With a car Sylvia’s place is ideally located in the quiet countryside (with rooster singing experience) not far from Dinan, st Malo and even the Mt st Michel. Felt very homely, we had a great time

Very nice holiday home for a family with kids. Sleeping arrangements were great and so were the amenities. 2 beautiful well laid out terraces, the exteriors are a real plus. The neighborhood is very quiet and the location is superb 15min from Dinard, St Cast etc so we recommend this place

We had a great week with our family at Alain's house. The whole place was perfectly clean. The kitchen is very well equipped and the garden under the sun is a real delight. The bedrooms are well away from the common room, which makes it possible to make greasy mornings. You just have to be discreet in the morning when you get up because the rooms between them are not very soundproofed. Nearby activities have allowed lovers of the sea or walks to feast. We also enjoyed a lot of all the board games available for young and old. The neighbor is always there to help. Special mention to the little cat Ruby and the two deer who gave us their visit! A great very quiet stay in this typical Breton house. Communication with Alain has always been kind. I would recommend this retreat of peace.

We had a great week in this accommodation, ideally located, close to all amenities, the beach within walking distance, all quiet. Very good welcome from Étienne and Valerie with whom communication was easy.

Ideally located 2 steps from the sea and the port of Cancale, in a very quiet environment, this rental is very pleasant: beautiful volumes and bright rooms, with a well-equipped kitchen. The playroom is great: good foosball games! The beautiful weather allowed us to enjoy the well appointed terrace and the pretty garden, with our four-legged companion (enclosed garden). We thank our host for their listening and thoughtful attention. Great stay as a family! We'll be happy to go back!

Amazing location, close to so many great towns and places of interest. Felt like the house was brand new, quite minimalistic but has pretty much everything you need. This was one of three houses to rent so we had close neighbours also renting, they were nice and some even provided some recommendations on what to do in the area. Very good baguette/bread and cakes at the bakery in Pleugueneuc which is a big bonus. Don’t forget your towels!

We had a wonderful stay at this house. It is fully furnished and very cozy. Everything is sparkling clean and well cared for. The bed was lovely and despite my asthma, I was not bothered by anything! there are 2 master bedrooms with bathroom and toilet, really superior. Qe have made nice use of the available bikes. You can walk beautifully on the path along the coast and what nice beaches in the coves. We stayed there for 3 nights, and swam on 3 different beaches. Highly recommended!!

Well-located house with a garden where you can eat and car spaces on the street. Very clean accommodation with all the amenities, very quiet and not very far from the beach and the city center. We did everything on foot and a small crossroads 500m away. We strongly recommend to people who want to visit Dinard and its surroundings Christine

Very well located accommodation, everything is within walking distance. Impeccable accommodation, Morgane is responsive in communication and made sure everything was ok upon arrival. The directions are very clear to access the accommodation. I recommend it, we had a nice weekend there and the location is superb. A little more (more pleasant in summer to enjoy) the terrace where we can see the sea!

My wife and I stayed at Laurence's place for one week in the off-season. She was very accommodating, especially given that we arrived rather late in the evening when we checked in and needed to check out very early in the morning a week later. The local recommendations she gave were excellent. The location was excellent: just outside the historic center (5 minute walk? Less?) and was also right by the waterfront (1 minute walk? 2 minutes maximum). There were plenty of places to eat nearby. It had its own parking spot. The apartment was both very clean and comfortable. We were very happy with our choice to stay at Laurence's place and we recommend it to others who are looking for a place to stay at St. Malo.

This apartment is in a really great location with private parking. You can walk to the beach, which is at the end of the street. You can get a bus to St Malo at the top of the street. There are shops and restaurants and Parame is lovely and peaceful. Maryvonne is a very friendly host and the apartment has all the equipment you could need. There was plentiful hot water all the time.

Great location on the sea front, 10 minutes away (walking) from intramuros. Very quiet appartment with all you need for a comfortable stay. Marie-Claire welcomed us with great recommendations about the neighbourhood and we felt at home right away. Strongly recommended!

Communication was straightforward and clear. Shopping facilities are a few minutes' walk away. Parking in the garage was also very beneficial.

In a beautiful entrenu park.....we felt privileged........Have breakfast facing the sea .. pure happiness......we recommend this delicious resort without hesitation..........
