Steal of a deal for this place. Perfect for any couple or family looking to do a vermont ski vacation. Has all the amenities you need, it’s super spacious, it’s right by town, and it’s a short drive to stratton or bromley. Easy 5 stars.

We thoroughly enjoyed our extended stay at Kalyn’s Farm House. The house has very obviously been carefully curated to provide a homey, relaxing and charming environment, with a timeless quality that so suited the beautiful summer landscape and surroundings. Favorite things were playing guitar on the outside porch, the porch swing, the 33rpm album collection, the excellent farm stove, the stunning view from the upstairs bathroom, the book collection and a couple of leisurely baths in the claw foot bathtub. Oh! And I forget to mention the walks with our dog down through the meadow to the riverbank below for a daily splash and swim. The place is Eden. Don’t tell anyone!

Fantastic stay. Amazing amenities and someone even came to plow the driveway during our stay when it snowed overnight! So convenient to Stratton and several other area ski mountains and easy ride to Manchester. The house has everything. We especially enjoyed the spectacular fireplace in the family room. Would love to come back. Highly recommend.

Great place for a family getaway weekend! Cozy atmosphere in a very quiet neighborhood. We saw more wildlife than we saw the neighbors. Dirt roads to the cabin can be challenging in "mud season" but we were able to navigate through it all just fine. Kitchen was well-appointed and spacious. The open floor plan on the first floor provided plenty of opportunity to interact with the rest of our group even while doing separate activities in different spaces. We were having a mini family reunion and it was laid out perfectly for us. In cold weather a couple of upstairs bedrooms got very cold despite the good heating system in the cabin, but once under the ample bedding it was not noticeable at all. We slept comfortably each night. Stefan was very responsive and pleasant. As the weather changed in the days leading up to our stay he kept us abreast of the road conditions. His house rules were easy to follow.

This was my second time booking with Sarah and I am equally parts amazed and satisfied. Sarah is very responsive, helpful with local recommendations, provides clear directions and takes all of the stress out of traveling to a new place. Her home is spotless, stocked to perfection and more cozy and “homey” than you could possibly imagine. I highly recommend her and this rental for anyone looking for a peaceful, worry free trip to VT. All I ask to fellow renters, please don’t book when I want to because I will most certainly be back to this place. :)

Wonderful stay at Maria’s place! It was spacious but cozily arranged/decorated, great sleeping and hang out spaces, very clean, nice big kitchen which we didn’t take full advantage of but definitely appreciated. Personally love the highland cow photos. Easy check in and check out, great communication, area felt safe. Would gladly stay there again.

Perfect weekend getaway. Beautiful location. Great hosts. Private farmhouse with all the amenities. Private hot tub for relaxing and wood stove for a cozy night in. Sue was great to communicate with was quick to respond. 10/10 recommend

As I was familiar with the area, I kind of knew what to expect except for the big water bar at the beginning of the road which bottomed out a little car I had rented otherwise the place was as described. Kate was very responsive, and it was a peaceful, nice setting

Marcy and Wade are simply the best. The barn had absolutely everything we needed and more. Her homemade bread and goodies added a special touch and made us feel so welcomed. The beds are extremely comfortable. We slept the best we had in weeks! The location can’t be beat – you are walking distance to Chipman Hill and great trails as well as Main Street and all the charm that Middlebury has to offer. We highly recommend staying at the barn!

Appreciated the hostess accessibility and responsiveness. It is a lovely rural property not to far from town and campus. However, the distance is not walkable.

If there was one thing I had to say that was not positive, it that there is not a tv. When traveling in the winter with kids, that can be tough.

Great stay! Doc was super responsive and helpful, even helped us check in a bit earlier than what is expected. Though we didn't have any particular needs while there, we knew we could reach out and ask anything and he would respond and help. This would be.a fun place to stay at in warmer weather when you could use the lake too! Great spot for access to Middlebury College and a fun, welcoming place to stay.

Great stay in the Woodstock / Bridgewater area

This house is the perfect killington stay. So close to pico and killington mountain. The fire place was great, it was soo cozy after a day on the mountain. Steve was very helpful on settling in! I will defiantly be back for another stay.

Great stay at Sugarbush. Awesome location - as described, 5 min walk to trails and ski home at the end of the day. Well appointed, great layout for family of 4. Everything that we needed for our quick mountain get away. Highly recommend! Will be back!

We stayed in the separate wing (3 rooms with a shared living room). The Inn (including rooms) is exquisite.. full off historic charm and with a lot of attention to detail. The Innkeeper / Our host, Andy, was wonderful , anticipating every need of our rather large party (7 people) and going above and beyond to make sure we have a perfect stay. We look forward to coming back!

Very close to ski trails, the cleaning crew team did an excellent job, and really easy to work with the Killington team.

A quick overnight with family on our way to western MA. Every staff person we talked with was helpful and friendly. It was off-season so things were pretty quiet. The beds were comfortable and all three bathrooms well supplied. The kitchen had most anything you would need. We chose to pick up our dinner from the onsite restaurant and eat in our room. The large pool was clean and the changing rooms had plenty of space.

Great stay at this location. Owner was friendly and very responsive. This is a large home with a bedroom on the main floor and 4 others upstairs. The kids room we call the Peter Pan room as it is right off of another room with twin beds. So cute! The house has tall ceilings and big rooms with real beds in each one to suit your guests. The home is a very special place where you are minutes to Woodstock but have true privacy and amazing views. A great stay. Will be back soon.

This beautiful house was perfect for our family. So much space, fully stocked kitchen, books and art for days. They ground were filled with fun for kids and adults, archery, bacchi, hommocks, vollyball, chickens, and friendly cat my kids became obsessed with. We loved multiple the fire places and the grounds keeper Mario helped bring in enough wood to keep them going. we went for a local hike and general store trip and had so much fun.

What a great condo in the best location! Unbeatable for the price. The condo was spotless, and had every amenity as described. Plenty of towels, soaps, kitchen necessities. Beds were comfortable! We really felt right at home. And the fire place was so nice! We’d definitely recommend this for a great weekend get away!

Cool ski house close to Manchester, Stratton, and Bromley. Many good restaurants within 5 minute drive. Everything as described. Lower level game room was awesome. Great views from large windows throughout the house. Highly recommend.
