Amazing Lake Adger Getaway Close to Lake Lure!

Enjoy this lovely retreat RIGHT ON THE LAKE. The Lake is beautiful, people are out Kayaking, Fishing, and Hiking. Lots of new restaurants. Wineries, Gardens, and many Festivals are going on. Lots of wildlife to see, Eagles, deer, lots of songbirds that visit daily. Relax and enjoy the view. This 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom with a full kitchen is a wonderful escape from the city. The Garden level of the house and deck are for your enjoyment—separate stairs to your private entrance and patio.

Beautiful home on an outstanding lake, perfect for completely decompressing and enjoying family. The house is nicely appointed, and we had everything that we needed. There is Wi-Fi at the house, but cell service is spotty, which we knew going in. It is a steep walk up/ down to the lake and so it may be hard for the elderly, and in contrast is also a great workout! Loved the water toys that my family took full advantage of. Easy location to get to Lake Lure and not too far from Asheville. Even saw a bald eagle fly over on the first evening.

Peaceful place to unwind. The view of the river from inside the house was an unexpected bonus. Gas fireplace was a plus. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had everything you could need but we ate out in Rutherfordton which is maybe 15 minutes away. Tv in living room and both bedrooms. Hosts checked on us during our stay. Bathroom had a newer style heated bidet seat which I never knew I’d like it so much. We came in on a rainy day and it was easy to get in and felt cozy immediately! We loved our stay and highly recommend!!

This is our second stay at Aramis's home. It was just as lovely the second time around. We were in town for a horse show at TIEC. The rental is comfortable and feels like a home away from home. The neighborhood is lovely and peaceful. Aramis is a wonderful host. He is very responsive and goes the extra mile providing snacks and breakfast foods. We will definitely stay again!

What can I say about Claire and Treze’s cabin in the woods? Private. Comfy. Calming. Serene. What can I say about our hosts? Responsive. Friendly. Informative. Welcoming. Accommodating. The cabin has 3 comfortable bedrooms. A full kitchen. Laundry. Cute fireplace (which we didn’t use) and comfy furniture to relax. We were visitors to the Tryon International Equestrian Center for the weekend and this place was 15-ish minutes away and enough separation from the horse show. My only gripes with the cabin don’t really have anything to do with the cabin. ZERO cell service(AT&T) and ZERO street lights so night driving can be tough if you’re not comfortable with night driving. But otherwise, this location is a great spot and I can see us staying with them again. Also there’s a black chicken whose name we learned in Ethel. She was comfortable enough to get close but not to pet. Thanks Claire and Treze!

What a 5🌟 star plus wonderful weekend!! The cabin was absolutely beautiful, inviting and clean. We felt right at home. Communication was quick and top notch. The beds were wonderful allowing us to fall into a deep sleep. A herd of deer were in the yard and our dogs, on leashes, were excited at what they saw. The river was clean and green. We cooked our steaks on the large back deck and watched the beauty in front of us. We loved the peace and tranquility. Thank you for sharing your home. Richard and Sigrid Powers, Charlotte, NC

Wonderful getaway for the family! The kids had the adventure we wanted away from the city. We had zero allergy issues, a few of us have allergy and asthma challenges and this home was clean and allergen free for us! We spent most mornings with coffee and either board games or exploring, the days on the lake with the kayaks and canoes, then nights around the fire with burgers and s’mores. Wonderful place for our family of 5. Thank you!

Stunning house, even better than the pictures! The house was perfectly equipped for any stay. All first-floor bedrooms, each with a bathroom (2 are suites with bathrooms inside!). Beds are super comfy. Spacious rooms & grand, Hollywood-style bathrooms in the suites. Hosts Vanessa & Mike were fantastic, responsive, & caring. They made our event - 35th anniversary special- by always checking in & letting us know they were available. This meant a lot to us. Overall the best Airbnb experience ever! ONLY way to experience Lake Lanier! This home, combined with Vanessa & Mike's exceptional hospitality, created a truly unforgettable experience. We can't wait to return!
