This beautiful house was a perfect stay. Full of character with wonderful amenities and a majestic ocean view. Situated directly across the road from the beach and a short walking distance from town, there is something for everyone at this homely residence full of worldly trinkets, books, board games, art and historic photos set amongst the spectacular sound of the waves as a soundtrack. It felt like a home away from home and made it hard to leave. We fell in love with this place and didn’t want to leave. What a privilege and how fateful for us to find and stay at this memorable home🐚🤎🩵🦀

Lovely cosy clean house, host communicated check in instructions early and it was easy to follow instructions. Coffee pods for coffee machine provided was a nice touch.

We have stayed at Helana’s place on several occasions. It has a very relaxed vibe and is reminiscent of my childhood holidays. It is in a great location, the yard is well fenced for our dogs and it has all the basics for a beach holiday with nothing pretentious. Thanks again Helana

Superb home with brilliant north facing aspect getting lots of sun. We visited for the Easter weekend with family and the kids loved the huge garden and emu farm. A great place to unwind amongst the trees. Damien was a very helpful and flexible host, making sure we were looked after as a big group. Thank you.

A really lovely stay in a beautiful home in very peaceful and quiet surroundings. We all really enjoyed our stay and wish it could have been longer!!! Would happily go back and we will certainly recommend this stay to anyone interested. Thanks Jai 😊

Family friendly - the back yard and play area for the kids was amazing. We bbq’d on the deck each night and enjoyed the outdoor space. The linen was stunning, the beds were styled amazingly and felt so cosy. Huge yard and if it was cooler, would have loved a fire both indoors and out. The days we were there were surprisingly warm! The description mentions the owners use the front garage area. It would have been nice to be advised it’s 9am-3pm everyday, not a one off or owner storage or similar. There is a business operating from that space. Lots of people coming and going which was fine, but we did have a dog and I didn’t know if they would have been reactive to this motion. Would stay again if in the area, close to everything and able to walk to most things!

Excellent accommodation. it was exactly as described, great location just minutes from the beach. Beautifully presented and very clean. Langleys were very responsive even after hours. Highly recommended.

Three generations of my family returned to make some more wonderful memories. The views are gorgeous. The kids love running around the property, bouncing on the trampoline and even going for a dip in the pool. We LOVE staying here!

We had a wonderful time staying at Seaview Apollo Bay. The house had everything you needed and more. Hiring linen was an easy. Although GOR holiday letting sent through lots of information, was very hard to contact when needed to ask things. Would have been better if run by a local team. We would definitely book again.

Had really nice stay at Johanna Seaside Cottages 'Farm House', was the perfect country escape we were looking for and the kids loved collecting fresh laid eggs in the morning and having access to an indoor heated pool. Only minor complaint was not being able to connect to the internet Friday evening and not being able contact our host after 5pm. That said, the property caretake (Ben) was super helpful when he checked in the next day. Would definitely recommend if looking for a country escape along the coast.

Mario as a host was very welcoming, accomodation, and understanding. However, I’ll leave the management real estate agent up to you to decide. One of a few places in Lorne who allow pets. A rare find. Thanks Mario.

The house was lovely, very spacious and well stocked in a beautiful, peaceful location. Sharon was a super helpful and very responsive to all my enquiries.

Wow! This place is amazing. We were a family group of 10. Two families of four and two grandparents. As a group we ranged from highly active to reduced mobility (walker) and it was an ideal environment for us all to explore and reconnect, over and over. There was something for everyone. The swimming pool was brilliant and it was a real treat to be swimming and looking at sheep and horses grazing in the paddock, with rolling hills and bush beyond. The kitchen was great and the dining table fit us all, so we enjoyed dinner around the table together each night after bushwalking the various tracks. We thought three nights would be enough to do everything as the property looked to be reasonably remote, but we were wrong. There is so much to explore in the local towns and within the property. We loved it so much that we are already booking again for next year! Highly recommend if you want space to relax, bushwalk, and reconnect with loved ones. I could say more but I've run out of words!

A warm and welcoming host, very communicative and caring. Lovely place just as described, with plenty to do nearby, easy to find with a gorgeous view to sit and relax with a glass of wine. It was beautiful to hear the ocean sounds at dusk and our toy cavoodle enjoyed the walks at the beach and lovely grass areas. Bedding was very comfortable and the tv entertainment was great. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Charleson Farm. The property was peaceful, spacious, and truly everything we wanted for a relaxing getaway. Surrounded by nature and beautifully set up, it offered the perfect balance of comfort and tranquility. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and the serene atmosphere—it felt like a true escape. Highly recommended, and we’d love to come back again!

Stayed with my wife and two boys and we loved the feel of the cabin. Lots of timber interior features to give it a warm feel. Great location, walking distance to both pubs and the general store.

The selection of coffee and chocolates was amazing. Accomodation very clean and spacious, hosts very welcoming.

Had a lovely few days at the cabin. Clean and tidy, and newly renovated, it was a great base. Lovely to be able to hear the ocean as you read a book on the deck.

A great stay high above Apollo Bay yet a short drive to town. Loved the wood burner in the evening and the birdsong in the morning. Pet friendly too. We’ve been before and hope to return again. Thanks Jeff!
