Great apartment, wonderful location

Marie's sweet, tiny apartment is a gem! Only a few stairs away from Sacré Coeur in a bustling neighborhood, the apartment itself though is quiet and a perfect place to stay. We loved it and would definitely come back, not least because Marie has been absolutely generous with the check-in and check-out times, which made our short trip so much more comfortable. Very well appointed and tastefully decorated accommodation. Very responsive host who knows how to receive(small pleasant surprises for breakfast) Quiet and very soothing place with very well appointed small places (terrace, sauna) The bedding is of excellent quality, the bathroom made with taste. One word: CONGRATS

Loved our stay with our 2 small children. Everything was just as described. It was great being able to open the windows. Everything was incredibly clean. Great location with lots of locals. Simple walk towards the louvre, Notre dame, the Seine.

Claudia truly went above and beyond as a host during my stay in Paris. From the moment I arrived, she greeted my boyfriend and me with a warm smile and a sense of hospitality that instantly made us feel at home. She thoughtfully brought over fresh, buttery croissants and a bottle of red wine, a perfect touch to start my Parisian experience. Every detail of her apartment reflected the charm and elegance of the city—cozy, stylish, and well-appointed with everything I needed. The location couldn’t have been better. Nestled in the heart of Paris, it was just steps away from iconic Parisian landmarks, quaint cafés, and cultural treasures. As I was in the city for work, the proximity to key business districts made my stay incredibly convenient. Yet, after a long day, it was also the perfect retreat, offering peace and comfort in the midst of the city’s vibrant energy. I can’t help but long for the Parisian life again—the way Claudia made everything feel effortless and unforgettable ❤️

Fabulous bohemian apartment within easy walking distance of Gare du Nord. Two metro stations nearby to get wherever you want and lots of restaurants within walking distance too. Road is bustling in the day and evening but up on the sixth floor it is a peaceful haven. My 80 year old Mum managed the stairs well so don’t let that put you off. Very well equipped and comfortable beds. My room had a fantastic view of the Paris rooftops and the Sacre Coeur in the distance which was magical when lit up at night.

We had a great stay at Jean Louie's! The apartment looks like in the pictures, it's close to lots of food places, including bakeries (1 minute away) and very diverse restaurants. It is well equipped, mattress comfortable and had plenty of towels. It's very bright, with large windows. you may want to bring your own shampoo or get one after you arrive. The building itself is very well maintained and cleaned, with an elevator that plays classical music. One of those little things that can brighten your day. Getting the keys from the neighbor was very easy and communication smooth. So was the departure. I highly recommend this place for a longer or shorter stay.

Lovely little studio in Paris, not far from the St Martin Canal. Very quiet and yet so lively and packed with vibrant food options. Perfect for a weekend getaway in Paris.

We came back to the apartment with the location ~en rose. This was the second time in two consecutive years in this apartment for us. This time Inna met us, my last time it was Jean-Marc. Both beautiful people who felt personally engaged in making our stay a pleasant one. Being well acquainted with Paris, la plus belle ville du monde, this apartment is located inbetween most of the things one could want, in my opinion. Three metro stops in easy/very short walking distance, Moulin Rouge, Rue Lepic and La Butte as your closest neighbors. The Opéra, Sacré-Coeur and les Grands Boulevards in walking distance. Restaurants, shops, bars, a colourful street catering to fun for adults are part of the closest neighborhood ;) The best features are the gardens, entrances, the size of the apartment, Jean-Marcs attentiveness and its location in this beautiful estate, tucked away in magic Montmartre. La vrai vie en rose ~

The Appartment was good and price was fair. The location is not ideal but it is close the train and metro station.

Ygal’s space was great for our 4 day stay with my family. The view was spectacular, the garden overview and the Eiffel Tower as well. The space invited lots of sunlight with large windows, furniture matched the whole vibe of the place so well, and the elevator was a huge plus. The beds were comfortable, showers were clean and spacious, and the living room was very spacious and home-y. It’s very close to lots of main attractions, great to take walks as the neighborhood is safe, and restaurants and Boulanger everywhere as well. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Very comfortable, tidy and beautiful apartment. We were able to cook good meals with the tools made available and the water pressure was good even though we were on the 5th floor. While the street down below is popular and full of life during the evening, it gets quiet in the evening. A very lovable place to be. Thanks for having us!

Amazing hotel, spotless clean and very comfy. The bed is huge and very comfortable, the shower is really advanced. Can’t recommend them enough ❤️

Accommodation near metro 4 and 13. Arthur is very responsive and precise, the apartment is perfect for one or two people even if the bathroom is small. With Paris prices, a great solution even if it's outside the center.

What more can I say apart from incredible! Impeccable cleanliness, a really nice clean smell, even on the sheets!! Regarding hot water after filling the jacuzzi, no problem having hot water in the shower afterwards! A truly relaxing and immersive world (the shower is very beautiful!!) The apartment is located 10 min. from Disney by car, it's really a big +! Thanks again, it was great.

We had a great stay at this house. The place was well equipped, pretty and clean! The different messages from the hosts were very clear and allowed the good arrival and departure of the accommodation. The use of the hot tub and hot tub is greatly facilitated by the user guide provided in the accommodation. Thank you for this bubble of rest and relaxation!
