I had such a great stay at this property. The location was perfect—tucked away from the noise and distractions, making it an ideal peaceful retreat. It felt like the perfect place to unplug and relax. The surroundings were beautiful and gave off a calm, cozy vibe. The hot tub was clean and worked perfectly, which was a major highlight after long days of exploring and relaxing. The house was well-kept, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It really felt like a home away from home. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway to recharge, this place is it. I’d absolutely come back again!

We spent a great holiday in a beautiful and atmospheric place. I highly recommend it. The renovated house has all the amenities. The swimming pool is great. The area is beautiful - peace and quiet. In the vicinity there is a donkey farm that does not disturb. Very good contact with the nice host of the house Marko and his father. Rating 10/10🙂

We had a lovely stay over the Christmas period after travelling in our camper for the last 7 months this was a nice reset for us. The house was as described the host was responsive, we were met by his Mum and sister who were very friendly and accommodating. His Mum even bought us over some burek which was delicious. Just a couple of small points, there didn’t seem to be a dryer as stated in the amenities listing, and we couldn’t seem to get the hot water to work in the kitchen (not sure if it was something we were doing or not). It was a great stay. Lydia and Goran are great people, very welcoming, very warm and very available. Arriving late Saturday night, we were unable to do the shopping and so they served us a great breakfast on Sunday morning (and also the day of our departure). Fresh fruit and homemade grenadine were in the fridge upon arrival. The apartment located on the 1st floor of the house is beautiful, spacious, ideal for a family of 2 adults and 2 children. There is also an additional studio for rent if you want to come with more people. There is air conditioning and all the necessary toiletries and laundry (I want to clarify this because it is not mentioned in the listing). The geographical location is ideal for the whole center (Ostrog, Niksic, Lake Skadar) and the Adriatic coast (Bar, Budva, Kotor, Ulcinj...). The trips were about 1 hour or 1 hour 30 minutes. It's a little further for Tara Canyon (2.5 hours) though. A big thank you to Lydia and Goran!

This place was amazing for us. We stayed for 90 days, and due to the nature of the space, we achieved so much during our time. Dejan, his wife, Meli, and the team Danka & Bozo are a great group of hosts. They are like a small family, and we felt right at home. Our dog Shadow loved the enclosed garden space and was chasing lizards for hours. The place was very well maintained, and the listing doesn't do it justice because it has so many surprises. The private gym was SO good for us. All we did was work, train, and eat good food. We managed to source some great local ingredients like RAW Buffalo milk. This place feels very private and enclosed, which is good if you want to be away from the busy city. Meli is growing amazing food in the garden, and if you are lucky enough, you will get to have some. They went the extra mile whenever anything needed fixing, and were very quick to respond when we needed support. The Wifi is solid for digital nomads like us. I will miss this place & people!!

The space is absolutely gorgeous. We were a large family of two adults, three children and a baby - a slight squeeze but we knew we would be outside the entire time and were prepared for a smaller living space. The space contains everything you need for a self-catering stay including fuel for the BBQ and basic staples. Sara is easy going and communication was perfect.

Great, quiet and peaceful. We loved being close to the village with all the boat tours and restaurants without being rightj in the bustle of things. The location was quiet and beautiful, great pool (a bit cool in the spring but still nice) and well equipped kitchenette for light meals. The recommendation for the boat tour we got from host was also amazing, we loved the cruise we chose. Thank you!

Svetlana is an amazing host and the house and areas is really beautiful. Huge recommendation. We did not have a car, which we would recommend if staying at Svetlanas house and in general when travelling in Montenegro. Take care Svetlana and thank you for all your help.

Biljana is a great host. Everything was perfectly fine. Parking is a little more difficult if there are more cars in the yard, but Biljana was very helpful. Recommended!

Everything was perfect. The location of the house near Rijeka Crnojevića is perfect to discover the Skadar lake ! The view from the first bedroom is incredible ! The house is clean, really well furnished and convivial : an idyllic cocoon 💛

We had a wonderful stay in Virpazar area and were able to enjoy Lake Skadar. This property is a beautiful location surrounded by a vineyard and gardens. Dusan was very helpful and shared recommendations on things to do around Lake Skadar and boat tours. Highly recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ivan’s apartment. The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Ivan and his family were friendly, helpful and very welcoming. Ivan went above and beyond our expectations of a good host. He gave us excellent recommendations, advice and offered to drive us places. His garden was beautiful and his family kindly gave us some of the best tomatoes we have ever tasted. If we were to return to Montenegro, we would definitely love to stay at Ivan’s apartment again. Thank you Ivan for making our stay so memorable and wonderful.

We enjoyed our stay. Zoran's place was tastefully decorated, with a lovely balcony and view. Although not really set-up for cooking, there were many lovely restaurants around. We were very comfortable for the time of year we were there (Autumn).

House was clean, worth the pay.

The house is very spacious and comfortable. It is located in a very quiet place and very close to the Ostrog monastery. Mr. is very friendly and have been very flexible with us

The cottage was charming and reminded me of holidays by the sea. The accommodation is in the Podgorica Stara Varoš area, which is the oldest part of the city with a still rural character, but very close to the center and everything you need. The surroundings and proximity to the river add a specific charm to the place. The cottage has everything you need upon arrival and during your stay, as if you were coming home. There is also a courtyard with seating. Only some of the surrounding houses are inhabited, so there is complete privacy, and at the same time there are neighbors around, so the place seemed very safe to me as a woman traveling alone. If I ever return to Podgorica, I will definitely be happy to rent this cottage again.

Lazar's house is a country gem in Skutari Lake. The view, the house and all the amenities are great. The only downside is the narrow and winding road to get there, but certainly that's nobody's fault. So highly, highly recommended 😉

If you need a stay near the airport, this place is perfect. Hosts were very friendly, responsive and even gave a lift to the airport. The place is a private apartment with a bedroom, bathroom and large living/dining room with a full kitchen. The place is fully stocked, has good heating/AC and is nicely furnished and decorated. Even has a fully stocked minibar with a wide selection of drinks for a few euros. The area is rural and peaceful. There are shops in driving range or you can use an app like Glovo for food. Definitely recommend.

Phenomenal, authentically Montenegrin ambience. a quiet place with beautiful nature. Cetinje and Podgorica very close. I will definitely come back again.

We stayed at Marina's upstairs apartment for one night so we could catch an early flight out of Podgorica. She and her family welcomed us warmly and were a pleasure to chat with. The weather was hot the day we were there so we used the air conditioning unit which helped cool us off. The apartment was spacious and we enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, we would highly recommend booking with Marina and her family!

Tha place is magnificent, good with tye Vila, the lac, the pool the rooms, kitchen, garden. it'sa piece of heaven. I definitely recommend it and would like to comeback again

A little bit off the beaten track but nice and very quiet. We recommend to order breakfast from Ivan, the warm fresh milk is delicious! And then go for a boat trip with him. One thing I would like to point out: The beds are so very very much comfortable we slept 10 hours! And it is so quiet there. We can only recommend this place
