Vacation rentals with breakfast in Poggioreale, Naples

Annamaria was an excellent host! She was very responsive and checked in with me regularly. Her home was very clean, bright and quiet with comfy beds and great air conditioning. She provided staples for our first night/day which we really appreciated. We spent nights on the terrace sipping Amaretto and watching the comings and goings in Positano harbor. There are many, many stairs to get to Positano, but in most cases I chose to walk on the winding road as it was easier on my knees. The walk is about 30 minutes. There is also a bus stop that is very close to the apartment, so you have many options to get to Positano. Annamaria helped to arrange transportation to and from Naples train station for us which was extremely helpful. Highly recommend this home!

Just as others have said in their reviews Villa Laura is a gem. Antonietta helped me for months in advance arranging airport transfer, dinner reservations and so much more. We ate at La Tagliata and were treated so so well. Renato was always smiling and made sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was yummy, the home was clean, the hot tub was a great bonus my children loved. The views, worth it all. Sitting with the living room doors open with the ocean view was a beautiful way to start a day. The area was so quaint and peaceful away from crowds. We walked down to Positano once (with our 3&5 year old) and it took about 25 min and was beautiful. Seriously I couldn’t say one negative thing, book your stay at Villa Laura & you will never regret it.

The hosts did all they good to support an enjoyable, hassle-free stay. The check-in was smooth and very flexible. The hosts were immediately responsive and helpful when unfortunately there was a drainage problem in one of the showers. And the place is as shown and very comfortable, in a top location. We all slept very soundly on comfy mattresses. Thanks for a great stay, we'd happily come again!

The home was absolutely beautiful. It was better than the pictures, we really felt at home. Maria was a lovely host, she was very responsive, helpful and kind. The location was perfect, it was a quiet private area with the ability to walk all the way down to the Amalfi Coast. It was nice to be away from the busy areas but still in close proximity. There were delicious restaurants walking distance from our accommodation. The views were spectacular and we would definitely visit and stay here again! Maria thank you again for everything.

We loved staying here. The apartment was perfect for us with a lovely garden. The location was excellent - near enough to the station, port and centre but far enough away to be in a quiet locality and a private space.

Giovanna’s place was wonderful. Her and her family were very kind and helpful. They arranged a shuttle to pick us up and drop us off to get to and from her place. It was very convenient after walking all day. If you prefer to walk, you can walk to and from her place. It’s ten minutes to walk into town. The town has some nice restaurants and areas to walk down to the water. Giovanna always responded right away when I messaged her. The Airbnb was well decorated and the view of the ocean was stunning. It’s nice to come back early and watch the sunset from the balcony and enjoy her beautiful place. Giovanna and her husband also provide breakfast, and it was the best breakfast my boyfriend and I had on our trip. Everything was fresh and the view from the patio is serene. I highly recommend staying at Giovanna’s place, you will feel welcomed and well taken care of.

Danilo and his parents were smiling, welcoming, and every day by our side: Danilo's mother gave us breakfast with care and good humor. Danilo was great tips for our stay, especially for the New Year festivities. He offered us the glass of friendship on 12/31 with his wishes during the fireworks. As the house hangs on the mountain, the view from the terrace is exceptional that overlooks the Gulf of Castellamare/ Naples with Vesuvius in the background. Just a problem with accessibility by car is difficult: renting a small vehicle. We met his cats whose kitten Crazy and Danilo let us enjoy his presence with us. The accommodation is very functional with the possibility of cooking after a tiring day of sightseeing. NETFLIX access on the TV is a plus to make a movie night by choosing your native language (French). A place to RECOMMEND ** * 🤩

Piera was one of the most helpful hosts I have had the pleasure to communicate with in Airbnb. She reached out to us proactively prior to arrival, spent time to provide recommendations and assist us in arranging a short trip to Sorrento. I really cannot find anything negative in this experience.

