A beautiful appartment with a beautiful view both from the balcony and the from the pools and lounges we got access to. The place was fully stocked and clean, pretty much like a hotel. the host was very helpful and reposive. A great experience overall.

Nuo was great. We arrived an hour earlier than planned, no problem, Nuo was there in 10mins to give us the keys and show us in. The TV was broken, no problem, Nuo went out and bought and installed a new one within a couple of hours. Great host, thank you Nuo.

I am writing this review in fear that I will not be able to book this place again in the future as everyone will want to stay here. The room matched the photos exactly and more. The parking was easy and everything in the compound was great. Will be back again for sure.

My family with our friends spent good time on this house ! We came to Koh Samet island only for 2 days in the beginning of this month. Miss Boonsong met us and picked us up to the house, she was very friendly, kind and useful , big thanks ! We would glad to come back again !

Perfect place to stay! Cozy and comfortable with a beautiful sitting area to enjoy your evenings. The property is spacious with a great swimming area. Shashank was a great host always just a call away whenever we needed anything. Would definitely love to stay here again!

Den was an absolutely great host!! Responsive, accommodative and kind...I "thought" I had my keys mixed up at 10 pm, and all I had to do was request, and she was there. The place itself was as advertised - not a photo off!! 2 rest-rooms, all conveniently places by the spaces we would use in addition to the 4 ensuite ones. A/Cs worked, fans whirred, hot water on-tap, cook-friendly kitchen...spot on!! So not hesitate, book it!!

The location is super private. There are couple of same style house that connected via the backyard. There are 4 bedrooms on 3rd and 4th floor. All have bathroom in it except the room on third floor with sea view. And still there are 2 toilet on 1st and 2nd floor. Kitchen, dining area, living room and dining area outside are perfect! We loved it.

It's clean and nice. I recommend it. The place I stayed is a big bed in a big room (much bigger than a king size). There is one bathroom inside the room. It was a structure with a queen-sized bed in a small room with one bathroom on the side of the living room. The air conditioner was also Samsung, so it came out well, and the water pressure was enough.It's old. Unlike a hotel, the disadvantage is that only one key is provided. (The security here is strict, so if there is no key, there is no lobby or elevator user on the first floor) The location was very good in the middle of Second Road, and the host responded quickly and well. From the large room and living room, you can see Pattaya Beach and the view is good. There is always a security guard at the entrance, so even if you try to get in by grab or car, if you don't see the key, you won't be able to enter. The beefter (steak restaurant) in front of the nearby accommodation is also right in front, and there are many pharmacies and convenience stores. I will use it the next time I come back to Pattaya. I highly recommend this accommodation.

The host Khun Pirasa was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to all our inquiries. We arrived quite late but they waited us and helped us with check-in process. The property has pool access, was clean, fully furnished, and well-maintained. Wifi connection is stable too. The location is excellent—conveniently close to the bus station, grocery stores, and a 7-Eleven, with taxis and public transportation easily available right outside. The price was truly worth it, and we would definitely book again. Highly recommended!
