Rolland’s house was perfect for a weekend away with our family. We were very comfortable, the family area was spacious and the screened in porch was a great bonus space to spread out. It was graciously stocked with extras for the kids with toys and even 2 packnplays. The closet off the master was huge, big enough to fold out the rollaway cot and have a bonus area to sleep. The kitchen was well stocked which was perfect as we cooked in for several meals. A perfect walk to the beach/water and the close proximity to multiple playgrounds was a huge plus. Rolland has ensured that this is a well stocked Airbnb and perfect for getaway weekend or longer!

Such a beautiful location with a wonderful view, I came for a staycation just for the night and it was absolutely worth it and exactly what I was looking for. I can’t wait to come back in the warmer months!

My friend and I had a wonderful stay at this charming vintage house. The decor was delightful, with furnishings and cozy touches that made it feel truly like a beach house. The location was perfect for a peaceful getaway, with a nice yard, walking distance to bay, restaurants and bars - highly recommend Dockside and the Tiki Bar! We enjoyed spending each night on the screened in porch relaxing. We arrived on the heels of the end of Hurricane Helene and Erin was proactive in letting us know that water had gotten in one of the doors. Everything was dry by the time we arrived, however, we did notice a slight musty smell upon entering, which was most likely due to all the rain they had received. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms stocked, kitchen is large and well-stocked. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this cottage for anyone looking for a quaint escape.

Just a really lovely spot for peace and relaxation. We were even treated to a rare New Year’s Eve thunderstorm crossing from VA. Everything about this place is perfect. Very happy we decided to stay here.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay! The place felt comfortable the neighborhood was pleasant. Brandon's kitchen was well-stocked with all the kitchen utensils needed for cooking and baking . The little touches, like having makeup remover wipes available, were really appreciated. And the view from the rooftop was simply amazing! Communication with Brandon was perfect. He was easy to reach and very responsive to any questions we had. The kids had a blast playing basketball across the street – thanks so much for making sure the ball was inflated, that was a lifesaver! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place to others.

The house was great for our holiday get together. It's in a great location for Southern Maryland. It was also fun to see the animals hosted there.

Chris and Jen’s home was a perfect getaway for our girls weekend to Colonial Beach! The photos don’t do the place justice of how cozy and comfortable it is. We all raved about the comfort of the beds and the front porch was our favorite place to relax after a day of exploring the town. We were able to walk to town from the house for coffee and shopping which was a nice bonus. Chris and Jen were flexible with our check in time which we very much appreciate. We will be back to CoBe!

We came here for a retirement celebration with our kids and grandkids. The house is amazing, very large and offered each of us places to gather for conversation and games, plus places to retreat when we needed some quiet. We visited Stafford Hall for their Christmastide event and for hunting shark teeth on the beach. Much fun for the kids. Highly recommend!

The house was cozy, accommodating and clean. The beds were very comfortable and linens were clean. It was quiet and the beach was just a short walk/golf cart ride away. If I had to make any slightly negative comment, it would be to provide more wash cloths and towels. But that was a very small detail and we just washed and reused what we had, no big deal. The owner was responsive to all our questions and accommodated a last-minute booking for us. We would definitely book this property with this owner again!

I had an amazing time staying at this wonderful home! It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was in perfect proximity to shopping area and dining locations . The owner was friendly and responsive, making the whole experience seamless. I’d definitely stay here again!

I found the house charming & comfortable. The instructions that Uche provided were easy & he sent along more bits of things to know, just as I needed them. The communication was excellent. I look forward to coming back to this home, soon!
