This is a best place to stay in Pattaya if you going with your family. The host is great. The apartment is excellent. They even kept some snacks and soda drinks as welcoming. Love the environment. The pools are great and beach just few steps. Will visit again and recommend this place highly.

the location is right in the central pattaya with many restaurants and bars. only a few minutes walk to beach and central pattaya mall. apartment looks exactly like the photos, clean, tastefully decorated and well equipped. bed is very comfortable and great rain showers. thanawan is an excellent host, friendly, quick respond and gave good recommendations for local eats. highly recommended! the only negative is the elevators are very small, always packed and slow. the lobby and common area always full of people with luggages, waiting to check and out… like a busy hotel lobby.

Fei was very responsive and kind. After discovering that the kettle wasn’t working, she had a new replacement the next day. Checking in was a breeze and convenient. The apartment had all basic amenities one could require for an enjoyable stay. The complex has great facilities offering great overall comfort and enjoyment. Location is excellent with options to take public transport to Jomtien beach or Pattaya’s main tourist area. Overall a pleasant stay with a host who closely follows to ensure a comfortable holiday. Thank you very much for everything. 🙏

That was our second stay in this building because we love it’s infrastructure a lot. The swimming pool, sauna and gym are usually free from anyone. Vadim and Gulya are great hosts: extremely responsive and positive. Hosts reacted immediately to all our requests. The apartment is good but sometimes we had issues with the mobile cell internet connection speed.

Lenas place is wonderfull, This community is very well looked after , Clean , lots of green space for walking around , also very family friendly . I would highly recommend this place . What was so awsome the swimming pool was right outside our door. Lena has equipped her resident for long term stay as we were there for 3 months. When we had any querstion for info Lena looked after any problem immediately . The only downside would be that you are a little far away from Lena should be on the list as a supper hosts Thanks again When we come back this way we will definitely still here again.

Place is as described on the 14th floor. It was clean and about the size of a hotel room. Bed was comfortable and located in centrally with a short walk to the beach. It would have been nice to have a local knowledge notebook in the room to provide travelers with the how to navigate the transportation system and local markets to visit. You can go to most of the city via jump on pickup trucks that costs only 10 baht per trip. You pay when you get off directly to the driver. I found you can take it from the condo to Jomtien airport bus station. The express bus to BKK airport only costs 143 baht and the bus drops you off at departures.

I'd say everything was 10/10 for me. - the internet was good enough for zoom calls - the room was very clean - great location for those planning to visit Koh Larn island - just a ~10-15 min walk to Bali Pier - a lot of people complained about the elevators - can't say I feel the same, didn't wait for it for more than 3-5 minutes, usually just a minute, especially when you go down - 2 swimming pools and a small gym are good enough to use P.S. A funny thing is that the room actually looks bigger and nicer in real life than in the photos :)

To be honest, for the first time staying in a hotel so good value for money, the room is spacious and fully equipped with special convenience to use.The beddings are new, all kinds of disposable toiletries, much more comfortable than those hotels.
