We’ve had a great stay in the house. It’s a charming house with a great view on the vineyards. The host was kind and very helpful. I can definitely recommend staying here!

The Mulino is an old watermill. The walls are thick and rustic and it feels like you are transported in time. Sitting outside every night cooking and eating at the long table under the arches is peaceful. The garden is beautiful and helps create a lot of shadow which keeps it cool in the heat. The running river is small but also creates a slight cooling to the air. It can get hot in August in Italy. There is no air conditioning so the downstairs living space is kept dark and cool by the thick walls for those hot days. The Mulino is remote, near a small town and surrounded by fields, with a small cluster of other houses. If you have a car it will be easy to get around. We did not have a car but ended up bicycling around which kept us very local. The train is easy to take. We took it to Venice often. It is a 30 minute ride into Venice on the train and is a nice journey to sit and relax before entering the crowds of Venice. It was always a relief to return to such a quiet place at night and sit outside listening to the crickets and the frogs. Giovanni and his family are extremely welcoming and eager to help. Easy to reach and quick to respond. We were welcomed with a glass of wine and cheese and bread. The home has a rustic timeless feel to it and slows the pace of life. It is a home full of things collected over time and carries a sense of memory. At first I was surprised by the space because it was so eclectic but it became the thing I loved most as the days passed. It made me realize how sanitized I had become in a minimal style living. I came to love each odd lamp made of found pieces or old street posts and each table and chair being different. We were there to write and work so we stayed close to the watermill and mostly ventured to Venice to see the Bienale and when we wanted to explore. We loved our stay at the Mulino. We had many wonderful meals sitting outside under the arches listening to the river and looking at the garden. Fresh zuchinni from the garden. Purple waterlilies in a small pond.The watermill is a spacious place and comfortable with pillows on every couch for siesta. I would stay again absolutely.

Veronica was a great host would highly recommend her property. We were staying at her property with a group of 8 due to a wedding. Communication was great, and property was clean its very big and private.

We stayed from Mara in August as a base to visit Venice, Padua, Trieste and it was a logistically perfect choice. Mara's house is beautiful: it is a beautiful villa kept very well by Mara that has an impeccable taste. It's also a pleasure to chat with her because she is a woman with a thousand nuances and a thousand passions. the four-night stay at Villa Perale turned out to be a very pleasant experience. We were greeted with great affability and attention and there were always pleasant contacts during our vacation there. The house is very nice and well-kept, you can feel its history, very well-stocked and equipped. The location is very good: you can reach significant places in the Dolomite area in a very reasonable time. We are really grateful to Lucia, Stefano, their family for how they welcomed us and 'cared for' us in our days of presence there.

Booked the villa for myself and my family to stay in as we were going to a wedding near by. Absolutely beautiful location and the villa exceeded our expectations. The house is wonderful, full of taste and very well equipped, and with an amazing park and outside area. I love the Parco the Sile area and this place is connected to the river with the cycling route.

A beautiful, very large villa on a huge property with a nice view into the surrounding hills. Villa is much bigger than we expected according to the description, unique. The outdoor area with the large pool, the outdoor kitchen and the cozy lounge furniture was used by us from early to late. The support by Beatrice was perfect she was almost always available for us and has all the wishes - reservations for restaurants, bookings of shuttle buses, check in and out - quickly and easily organized.

The Villa was lovely and spacious! The pool really made it, it was fantastic. Sandra was absolutely lovely and extremely helpful. Enjoyed our Italy trip. Would thoroughly recommend. 👍🏻

Fantastic location and beautiful location.

We had a fantastic stay! The host was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist. The location is perfect, with non-stop entertainment for the whole family just a 2-minute walk from the house. Despite being so close to all the action, the area is quiet and peaceful. The pool was a lovely bonus, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for its great value and convenience.

It is a wonderful place to stay, a small cottage adjacent to a large house, with a large, idyllic garden and a great pool overlooking the whole Tagliamento. Andrea is a very friendly and helpful host who provided us with good information. Within walking distance there is a good alimentari with small bar. For hikers, there is Monte Pala and a beautiful medieval path to Vito d'asio via San Martino- on the front door !

Daniela already had great reviews, but the stay at "Cà Giuggiola" went beyond expectations! The house is spacious, very quiet, equipped with every comfort and perfect for a relaxing vacation. For those who want to disconnect without having to do a hundred thousand activities even on vacation, this place is the right one. Everything is made even more unique by Daniela's kindness, availability, friendliness and smile, always ready to make guests feel at ease. Also highly recommended is the pizzeria you run, along with your beautiful family, equally kind and friendly. Nearby there are many nice and uncrowded towns, above all the beautiful Treviso and Valdobbiadene with its hills full of rows of vines ready to become Prosecco. Piave also has its own charm, naturalistic and historic. Everything is highly recommended!

A lovely rural location with cicadas, fireflies, swallowtail butterflies amongst green hills with long views of the mountains. The house was charming and well-equipped. A nice garden with a pool perfect for younger children. Easy day trips to many interesting towns and cities. Very helpful and responsive hosts.
