Jean-Noel welcomed us very warmly in his beautiful accommodation. We greatly appreciated his availability and kindness. The location is ideal, just go down the private staircase to get to the beach, and its restaurant.

We recharged ourselves thanks to the wellness amenities offered (massage chair, sauna, jacuzzi, massage room), the departure at noon the next day allowed us to fully enjoy the morning. Catherine is very welcoming, breakfast is hearty, she is discreet and available. We warmly recommend for a cocooning stay as a couple!

Beautiful, well located and extremely well appointed apartment. Many nice touches such as Far Breton made by Paulette (Isabelle’s mother), brioche, milk, tea, coffee and many kitchen staples not always found in holiday accommodation. Large array of plates, glasses, cups, saucepans, cutlery, kitchen utensils and much more. Bath robes a big bonus. Combination washer/dryer very useful. Fabulous market hall 50 metres away with excellent local produce as well as many local shops and restaurants within walking distance. Parking in the nearby church yard easy and convenient. We had no electricity supply caused by a faulty toaster. Isabelle was quick to respond and the problem was rectified by a local electrician in a short space of time. The toaster was promptly replaced too! We did find the large thick pillows uncomfortable and would recommend smaller ones being made available. Overall a very enjoyable stay. We highly recommend this accommodation and hope to come back one day.

Christine is an attentive, attentive host who knows how to be responsive while totally respecting the independence and privacy of her hosts. Christine's place is quiet, perfectly clean (and it's a cleanliness maniac who writes this message!), the rooms are comfortably furnished because it's her personal apartment. So we are at her place as we would be welcomed in her family, with a distant relative but who would love to pamper you. In the fridge, full of small touches. For example, if like me you are very attentive to the quality of the BEDDING, you will not find better: a large 160x200 bed, brand new with memory shape mattresses. So we sleep perfectly well, in a large and perfectly comfortable bed. In all the years I use Airbnb, and frequently, Christine has been among the two or three best hosts I've ever met in France. I would recommend this host warmly.

Listing is nice as described. Close to the Zenith it is very convenient if you have an event. It is also easy to get to the city center of Nantes with transport very close to the accommodation. I would definitely recommend Frédéric's place

Perfect place for a trip to Nantes. Axel is very responsive. The entrance is common with the host but Axel is very discreet and we had the whole ground floor to ourselves. Breakfast is very hearty and we had enough to eat all week, a first in an airbetb! Also, the apartment is quiet and close to the C6 bus less than 5 min walk and the intermarket. Recommended!

Small accommodation in perfect condition and quiet. We went for the Westill festival, so not really enjoy the surroundings but we were able to sleep well that's the main thing. That's great.

Easy access thanks to the code provided and very nice welcome from Jacques who was very considerate by coming to the front of our expectations. We spent a peaceful and restful night there in a very quiet environment. The next day we were able to talk with Jacques and Marie Noëlle both about the practical aspects of our visit to Nantes and the decoration of the house that we really appreciated. Excellent address.