If I had the option to give this airbnb 6 stars, I would in a heartbeat. This beautiful apartment is right in the heart of old sorrento, walkable in just minutes to the whole town. the amenities are very nice, and it is perfect for a couple or family who need to stay in sorrento. If you are considering this against any other options, I beg you to choose this. the cherry on top of our amazing stay in this beautiful town was Stefano himself. he was the most responsive airbnb host I've ever worked with over the years, and was immensely helpful. most of my messages were responded to within 10 minutes or less, sometimes before I could put the phone down. after a very long bus ride, Stefano was gracious enough to have his brother come pick us up in the station, and then talked us through the amenities of our place, and gave us tips on how to explore sorrento, amalfi, and pompeii. he also left us with a complimentary breakfast. Thank you Stefano for making our engagement trip so special!🍋🍋

We had a great week at Carmine’s apartment. The house, garden and private terrace were lovely and it must be really beautiful in the warmer months. We felt very safe in the neighbourhood. The living area had all the amenities you would need for short and long stays. As it was cold we had electric blankets on the super cosy bed… this was much appreciated. The family are very welcoming. We were gifted with wine and lovely pastries on arrival. There were also plenty of basic food items to use. Additionally there was an abundance of toiletries! Carmine and Elena were so responsive. The kettle stopped working and we were provided with another immediately. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble to these lovely hosts. As expected Naples is just fantastic. So much to see and do. Easy access to the metro minutes from the apartment. There is a beautiful and enormous park nearby if you have a dog. We were grateful to our hosts for allowing us to bring our two dogs. We loved it!

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Antonio and Titti, who treated us like family friends. They made us feel so included, and you can tell they take pride in hosting. It was one of the cleanest, most well-kept places we've stayed in to date. They went above and beyond, giving us many fantastic recommendations for things to do, which really made our trip special. The apartment itself was incredibly peaceful, thanks to the courtyard that blocked out the noise from the busy street outside. We felt completely safe and at home here. Overall, this was an unforgettable experience, and we'd love to come back again someday. Thank you, Antonio and Titti, for making our stay so memorable!

The condition of the building may surprise at first but it is typical of the area. The apartment is very nice and the bedding is comfortable. The oven was broken but this is just a detail. Located close to metros Line 1 and Line 2.

One of the most magical stays I have ever experienced! Villa Parisi is secluded enough to feel private and special, but close enough to all Sorrento’s restaurants and attractions to feel part of the city. Mario gave excellent recommendations on food, day trips and parking and was an incredible and accommodating host. We had so much fun getting to know Mario and Kelly, getting to experience their beautiful home and falling in love with Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast.

Great stay in the best location for visiting the site of Pompei! The complimentary breakfast and snacks is a wonderful touch, and Antonio was very nice and helpful for our stay.

Loved our stay! Such a great base to explore the surrounding towns and Castellammare de Stabis itself! Amazing views and Carmen was great to deal with and answered any extra questions we had on the area and things to do.

Valerio's Airbnb exceeded our expectations and was better than the pictures. The location is wonderful - just a short walk from Train station and central to all the main sites in Sorrento. It is next to a busier road so you hear car traffic but it didn't bother us. The room was very clean and equipped with a welcome bottle of wine, bottled waters and coffee. The building was very secure and safe. Highly recommend staying here!

Rosa and her husband had been the best host I’ve ever stayed with really communicative and helpful and the room that I’ve had it had some awesome views I wish I could of have stayed an extra day or two, Rosa’s husband was Abel to pick us up and dropped us off to the piano station really helpful the breakfast it’s not 10 points but it’s 1000 points highly recommend staying with Rosa.

We loved our stay here, what a cute apartment centrally located in a small fishing village, close to the city centre with lots of great restaurants and shopping. Adriano picked my husband and I up at the train station, and his father dropped us off at the end of our stay. He was a great host, very responsive to questions, and his recommendations were spot on! We did a boat tour of the coast off his recommendation, and it was spectacular. We would absolutely recommend staying here. The apartment was very clean, and spacious. We will likely be back in the future.
