Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Pointe Coupee Parish

This was the perfect home for our family to enjoy Thanksgiving together with our college student and his friends. The house had everything we needed and more. Down to the fine details of first aid kit (came in handy 😬) well stocked bathrooms with all the amenities and toiletries you could think of. Plenty of pillows, blankets, firewood with stuff to make s’mores. And a lovely snack/welcome basket. I highly recommend any property Thomas has available as this was our second time renting with him and will not be our last. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy a home away from home.

This was an amazing honey hole for the LSU vs OU football game! We were so happy to be in a place we felt super safe and was SOOOO cute! My husband builds homes and he comment several times how well the home was done. The bunk beds are amazing! We ended up having our own bed in the bunk room cause it was so fun. Kitchen ware is very well stocked, we made breakfast and lunch and all the necessities to cook with were readily available and super clean. I will say my husband is more posh than me regarding the conditions of the place we stay, and he told me at least three times I better write a great review! That is saying ALOT!! I would have loved to sit out on the Poop Deck (that’s what I call the tall deck at the end of the dock) for hours. Maybe next time OU plays LSU it will be a little warmer. Rich was great and very informative and very responsive. Would strongly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We came here as a first getaway as a family of three with our baby and two dogs. It was clean, cozy, and very peaceful. It was the getaway we needed. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful laid back weekend. It would have been nicer if the lake was not so low. But, There is nothing that can be done about that. There was plenty of seating outside and inside.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming fishing cabin on False River! The cabin had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway, and it was the perfect spot for our family of six (including two kids) and our two dogs. The porch was our favorite place to start each day with a cup of coffee or hot chocolate, taking in the peaceful view. The dock was great for a little fishing and enjoying the serene atmosphere. Inside, the cabin was older but cozy and well-equipped. We were able to cook breakfast together, and the kids had a blast watching movies and playing games in the evenings. It really felt like a home away from home. The host went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, was incredibly responsive, and gave us great recommendations for local activities. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to unwind and spend quality time with our loved ones. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a peaceful, family-friendly retreat!

We had a wonderful stay! great relaxing getaway you know the kind you don't want to go back home from lol we will definitely be back! The home lacked nothing, everything we needed was right there. we really enjoyed our stay!

Leisa has a beautiful piece of paradise and we enjoyed our time there ! We caught a few fish, loved the land, and the cottage was decorated so beautifully. They were so kind and we appreciated the cookies and champagne she left us ! Bed was super comfy and cozy and we enjoyed coffee with a view the next morning ! The grounds were to die for. Highly recommend and will definitely come back! Very close to all the restaurants and shops.
