Beachfront vacation rentals in Port d'Alcúdia

Great location, walkable to the harbour, restaurants, and grocery. Excellent location for cycling. It is on the main road that heads out to the popular Formentera ride so there are cyclists going by most of the day but the mature trees provide great privacy in the courtyard. The rooftop terrace/patio was a good place for morning coffee. The master bedroom had a very comfortable bed. There is quite a bit of clutter and stuff in the house and a bit of musty smell at times but nothing major. The owner went out of his way to make us comfortable. He was super nice and would do anything to help but we definitely used the Spanish to English app on our phone for translating. The house had everything we needed in a quiet safe neighborhood.

Had a wonderful holiday at the apartment, fantastic location, spacious, clean and had all we needed for the 4 of us. looking forward to returning next year.

This is a great 3 bedroomed apartment with 2 bathrooms. Breakfast on the balcony with a sea view was fantastic. Great location, great communication with Catherine. I'd definitely recommend it and would love to stay again sometime

We spent a week here with the whole family and had a wonderful time. The house looks like in the photos, we particularly liked the view from the living room to the sea. The equipment of the kitchen was also great for us, as we always cooked ourselves. The location of the house, but by the sea within walking distance of the historic center of Alcúdia, was also a highlight for us. Isabel was a very attentive host and actively and quickly communicated with us. Thank you!

Just returned from a wonderful stay in Puerto Pollensa, made all the better by this lovely apartment, which had everything we needed, including a nice welcome pack. Large balcony overlooks the pool. Peaceful surroundings and very secure. Short walk to Pine Walk with the beach and restaurants. I would highly recommend this apartment.

everything was perfect. the only comment I have is that Cristobal doesn't keep any consumables. not even salt or tissues. so you need to run for shopping as soon as you arrive.

Great location in the city of a Pollenca making it easy to go out and eat or for drinks without having to take the car. The parking was in the street but easy to find some space a few blocks over. The apartment was large with 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms which is great to have! The only downside we found was limited supply in some basic amenities like soap, shampoo, and toilet paper. Not a big deal but that was the one thing that we found as a con. Otherwise, we would stay here back in a heartbeat! Really recommend.

A wonderful home, and a responsive host. Daniel was very flexible in accommodating our request for an early check in. The home was beautiful and as advertised in the posting, with updated kitchens and bathrooms, and all the utensils that we required for a group of 6-8 people. The BBQ and outdoor patio area easily accommodated out party of 6-8, and was a wonderful setting for family gatherings. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

Blanca is a very friendly host and very responsive to different concerns during our stay (The lock on the front door is quite difficult and the doorbell broke, the little tiles in the pool fall one by one) If I can make a comment about the master bedroom which is beautiful, I would have liked a more neat bed linen and the showerheads in the bathroom is more speed. I regret the lack of privacy in all the bathrooms and toilets in the house as none of them lock. For the rest nothing to say, the house is very well equipped, clean and a special mention for the responsiveness of blanca

we were there for over a week with a 2yo kid. great place - in our opinion better than in the first sea line - much quieter, without walkers. close to Pine Walk, very comfortable apartment with two bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. very functional kitchen and spacious living room - but we used the very large terrace the most, where we rested after the day and ate meals. nice addition was the beach toys for children - we also left some for the next guests. communication was clear and fast. check-in and check-out without problems. a very nice gesture was a bottle of water, a few nespresso capsules and a bottle of wine to welcome. we sincerely recommend and will probably come back if we plan to stay in Port de Pollença.

The property matched the description exactly - it was extremely comfortable, with all the cooking/cleaning/entertainment/linen & towels amenities anyone could ever require. The property is a leisurely 10 minute walk from the centre of Puerto de Pollenca, most of it along the beachfront through a paved pine-tree lined promenade. There is free parking outside the property, which can be reached easily within an hour from Palma airport. Hiring a car, however, is not imperative, as the local bus station is no more than a 15 minute walk. There is a small (if somewhat expensive) mini-market directly outside the property, with bakery included. We stayed as a couple, so the property was not cheap - but, as a family of five could be comfortably accommodated, the pricing offered is both fair and realistic. Finally, being met at the property, as we were, and 'shown the ropes', was a great bonus, and helped start our holiday on a really positive note. Thank you!

We spent 4 amazing nights in Paco’s home and it exceeded all of our expectations. The house is perfectly situated across from the water in a beautiful bay. We could walk to a few local restaurants and could walk to the Old town Alcúdia in 20 minutes. The town of Pollença was a 5 minute drive away. Perfect location. The house itself was spacious and spotlessly clean. All the required amenities were included. Paco checked us in and explained everything in detail. He also had great local recommendations that we took advantage of. Paco was very helpful and friendly. Really nice guy. We highly recommend staying here and hope to be back soon!

The short trip with my girlfriend and my daughter was lovely. Around the house was everything that we needed. The Check-in was also easy and very fexible. I would highly recommend a car, because there are not that many restaurants nearby. The garden had also a lot of fun activitys for our daughter and us. We thought the little house would be a bit bigger, it's just one big room with everything within. So als couple (with a small child) it's perfect, for every person more it would be a bit small. Miquel and Magdalena also hat a babychair and bed ready, and in general they were very nice!

We stayed with our family on vacation in Mallorca (2 adults, 2 children (1 year and 4 years)). Before, we stayed at an all-inclusive hotel for a few days, so it was way too noisy and hectic for us. This place was our rescue, finally peace and a view like in a dream. It has everything you need, even toys for the kids and mosquito nets for the windows. The area is quiet, there are restaurants and shopping within walking distance. We were traveling without a car, that worked well. We all enjoyed it very much, we would love to come back :) Toni responds very quickly to messages and is very accommodating and helpful, we felt right at home.

A last minute booking, and Maria was so helpful and responsive. Just across the road from the sea and a really well equipped, spacious apartment with a great garden.

I want to thank Maria for all the good things she has prepared for us ( toast, jams, vegetables, fruits etc.) and for her kindness . When we arrived Maria explained in detail what road to take to access the private parking. The apartment is a little wonder that we don't see often. Everything was convenient, the 2 separate bathrooms, the comfortable beds, the cleanliness of the place exceptional. The round window that is the light source does not go unnoticed for walkers who marvel at it. The balcony is ideal, the sunrise magical. Two sun loungers and beach games are an attraction to spend time at the beach. Beach towels available and that's a big plus. We had a lovely holiday visiting Cap de Formonetor, Palma de Mallorca, Alcúdia and its market and restaurants nearby. What's more, a huge THANK YOU to Maria . Happy hosting😀😀

The property was exactly what we wanted and the location opposite the beach and within easy walking distance of the Pine Walk was just perfect. We will definitely try and book this accommodation again. Also Eva could not have been more helpful.

It’s been very nice staying at Viviendas wonderful place next to the beach. Awesome shoreline, nice Architecture, well equipped. Maybe a little fresh in the winter despite the heating system. Other then that: perfect! Viviendas is very nice and has been super helpful & flexible, too. All the Best!

Very comfortable home in a fantastic location. Would love to return. We went at the end of the season and so it was quiet and peaceful but restaurants were still open
