I spend a whole month, together with my dog, in this lovely serene place to write. Vezelay and its surroundings inspired me enormous and help me to unlock my creativity. The. house is cosy and has a wood stove that is so romantic. At sunny days I could use a little patio to sit in the sun. Philippe and Francois really welcomed me into their live and shared tips, friends, stories and food with me. They really took good care of me, making sure I had enough wood pellets for the wood stove. An experience I will treasure for life. Esther

Beautiful place, exactly as described. High-quality materials and amenities. Very quiet location, but Troyes can be reached quickly and easily. The nearest supermarket is 14 minutes by car from the property. The pool is of course the absolute highlight: warm, clean and absolutely stylish. That was the best part of the vacation for everyone! We thank our hosts and now dream on the way home of such a life in France.

Super apartment very well thought out, full of little everyday things available (several coffee machines, toaster, wine glasses, microwave, two bathrooms, hair dryer. The apartment is spacious, close to Auxerre, free parking in front. A small shop and a pharmacy 1 m away. One of the best bakeries I've ever known. And Denis is full of small touches, we were able to access faster than expected, communications are quick and very friendly. In short, we loved it, it was our second time and still perfect! ☺️

Very good stay at Anne Sophie's. The accommodation is nice, very convenient with all the necessities, we were hosted very well upon arrival. Quiet, relaxing place, in the middle of nature by the river. Thanks for this beautiful time.

Very good accommodation for people working during the day. Pleasant and peaceful area. For my part, and this is only a personal opinion that does not call into question the habitat and its hosts, suffering from intense bodily pain, being in hospital to relieve his sharp pain, the bed was painful for me. Thanks to the hosts for their very pleasant exchanges.

We had a pleasant stay at Philippe's who hosted us very well. Before our arrival, Philippe had prepared a fireplace for us. Plus, a bottle of Crémant de Bourgogne was chilled. Thanks for your kind attention. The accommodation is perfectly equipped and clean: washing machine, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, tourist guide… It is quiet, surrounded by a terrace and a large garden. The location of the cottage is perfect for visiting Avallon, Vézelay, Noyers-sur-Serein, as well as the castles of Guédelon, Bazoches, Ancy or Tanlay. A cottage where hospitality and comfort await you. We recommend it...

This place is wonderful! The pictures really don’t do it justice. The pool is fabulous and the peace and quiet and the views make it the perfect spot for a relaxing break. The bedrooms were all generous sizes. The place is very rural (great for walks and runs) but that adds to its charm.
