We booked with Miguel to be closer to the softball field where our daughter was playing a tournament. Miguel’s place was perfect for our family.

Perfecto! Luis’ home is a cozy beach cottage with a huge, beautiful sun room and a fabulous deck. The view was exquisite. We felt right at home and had everything we needed, including immediate access to fantastic surfing. The surrounding neighborhood was quiet and safe. (I suspect the bars you might notice on some of the windows were actually meant for hurricane protection.) Luis was an excellent host. He responded to all messages rapidly and pleasantly, and left us feeling with a true sense of what living on the island would be like. We sincerely hope to return someday soon.

This place is very close to some great beaches and allows you to see and hear the ocean from the rooftop lounge area. The kitchen was well equipped and the house was neat and tidy. We enjoyed our stay and the hosts were very responsive and had many suggestions on things to do and see.

Ivan’s house is our favorite place to stay in Yauco. The house is very comfortable and always spotless clean.!

House is in peaceful green residential area, accessible to restaurants & shops. Super clean home, spacious backyard. Beds are comfortable. Big screen TV too

Its location is excellent for sightseeing, with historical sites, recreational activities, and natural attractions just minutes away. The facilities are clean and offer everything you need for a pleasant stay. Definitely a place I'd go back to.

We arrived after sunset so we had gotten lost but we contacted Jorge and he helped us right away! I Celebrated my 10 year wedding anniversary here and this casita is THE Perfect romantic getaway. Jorge even helped set up roses and wine for a surprise when we walked in. Quick communication, clean living spaces and breathtaking outside greenery/ lounging.

Peaceful getaway in Rincón. 10 minutes away from downtown. GPS can be very tricky getting there. Everything you need and more. We enjoy the boards games, Netflix, and the pool. Lovely place!

The place is beautiful and very well maintained. It is a very comfortable house in a peaceful environment. Its location is very central, and you can walk to the town in about 15 minutes. I highly recommend it. El lugar es hermoso, bien cuidado, cómodo y tranquilo. Tiene una localización céntrica, se puede ir caminando hasta el Poblado de Boquerón 10 a 15 minutos. Altamente, recomendado.

This was the nicest little cottage I have stayed in. A perfect little home with everything you need. And Nelson and his wife are really sweet. Wish we hade stayed some more days. Bring earplugs if you are sensitive to roosters crawling as there are some around…. otherwise you can’t find a nicer spot! ❤️

Great place for those looking for a private location (with a huge yard for a pet) and nearby local attractions such as Bosque de Guajataca (great hiking) or Cascada Gozalandia (waterfalls & swimming). Highly recommended!

Ours was not a vacation stay. We are a local family that needed a place to stay while waiting to move to a new home. We spent a month and a half a JB's place. The house was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. We loved the terrace/porch and the bbq. The location was perfect and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. JB was a great host. He was always available to answer our calls promptly. He even checked on us regularly to see if we needed anything. JB's place is a great option for a big family, local or tourist. Visitors will find a good and charming place to stay at JB his place. We certainly recommend this house.
