Nice apartment close to the sea with nice restaurant within walking distance. Good base for a family vacation and a responsive friendly host!

Our stay at Francisca’s place was lovely. Nice home for our stay in Alcudia, lots of space inside and out. Good location walkable to the beach and locals shops and restaurants. Great communication throughout from Francisca, thank you for having us!

Tomeu’s place is amazing and well located in the center of the island. From his place, we were able to visit different parts of the island every day. There is a supermarket and restaurants/bars less than 10 minutes away by car. The house is super clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The swimming pool was clean, and we were able to enjoy it at the beginning of April. Kids enjoyed it. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back to continue exploring Mallorca.

The place was with very good location, beautiful view to the river and the sea in a short walking distance. Barbara was very helpful and it was easy to find the place. Own parking space was an extra + with us having a car. The pool was great and and air-condition in every room also very useful. The place was very clean and all the necessary things were there. I recommend highly +++.

We had a lovely stay and the villa looked way better in reality than the photos. Beautiful garden with a lovely pool and terrace. Three lovely colourful bathrooms with bath tubs. We wished we could've stayed longer cause this villa felt like home. A little hard to find via Uber but Luis and Alejandro were so helpful getting us to the right place, super fast at responding. Alejandro showed us around the villa, super kind and friendly. We are definitely coming back to this villa next time visiting Palma :) There aren't any shops close by or but it didn't bother us since we grocery shopped everything before so we didn't have to leave the villa once during our stay.

Definitely recommend! Very nice little finca with large meadow and orange trees. Comfortably furnished, good beds, good bathroom. Quiet location in the countryside and yet within walking distance to downtown. Well connected to the highway to explore the region, e.g. only 20-25 minutes to Palma or Port Pollença. Very likeable landlords. We felt very comfortable here and will definitely come back. Thank you for everything!

We had a great time with four people in the house. There is enough space to retreat, the bathrooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The outdoor kitchen was a highlight! Just like the pool, great maintained with day bed and everything you need. Tomeu and his wife are great, had to wait a long time for us due to flight delays and still welcomed us warmly. Whenever we needed anything, Tomeu was there and had great tips for the area. Thanks for everything!

The three of us had six wonderful days in the apartment. Particularly noteworthy is the wonderful large terrace right on the beach. Taxi and bus almost at your doorstep, supermarkets as well. Everything we needed was there. We will be happy to come back. Thanks to David!

The stay at the place was great. The house is in a very quiet environment, it is well connected and has a wide variety of essential services nearby. Antonia was always attentive and available for any questions, and her directions were clear and quick. We would definitely do it again!
