Comfortable apartment, exactly as described in the listing and cost-effective. Our stay was quiet, and the space accommodated the 4 people in the group well. The host was always helpful, polite, and quickly responded to all messages. The condominium is organized and has its own parking spaces. I recommend it!

My stay with Daniel was simply fantastic! The venue exceeded all of my expectations. The leisure area of the condominium is even better than the pictures showed. The pools are beautiful and the view is stunning, providing moments of relaxation and fun. Daniel was extremely attentive and quick to respond to all our requests, ensuring that we had a worry-free experience. All the information he provided about the apartment was clear and accurate, and the location is excellent, making it easy to access several points of interest. It's well worth it and no doubt I plan to return with my family to take advantage of this wonderful place again!

Large and quite comfortable accommodation. The building is old and therefore bears the marks of time. It features various amenities and environments that allow a comfortable stay for large groups.

We were drawn to Rogerio's place due to both the location and the photos. The place was just as described. Most Brazilian homes I've been to don't have air conditioning in the living room which has been an issue in apartments we've stayed at due to poor ventilation. Rogerio's place is incredibly well ventilated so even without a fan or AC, we were comfortable in the living room, dining, room, and kitchen areas as there are a lot of windows and spaces to cool the place naturally with the breeze from the Ocean. The house was incredibly spacious and has everything a family would need to feel right at home without having to leave. This was specifically important to us as we had a large party and three toddlers plus no car, which would have made arranging going out to eat for every meal very difficult. We loved this place and would stay here again any time.

We highly recommend, it is only as a suggestion to improve the functioning of air conditioning or more fan options, since the heat disrupts the sleep a little.

Está was the second lodging in Vanessa's apartment. The condominium is wonderful, with the entire structure of a resort. In relation to the apartment, clean, with the necessary utensils, bed and bath linens as well. In this our accommodation the only point to mention was a little problem in the social bathroom, but it didn't even bother us then, it wasn't necessary to even contact Vanessa. She is a super hostess, always helpful and very friendly. We will definitely come back whenever possible.

I stayed with my family, it was incredible days and the stay was wonderful, we felt at home.

Rosana was a great host, she was always prompt and communication with her is quick to communicate with her. The space is wonderful, I found a comfortable, organized and clean environment. The kitchen has all the utensils for those who need to use it, the laundry room also has all the necessary products. I really felt at home, I highly recommend this place!

The apartment accommodates well 4 people, was organized, clean, with sheets and towels available. The two Ares-Conditioners were very useful as the weather was very hot, which was also great for us to refresh in the pools. The condominium has the entire structure of a resort. I attended a water aerobics class and was exhausted in a good way. There are also yoga classes, Pilates, bodybuilding with instructors. My daughter loved the playroom with the instructor playing several games. The wet bar is wonderful and at fair prices. Mrs. Katia was a love. My family and I were left with a taste of want more :)

Local px the beach, bars and restaurants. Px à Morro do Careca, with a view and a beautiful beach, day or night. Inside the apartment is well arranged. Breno responded quickly to any questions and made it easy for us to get in. Easy to access parking. We had a great time, we'll be back for sure.

The resort is perfectoo, I have had the opportunity to go a few times before. However, this apartment has a very privileged location with a beautiful view of the sea, pools, the club, etc! Raniery was very proactive, gave all the necessary information and always made himself available for anything.
