Debbie house was everything we needed and more. She was so quick to respond with any questions and had so many recommendations for the area. We are a helicopter crew working in the area and are moving around a ton. She even had a second home we could move in to with a last minute change from our side of work. We hope to stay at any of Debbie's locations anytime we are in the area!

This was our 2nd time staying here, and again we had a fantastic trip. We came with our kids, and our friends and their kids, and there was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing and offers nice walks as a family. When it's snowy, our kids love going across the street to play. We'll definitely be coming back!

Its a wonderful off the grid location. The house was great, warm and inviting. We loved the fact that we can see the trees from every window! We will be back if traveling again to the area.

We have stayed 3 years in a row. we will come back again next year. very peaceful, and quiet...our dogs also love this place. love the sound of the river and the trains. Ember and Chris had everything we needed for a memorable stay.

Great spot. Close to the water, restaurants, and store. We love Almanor and try to get up at least once a year. Nadine’s home was great. Clean, comfortable, and had absolutely anything and everything you could need to help make you feel at home. Even our Shepherd felt right at home. I would 100% recommend this property. Fit for two families with separate units, but just the right size to get all together for dinner! Thanks Nadine!!

We enjoyed staying at this beautiful home. Everything was ready to go right when we checked in and all amenities provided. Thankful for the bbq outside and the beautiful snowfall. We even made friends with the dog across the street, Dale. Would definitely stay again!

We came during the start of snow season in Chester area! Parking was easy in front of the unit, and the unit was already warm for us with central heater turned on. Tanya (co-host) was extremely responsive and supportive while we were in Chester. Though we were prepared for cold temperatures, she went the extra mile to ensure we had all the amenities we needed. The drive to Lassen was beautiful and easy from this location. Extremely close to Holiday Market in town and some places to eat after a long day.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean and comfortable, we were pleasantly surprised by all the amenities and didn’t want to leave :)

The property had stunning views from every room. The space was spacious, and the kitchen was well-equipped with all the essentials. I would highly recommend this place for a relaxing stay!

We went up with a family of 8, 6 adults and 2 children. The home was incredibly clean, location was easy to find, check in and out was very simple and easy. The neighborhood is incredibly clean, quiet, and relaxing. Brooke was incredibly nice and responsive to anything we needed. We will definitely be coming back.

Great unique place out in the country which was exactly where we needed to be for a family function we traveled from Georgia to attend. Easy 30 min drive to Reno airport. Grateful to have shampoo & conditioner provided as well as cold waters in the fridge. Stairs are shallow so watch your step but there are motion sensored lights to aluminate your path. Would recommend if in the area!

Best AirBnB rental we've ever had. Everything about the house and yard (fenced in backyard for the dog!) is accurately described in the listing. Clean, comfortable, well-appointed and beautiful home. We had a group of 5 adults (two couples and one single) and one large dog. Plenty of space to spread out in the house - for working, studying, napping, playing games, dining, cooking, watching a movie, and just generally hanging out. (Note that all of the bedrooms are upstairs, along with the two full baths, but the downstairs half bath and laundry room is very convenient.) Modern home, and yet warm and almost rustic feeling. We hope to return in spring or summer, and again in winter.

Our family stayed at this cabin for Christmas this past December and I can say it is an absolute beautiful place with a great location. With only about a 45 minute drive to truckee and local snow parks this location was perfect for our family. Upon arrival check in was very easy and the cabin was beautifully decorated for the holiday which we loved!! Amenities, location, and even family games were all great. We have created some of our favorite memories here, and we look forward to booking again. We've recommended this cabin to some of our friends and family, as we definitely enjoyed our stay here.

Sam’s place is so magical! We had a Christmas family reunion here and it was so perfect. Sam was an exceptional host, and extremely proactive and responsive. They had a lovely Christmas tree and decorations, and the house was cozy and warm and beautiful. Sam really thinks of everything families could need! We baked cookies and family meals, took the kids sledding with the provided sleds, and explored their beautiful property and the nearby trails. Thank you for an amazing family vacation!

We had a teacher's professional development retreat and it was perfect! We had the attendees stay here and the speakers visited each day. It worked perfectly for the vibe of our retreat while providing plenty of amenities. We had a few issues with some HOA reports but she was very kind and we worked together to fix it. We would definitely return.

Very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Would be nice to have a coffee maker - we brought our own coffee but not an option. Comfortable bed, couch and warm. Very enjoyable stay. And Jan was very responsive and concise with notifications/explanations. Thank you.

We were in town for a golf tournament and this house was in a great location right on the course. The house was exactly as depicted in the photos and exceeded our expectations. The host was extremely responsive and we wouldn’t hesitate to book this house again next year.
