This was our second stay at this listing (July 2023 and August 2024) and we will be happy to go back. The location is great just steps away from the beach. Beautiful sea view. Enough to bring the vehicle in so no stress to park. Very well equipped, nothing missing! Thanks again for letting us enjoy your home!

We had a lovely week in Benoit's house, where we immediately felt at home. The house is very nice to stay in (we particularly enjoyed the living room open to the large terrace ), large and very well-equipped . It is very well located (the beach and the port of Binic on foot in 10 min) to visit the very pretty sites of the area. We did not have the pleasure of meeting Benoit but he took care to inquire about our needs throughout the stay and we thank him for his availability. We'll be happy to go back!

We had an excellent stay! The house is tastefully designed and clean and is just a very welcoming place. Amenities are well thought through and easy to find. As others have said once you park your car you can do everything on foot which makes the stay even more relaxing. Sylvie was responsive and super friendly. Highly recommend.

Beautiful accommodation facing the sea. Everything was spotless. Parking space is provided inside the property. All you have to do is cross the street to enjoy the seaside walk. All amenities are present. I would recommend.

Beautiful apartment very well located and a few meters from the large beach of Val André, with local shops nearby: bakery, caterer / butcher shop, Friday market and a small well-stocked Carrefour 150 m away. The apartment is located in a small house with private access by a small staircase, above a quiet restaurant. In the apartment, a distribution of star rooms with a beautiful living room and a large very nice and well-equipped terrace that adjoins the kitchen area. Sufficient and modern amenities for cooking. Well equipped and well decorated apartment, and it feels good. Linens not provided, so be sure to bring it or rent it in advance in the area. We had a good holiday there in a great setting. An inconvenience reported to Marjorie for the future.

Very pleasant stay, very quiet and relaxing environment, clean and well-equipped accommodation except there is no washing machine.

The apartment is very well located in downtown Saint Brieuc, as described in the listing, which makes it very easy to get around the city and enjoy the surroundings. Also, the host's response was excellent - he was very attentive and quick to answer any questions or needs that arose during my stay. Although some details could be improved, communication and location made the experience enjoyable overall.

We loved the typical Breton stone house, its amenities (ping pong table, bikes available , wood stove ready to work, its 2 courtyards and its large garden ) in a quiet environment in the countryside 10 minutes drive from Paimpol . The house is perfect for hosting a large family with a ground floor where the day rooms are located and a fully renovated floor dedicated to the bedroom . Good wifi and perfect Glenn responsiveness. We recommend this welcoming and charming house.

Wonderful stay as a family! Everything was perfect, you feel so good in Catherine's house. It exudes the well-being and human warmth of a big and beautiful family! We feel that this house is made to gather around a large table or in a small group in the living room. A beautiful soul that we were able to enjoy with 😍❤️ the family beautiful moments of sharing and reunion, magnificent walks on the beach of the rosaries or on the gr 34 ❤️

We had a lovely family stay at Olivier's house. Great spaces and a great outdoor area ideally equipped for children! All the local shops at the foot no need to take the car which is a very important asset! Address to keep in mind! Great for a family!
