We had a wonderful stay! Excellent location for exploring the area. We loved how close it was to the bike trails The cottage was very clean and well appointed, comfortable beds and excellent water pressure! We are looking forward to rebooking again

We loved our New Year's break at the Captain's Cottage. Jamie and Linda are great hosts who, after providing some excellent recommendations for things to do in the area in advance and making us feel welcome when checking in, respected our privacy throughout our stay. They were particularly patient with our dog, who also took a shine to them, and was fond of visiting them without an invitation! The cottage itself was clean, cosy and lived up to the other excellent reviews. Jamie and Linda had thought of everything: from the quaint nautical themed decor to the complimentary breakfast supplies and port. Highlights for us were the hot tub, the views of sunset from the veranda, and saying hello to the horses in the neighbouring paddock. Our only regrets by the end of our visit were that we didn't find time to use the pool and that we didn't stay for longer!

Great little cottage, quite and peaceful. Justin has a lovely array of bird life going on to add to a well setup cottage. Fresh milk in the fridge, a lovely touch. As were the Anzac biscuits. The BBQ area is well appointed. Morning coffee under the shade sail while enjoying the country life, a thumbs up. Beechworth is 5 min away or call a cab ride. I recommend Justin's cottage and would stay there again when in the area.

Absolutely spotless house with a beautiful cosy feel and lovely outlook. Slept like a log in comfy beds and loved the proximity to the rail trail — so easy to get into town. Thanks Kerry!

Property was clean and just 3 minutes from town. Private area in a beautiful little spot, Linda was easy to communicate with and super friendly. Would stay again.

This was perfect for our family getaway with plenty of space, great view of the countryside, a large refreshing pool in the high temperatures we had, lots of character in our rustic cottage and close to historical Beechworth and what it has to offer. Linda’s and Jamie’s welcome treats were most appreciated. We will be back.

We enjoyed very much our stay at the 3BlackSHEDS. The accommodation is very neat and clean; the bed is cosy; and the place is peaceful. On top of these, Alan and Rowena got everything well prepared for a comfortable holiday away from home, yet just like at our own home. We love the food and beverages they supplied for breakfast: fresh, nutritious and delicious. The communication with them is also great, too, as Alan alway responded promptly and provided the supplies, answers and information we needed. All these reflected that Alan and Rowena are the caring and thoughtful host who made our holiday extra enjoyable.

A great place to stay if you have a dog, everything catered for and great surroundings. The recommendations Linda left for dog friendly places was spot on and the instructions really clear. It is also a lovely place, quiet, off the beaten road, practical and clean. Near to all the tourist trappings like Beechworth, Bright, Milawa and the Kind Valley.

We loved our stay, with two kids aged 2 and 3 we loved the enclosed garden, the toys, and being right on the cycle path. There was a playpark and river to splash in a quick 5 minute cycle away and an easy cycle down into Bright. Perfect location out of the hustle and bustle of bright, but close enough to quickly cycle/drive to.

This is a beautifully designed house that makes the most of its garden and creek frontage. We particularly appreciated the care and thought that has gone into the high quality bed linen, kitchen crockery/utensils, and eco-friendly touches. Our hosts were prompt and very helpful when needed -thank you!

Absolutely beautiful character filled home. You can walk to town and bikes were provided to go further afield or on the rail trail. Can’t wait to go back!

An incredibly pleasant and peaceful location, to rest and recuperate during a stressful relocation, from the mainland to Tasmania. This place was incredible for both myself and the animals. Hosts were very understanding of the animals, and even their adorable dog, was very respectful of us travelling with both a worried little dog, and frightened cat. Highly recommend this lovely little location, and these amazing people.

Honestly the best BNB I’ve stayed in. The prefect retreat, went for a girls trip and the cottage was divine and just what we needed to unwind from a busy life. Plus the town and local winery were just magnificent, not to mention the stunning sun rises and sun sets whilst walking through the farm

A wonderfully charming cottage very quiet yet close to « the village ». Ideal to visit the region, much quieter than Bright. Very spacious and well equipped, with superb views. I’ll come back!

We loved our stay . Great place ...beautiful gardens.. Had everything we needed .Highlight was Ash ( the border collie) . He/ she is adorable . Wanted to take him/ her home with us ! Looking forward to staying again. : )

Bella Rouge is a lovely little cottage and by far the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed. Diana was so helpful and responsive. The location is a very short walk to everything Bright has to offer while being a peaceful haven. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a fabulous three nights at Garden View Cottage… could not fault anything. The accommodation is of a high standard, the gardens are beautiful and Stanley is a great destination… away from the holiday crowds, with beautiful views and walks. The Stanley pub and store provide great food on your doorstep. We hope to be back later in the year. Thanks Mallory and Tim!

Our stay was wonderful. The views of the surrounding valley and mountains especially at sunrise and sunset are stunning. The accommodation is exceptionally well maintained and presented and very comfortable and quiet. If you want to getaway and do nothing, this is the place. (Although we used it as a base to go gravel bike riding in Moyhu and Whitfield). Phil was the perfect balance of ‘there and/or available’ without being in any way intrusive. Spacious bathroom and bedroom. The kitchen has all the utensils you need. Bar size fridge and freezer is fine for 1-3 days but you may be tight on space for a longer stay.

Hosts were fantastic -very welcoming, responsive & helpful. A great house for our little holiday with lots of space & everything we needed and in a beautiful country setting.
