Beautiful Oceanfront Getaway (Top Unit)

We visited LBI during the off-season during a period of showers and fearsome wind. Ricky's house could not have been a better spot. Restaurants and activities we sought were short drives away. (Well, the entire island is a short drive during November.) The home was snug, quiet and welcoming throughout the wild weather. We especially enjoyed the gas fireplace. Panoramic views of the beach and ocean, including Barnegat lighthouse and inlet, are awesome from two floors and outside decks. On a clear night, the sky was spectacular with even the Milky Way visible. The house was clean and well appointed with more equipment in the kitchen than we would ever use. We will gladly return.

Our stay at Karl’s lovely house near Bluemountain Resort was wonderful! Firstly, the design of the house is fantastic and perfectly suited for two families with kids. The layout provided ample space for everyone, allowing us to enjoy both togetherness and privacy when needed. The cozy atmosphere made us feel right at home, and the cleanliness of the property was truly commendable. We also appreciated the unique displays throughout the house; they added a charming touch and made our stay feel even more special. Stayed a weekend with 4 teens- more than enough space! Beautiful, spotless clean and very tasteful and comfortable furnishings. Appreciate all of the thoughtful little touches around the home- the teen girls especially loved the little shelves near the bunk beds for their perfumes and lotions. Games/activities available for all ages of child to teens. Had a bit of a rainy stay, but being close to many indoor activities didn’t put a damper on our stay. Monica graciously offered us more time at her place- free of charge because our checkout day had clear weather. Very thorough, thoughtful and responsive host. I’ll recommend Monica’s place to all.

We rented this home for a long weekend/ Easter family vacation. This home met everyone of our expectations and then some!!!. The location is absolutely ideal for sunrise/ sunset walks to the beach as the beach is literally in the back yard. The home was well kept with everything we needed . It felt like you were in your own home. I would highly recommend this home to anyone who is a beach / jersey shore enthusiast. Anything needed for family needs is within driving distance. We are looking forward to renting with O in the future!!

This was a great find! Having Kolmbach park a block away, big backyard with swings and climbing for the kids, and we all loved the pond! There are 2 frogs that have called it their home. We all had to adjust to the street traffic noise, which was a big drawback. Would definitely choose this again!

Both Donna and her husband could not have been more accommodating. They allowed us early access and even late check out because of some nuances to our trip that were ever changing. The home was perfect for our family and we even had extra space. The bathrooms were incredibly clean, and kitchen had what we needed to cook breakfast. Donna was so responsive, as was her husband, even calling my cell phone to reach me timely. We will absolutely be back and plan to book this well in advance next year!

Amazing Stay – Clean, Comfortable, and Perfectly Located! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at The Mariner House of Beach Haven! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spotlessly clean and well-maintained the house was. Everything felt fresh, updated, and thoughtfully designed for a comfortable getaway. The location is unbeatable—just two short blocks from the beach and right across from the Bay, making it easy to enjoy both sunrises and sunsets. Plus, having Bay Village, Fantasy Island, and great restaurants just minutes away made everything super convenient. The outdoor space is a huge highlight! We loved relaxing in the hot tub, using the grill, and enjoying meals outside. The outdoor shower was a great bonus after a beach day, and the half bath made everything even more convenient. Inside, the full kitchen with filtered water and brand-new ductless air made the stay extra comfortable. This home is truly perfect for families
