Scarlett and Sam were wonderful hosts, very active and quick to respond. Really recommend this place as it’s close to destinations in the Hunter Valley. Clean and beautiful home with the benefit of the games room and pool.

Wow, what can i say... words truly dont describe how amazing this place is. absolutely breathtaking views and mind boggling sunrises. As we checked in it instantly felt like a home away from home. the house is styled amazingly and has absolutely everything you need for a relaxing getaway. beautiful pool, delicious hot tub, comfortable living spaces and super private. will definitely be back for more!!

we had a concert at the estate close to the house, perfect location and walkable. Susan was helpful and responded to any queries I had. house was perfect for us, clean and tidy! highly recommend!

Wonderful location, beautiful outlook, and nice big comfy character filled home with all the modern comforts. Lauren was communicative and accommodating. Couldn't ask for more. Definitely recommend and hope to go back some day.

We had a beautiful couple of days away with our family. There was something for everyone from the pool, arcade games, a pool table, home gym and our favourite, the alpaca trio!! Super cute 😍. The house was very clean and spacious. The 3 new bathrooms are fantastic! Mardi-Jane was very responsive and straight forward. Thank you Mardi-Jane, we will be back!

Had a fabulous weekend at yours place. Perfect location for concert at Bimbadgen Estate. Really comfortable stay for 5 girls. We loved dining outside and walking up to clubhouse. Would love to come back next time we are in the Hunter.

I am so glad I picked Jasmine Lodge for my stay. The home is amazing, it was so peaceful and quiet plus also contained everything you needed for your stay. My dog enjoyed the large, fully fenced yard and I enjoyed the pool. The living room couch and TV setup was very comfortable, complimented by cozy blankets and ducted air con. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious. The kitchen was very well stocked and there were three lovely dining tables to choose to eat from. Overall, this property made me feel very at home instantly and I would love to go back again in the future.

Fantastic House in a perfect location! Was up there for a golf and wine tour weekend and we loved it! The pool table and bbq area really stood out for us and provided plenty of entertainment in the evenings! Would definitely recommend and will be renting again when we next visit the Hunter region!

Fantastic venue. Close to Hunter Valley for wedding proximity. Beautiful big house. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Full kitchen.

We were working in the area and had to find alternative accommodation late in the afternoon. As a first time user of Air BNB, Geoff confirmed availability and approved our booking extremely quickly! They even have a pinball machine, which they leave with credits on to play, Great point of difference!! Would highly recommend Geoff's for work or personal stays! Thanks again. Rob

Paul's home is a great place to stay with kids and friends. He takes pride is having the property presentable and little details such as clear instructions about feeding animals, toys for kids, cleanliness and fully equipped and functioning kitchen was really helpful. Feeding the animals was such a beautiful experience for kids. Having tea in the backyard with the firepit on and watching the sunset was one of our highlights at this property.

If you are seeking an 'off road' location (to get there), THEN, this is the place to stay & relax. Water View Cottage is well appointed and for the most part was quite clean (albeit, the Oven hadn't been cleaned for weeks and no one apparently checks for blown light globes). If you are visiting during Spring / Summer, be sure to pack extra Fly / Bug Spray (the cans provided were 'EMPTY') as having the Doors open attracts a plethora of flies & mozzies as there are no Screen Doors. The Accommodation is very comfortable & spacious (for 2 Adults with small dog) and the location is so peaceful.

What a great spot. We were immediately pleased with the house and surrounding bushland. Quiet and peaceful and close to our event. Bus picked us up from start of driveway and brought us back (seperate to accommodation). Would recommend as very comfortable and host was great.

Had a lovely stay at Julie’s - it’s our second time in Broke, we love how quiet and peaceful it is! Saw plenty of kangaroos at dawn and dusk too. We stayed here as a group of 5 and everyone loved how cosy it was! Thanks Julie :)

Fantastic home! Modern and clean, everything you need for a family weekend away in The Hunter. Linda was amazing and so responsive.

Our second stay here. It’s super peaceful, lots of space and only a short drive to all the wineries, attractions and amenities. The beds are really comfortable and the hot tub is a lovely addition. We visited this time with our toddler and she loved it! The place is child friendly - just need to watch them near the edge of the veranda. Only downside is no aircon in the bedrooms - the fans did a pretty good job (except for the one super hot night), but they were quite noisy. Would definitely stay again :-)

Kym was a wonderful host, very responsive and accommodating to our requests. The house was really well equipped and was very clean and tidy. We really enjoyed our stay and would wholeheartedly recommend staying at the guesthouse to anyone looking for a place to stay whilst visiting the Hunter region. Thanks again Kym for hosting us!

The house is terrific and the location wonderful but the highlight was the helpfulness of the hosts Leigh and Terence. They recommended local wineries, were great arranging the sleeping configuration we needed, and made our arrival perfect. Really responsive and highly recommended.

A fantastic place with plenty of space and close to local amenities in East Maitland. Rachel is a great host and was very responsive and thoughtful. Highly recommended, if we're in the area again we'll definitely be back!

A beautiful serene place for our family of five to stay for a long weekend. The teenage kids wanted to stay longer. We all did! The sunshine on the deck in the mornings was beautiful. A beautiful place to sit outdoors and have meals. It was so relaxing.

Great little place in the backstreet of Speers Point. Has lake views from both upstairs and downstairs. Small spaces, but was perfect for what we needed.
