outdoor spaces. A second bathroom would have been handy but overall it worked well for us. Host was very responsive and provided lots of details.

We passed a wonderful weekend at Meaford in winter. The house was as described, beautiful and cozy to enjoy the ski resorts nearby. Jenny was always available to answer and question or instruction. Good place to spend a peaceful break from the daily routine.

This was our second stay at Peggy’s and we definitely will stay there again. It’s clean & well stocked with everything we would need. Peggy is wonderful to deal with and a great host. The location is perfect for what we need. The property is beautiful. Nothing negative about it.

We had a great stay in Sarah's cozy unit. Lots of thoughtful touches from the fully equipped kitchen, luggage rack to the selection of snacks. Straightforward check in and check out process. Quick to respond to messages. Would be happy to stay there again!

Jonathan and Angie’s place was perfect in every way! It’s located right in the downtown core - great for walking to the shops and restaurants. Check-in was a breeze. The place is absolutely spotless, warm, cozy, and welcoming. It’s fully equipped with everything you’d need. Angie was lovely to communicate with! I would come back in a heartbeat.

Amanda's location was bright, clean, smelled great and had an ideal layout with good storage. The space was well outfitted for meal prep with snacks, coffee, breakfast items and many condiments. The rooms are lovely, comfortable and spacious. The location is a beautiful older building and has quick access to downtown with a shortcut through the parking lot opposite. We would definitely stay here again.

The place was well cleaned as we entered the condo, everything well maintained. A perfect cozy place to spend your time away.

Perfect stay. Perfect location and amazing views. We were there for a weekend event so it was a quick 5 minute walk over to the conference area with the village being behind it. No more than a 10 minute walk to the village. The host provided perfect directions and helpful info on the app and at the Airbnb. No complaints. I would only recommend a full length mirror for the upstairs master bedroom.

We loved our stay at Bruce’s place. It was very comfortable and cozy especially after a full day of winter activities in the village. Place was clean and very spacious for a group of 5. Bruce was very responsive too. The place was complete from kitchen regular daily items to washroom amenities. Overall, we’d love to come back and recommend the place to our friends. ‘Til next time!

I just had an amazing stay at this Airbnb, and I can't say enough good things about it! The location is perfect—just a 5-minute walk to Blue Mountain Village, which made exploring the area so convenient. Excellent place by a fantastic host. The place was clean, well located and has everything you would need such as kitchen utensils, games + TV, and plenty of clean quality towels. Ulana and Amir were also very friendly and responsive. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Amazing stay ! Don’t hesitate in booking here. Everything is nearby including a hot tub and restaurant within a 30 second walk. We stayed two nights and had a blast going to the village with the kids. Very convenient and lots to do and the space was perfect. We plan on going back just mom and dad :). Awesome Airbnb !

A quiet gem. Private with a beautiful forest view. The perfect winter getaway. Pristinely clean and all the amenities a family of 4 would need. Ski in and out access is a plus (snow dependent). My family plans to return.
