Vacation rentals with lake access in Plessé

3-night stay for 12 people for the new year. The space has been a great fit for expectations. Fully equipped as at home and located in a peaceful place, close to the center of Sucé-sur-Erdre (5min drive). The activities present (billiards, foosball, tennis court and pétanque) were a significant plus that allowed us to have a great New Year's Eve. I would definitely recommend this place.

We had a great time with the family at Emeline's. The house is very pleasant to stay in, the decoration is neat down to the details. The bay windows provide plenty of light and allow you to see the river and the birds! I'm already thinking about coming back for a weekend.

Very good stay in Rieux, the house is quiet, it is very large and really allows you to meet with friends / family. Very good communication and arrangements with the hosts.

Charming house, with large spaces including a garden where it is nice to sunbathe. The host is very responsive and adaptable, attentive to needs. I recommend it 100% (especially for the value for money). On the other hand, be careful if you want to sleep in, the church bells ring at 8 a.m. and there are no curtains in the two upstairs bedrooms.

We spent 15 days in Bénédicte's house. Nice house tastefully and originally decorated with a very pleasant garden. Very clean. Good bedding. Green and quiet environment but within a 5-min walk from the village which offers all possible services. Lots of fun staying in this house and discovering the Vilaine area.

Maxime's apartment is particularly nice. The interior is well laid out and very cozy. The neighborhood is green and quiet, the bus (direct to the city center as well as the train station) is a stone's throw away. Maxime is very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend this listing!

Very good hospitality from Lynn to run a trail right next door. We didn't take much advantage of the comfort but it was very convenient with a very accommodating host for check-in and check-out times. We recommend!

The studio is as described, clean and has a good location. The only small downside is that the curtain was semi-transparent, which is not ideal for privacy. Otherwise, everything was spotless.

We had a lovely weekend at Marie's: the accommodation is neat, clean and comfortable. In the heart of the charming village of Champtoceaux, with a beautiful walk along the Loire easy to reach on foot. We recommend!

Our weekend at the cottage went very well. The environment in the marshes allows for a real moment of calm. The proximity to animals (donkey, sheep) and other wild animals (amphibians, birds) is lovely. Finally, the accommodation is very functional for two and has everything you need. Amazing stay at Bruno's place. We leave from the refreshed cottage and we will be back, for sure! Surrounded by animals and greenery, the park is very well maintained. The low class is on the rendezvous to ask for some bread, it's another world. There is everything to feel good, the bedding is comfortable and clean and the water pressure is good, everything is functional. The environment is quiet and beautiful. It's spacious, there is room for 4 people, the furniture is quality. Bruno had left us a little attention when we arrived and was always available and responsive when we contacted him. The value, price is excellent. See you soon:)

We had a pleasant stay Functional house. Well-fitted and equipped. Easy to park. The setting is pleasant and very quiet. The house is well located a few minutes' walk from a listed village. The owner is very responsive and spucious of the property are his hosts. recommend it in a second .
