Great location. Wonderful recommendations. Picturesque views. The location was absolutely brilliant with the beach, restaurants and cafes only 2 walking minutes. Pat also gave us countless recommendations of wonderful restaurants and things to do which shows that he really cares and makes sure the bookers have a great time. He also gave us clear instructions about the check-in and check-out process which made the process a breeze. Lastly, the view was simply breathtaking, just as described, with pretty much a 360 degree view from the rooftop. Overall a memorable experience. Will definitely be back again.

Agree with all other reviews regarding this gem of an Air BNB, both in respect of the apartment itself, the location and host responsiveness - 5 stars all round!! The resort itself is somewhat dated, particularly the main pool area (the resort really do need to re-pave this area ASAP due to all of the rocks. However the apartment itself is immaculate and has been fully renovated into an ultra modern space. The apartment is very large for a 2 BR apartment and provides everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The only things missing were a dish rack (they do provide a drying mat however this ends up soaking wet most of the time) and a washing basket. The apartment is perfectly located between Hastings Street and Noosa Junction (perfect for those grocery runs). At the top of Noosa Hill however the walk down / back up to Hastings Street really isn't a big deal and is actually beautiful. Our holiday was amazing. The place had everything we need for our stay. Best things for us was the walking distance to the beach and the pool. We felt safe and relaxed all the time. I highly recommend this place for a family or a couple.

We enjoyed our stay here. Great location! A short drive to other neighbouring sunny coast suburbs like Coolum and Noosa. Also very close to the airport. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in a quiet neighbourhood for their holiday by the sea.

We have stayed at Peppers previously. We like staying within this resort as its walking access (via hill) to Hastings St with the ability to drive out via the back route, avoiding Hastings St traffic. We look for rooms with a green view as we like the serenity of the bush. As another guest commented, deck backs onto the rear day access road so there is some limited car noise. There is also a generator/condenser nearby to the outdoor deck which has a regular hum when outside - cannot be heard when doors are closed. Wifi is not password protected. Best feature - great double person shower. Ability to watch streaming channels on lounge. Gorgeous apartment, can sit on lounge inside and see outside.

Perfect spot for a holiday with the family. Beach was right across the road, which is where we spent most of our time. Beach was perfect for young kids, with no waves as is was on the river. It was only a short walk to restaurants.!!House was clean and had everything we needed and more. We absolutely loved our stay as a family of 4 with 2 young kids. We had a wonderful stay at Lisa’s in Noosa. The apartment was spacious for our family of 3 with everything needed for our toddler. Instructions to find the place and enter were easy. Lisa was always so quick to reply with recommendations and questions. It is up a slight hill from Hastings St which was a little hot and hard with a pram in the middle of the day, but can imagine in less hot and humid weather it would be more enjoyable. We would absolutely come and stay again!

The place was stunning with so many appliances, and thoughtful products left for guests to use :) we really enjoyed our stay, would definitely recommend and we will be back!

We are grateful to Homes@Noosa for making our first visit to the Sunshine Coast extremely memorable by hosting us at this gorgeous property. The house is exactly as described, with a private pool which you can swim in day or night. Pristine clean bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, close to local beaches, air conditioning in every room, lots of board games/books for the kids, and an office space to get some work done if needed. Would definitely recommend.

We had a lovely stay, it was so peaceful, loved the sounds of all the birds especially the whipbirds.
