I was a bit worried when I first drove up to the old communist era apartment block.... But once inside I found a very modern apartment, whew! If you travel when it warm, be aware the bedroom living room gets a lot of sunlight and is warm. Of course changes mid afternoon and the kitchen becomes warm. A cute little lake to swim in is very close as well as enjoying nature around you.

Loverly and quiet place near center. Kristi was easy to communicate with. We would stay here again any time.

Cozy newly renovated apartment near the center, in a quiet, historic district of wooden buildings. 2 rooms, one with a large warm fireplace and a large comfortable sofa, a well-equipped kitchen. We liked both the apartment and the hosts. I would choose to stay again in this apartment.

If you're looking for a cozy getaway during Christmas for a group of four then it couldn't have been better! It has a cozy homey vibe, with all necessary in the kitchen to fix dinner (although take a big bowl with you for sallad etc:). It has perfect dinner table with comfortable chairs that can be used to play board games on, if you're into that:) Overall fresh and clean and warm even during winter! We recommend a lot!

Everything went great. The location is super. The apartment itself was very clean and even nicer and cozier than in the photos. The host had also put Christmas decorations in the room, which was perfect and nice during the holiday.

In a nice quiet area, yet downtown is not far away. The apartment has space and everything you need for life.

This place is absolutely amazing! Beautiful, clean, cosy off the grid home. The sauna and hot tub by the lake were amazing. A wonderful place to relax and spend time at while also keeping your travel carbon footprint low :).

A very positive experience. The guesthouse is located in the backyard of the owner, yet you have all privacy you need to chill. The location is convenient if you have a car, which makes it close to Tartu city center and at the same time outside of it for more quietness. Kati is welcoming, friendly and helpful. She made us feel at home right away and we appreciated that. We might come back to experience the sauna in another season. Loved the log-heating stove!

We had a wonderful stay at Madli's place. She is very thoughtful and kind, and went out of her way to help our family. The area is peaceful and walkable and the place is lovely.

Close to shopping mall and bus stop. Very convenient and quiet.

Very nice and clean apartment with all you need. Felt a sweet welcome. In a good, quiet area and very close to the old town where you could reach by foot. Easy parking and easy to get to. Everything was really very nice. I recommend it!

Great place to stay for a couple! City center is a walking distance away, river is right nearby and the area itself is peaceful. All necessary utilities (including a washing maschine for clothes) is provided. Highly recommended!
