Family-friendly vacation rentals in Plemmirio

Our holiday with three families was fantastic. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space of villa Sofia: beautiful swimmingpool (though cold water end of October), a huge outdoor kitchen with possibility to cook on a gas stove or a lava stone, romantic setting of the outdoor table around the old olive tree. The extra entertainment tent is great for spending evenings together, having table tennis contests, as wel as playing pool or darts or table football. We also used the karaoke, it was a lot of fun. The (teenage) children could stay in the chalets with basic furnishings and the adults had three bedrooms in the ground floor apartment (sharing one bathroom). The parents of Benedetta stay on the property, but are very discrete. There are 2 small friendly dogs and some cats on the property. Benedetta received us on arrival and was extremely friendly. This is agriturismo at its best!

We had an outstanding experience here. Was excellent. Giuseppe was so welcoming and oriented us to the area and gave us recommendations. He really took pride in his and had a great personal touch. The space is very large and airy, I would say here without hesitation in the future.

Large and comfortable place, very clean. Very convenient to all neighboring beaches. Close to downtown and parking under the house is always available. I highly recommend it to all guests.

What a lovely house this is! With a beautiful garden all around and seating areas everywhere for sun or shade. The swimming pool and jacucci are perfect for cooling off or enjoying the evening. And you can walk straight to the beach or to the nearby pleasant town of Marzamemi. We immediately felt at home after we were welcomed by Rosanna. Fortunately, it was not a problem that we arrived very late. We had contact a few times during the week and minor problems were resolved immediately. All this ensured that we had a fantastic week in Sicily! ps : because we visited some nearby towns by car ( e.g. Noto, Syracusa, Modica, Marina Di Ragusa, Brucoli, Pozzallo) I had the opportunity to see a few other vacation rentals I found on Airbnb in advance. So happy I chose the perfect place!

The apartment was almost as described in the listing with few minor discrepancies, but over all great stay, feels safe and the view from the terrace is nice while chilling in the hot tub. The information about complimentary breakfast and snacks is a bit misleading but we gave it benefit of the doubt and figured it out with the responsive administration afterwards.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sebastianos house. The surrounding is very quiet and relaxing. The pool well maintained and refreshing. Everything is available (oil, salt, pepper, coffee etc), if you want to use the kitchen. There is also a nice outdoor kitchen and a BBQ, if you’re eager to cook on your own. Syrakus is only 15 mins away with the car and nice sand beaches could be found in Avola. You‘ll definitely need a car, as the house is out of reach of any public transport. Sebastiano was very kind and responsive. We would book it again! :-)

Everything was absolutely amazing! Would recommend this home to anyone thinking of coming to Siracusa and would definitely like to book this accommodation again next time! Perfect!

Wonderful host. Great location was able to tour the whole island on day trips. Great pool. Lovely walking around. Beach two blocks from villas.

A little slice of paradise, we loved swimming in the pool, picking fresh fruit and enjoying the sunshine.

Spacious and clean duplex, near good restaurants and with free parking outside. Fabio was a very kind and responsive host and left nice touches such as complimentary coffee capsules for arrival.

This place was in a great location and a wonderful stay. The host was extremely helpful and nice! Would absolutely stay here again.

We had the most beautiful time at this beach house and hope to come again one day! You can hear the sound of the ocean all the time, the interior is cosy and everything you need in the kitchen is there. The communication with Francesco was perfect. It‘s a gem.

We very much enjoyed staying at this colorful place. Very interesting layout of the flat and just next to the beach which was a lovely experience to wake up to. Giuliana is very flexible and we highly recommend to stay at her place.

Lovely quiet stay with a good restaurant. Nice people. Recommended if you like nature, peace and good food. We enjoyed it.

Magical location just a short walk along a private party to a flat, sandy turquoise beach, with pristine clear water. Alberto was an amazing host. Always on call to answer our questions. He gave us some excellent restaurant recommendations and even made some reservations for us. Overall, a fantastic stay.

Very friendly place, kind and communicative Vincenzo welcomed us warmly. There are free parking spaces near the house, which is very important due to the very center in which the house is located. It was very nice like home

The gardens and pool were lovely. The only drawback for us was that we like to walk when we are on holiday and the apartment was on a busy road with little in the way of pavements. Otherwise it was a lovely apartment and grounds with a very helpful host.

We spent a magnificent week at this beautiful villa with our family of four (2 adults, 2 teenagers). The villa has a wonderful rustic feel to it which we loved, and it has everything one could possibly need for a relaxing holiday. As for the host, as many have already said, Corrado is just the best!! He really goes above and beyond for his guests. Super helpful, kind and knows all of Sicily like the back of his hand. An absolutely spectacular location right on the sea. it's one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed at with incredible outdoor space flowing down from the house/upper terrace to the pool and a second outdoor area to the water itself, which you can reach directly from the house in two minutes or less. At the bottom of the property, you can swim in the pristine waters of the Plemmirio marine reserve in either a protected cove or in the sea itself, where you can observe a vast number of fish and explore the many caves coves up and down the shoreline.

One word describes our stay. Perfect! Irina was very helpful and easy to contact, the house was clean and had everything we wanted. The location has a lovely beach when you are bored of the swimming pool. There are good restaurants in the village and you are only a 25 minute drive to Syracuse. We had a car and visited other towns and places nearby but mainly stayed relaxing by the pool and beach. Thank you Irina for making our holiday special!

We had a very enjoyable stay at Jochen & Katia's place. The location is excellent, with several beautiful beaches & a supermarket all within a 15-minute drive. The nearby town of Pachino offers fantastic fish markets, cafes, and bakeries, & a 30-minute drive to Noto made for a wonderful day trip, even on a rainy day. The property is well-maintained, & the pool is a great feature. However, there were a couple of small issues that could improve the experience. The security lights in the rooms were quite sensitive, & any movement at night caused red and green flashing lights to disturb the darkness. It would be helpful if these could be covered or adjusted. Additionally, while the kitchen was generally well-equipped, a sharp knife would have been a useful addition. Lastly, our host Carla was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, ensuring we had everything we needed. Overall, we had a comfortable and convenient stay, but with these minor tweaks, it could be even better.

We were greeted upon our arrival personally by Valeria and Giorgio with a warm welcome. The owners are very kind, helpful and discreet. The house and pool are as described in the photos and the location is very nice and quiet. The house is very functional, equipped with all comforts and tastefully furnished. Ideal for a relaxing holiday in the middle of the beautiful olive trees of the estate. There's really nothing missing. We had a wonderful week. From here, you can easily drive to various beaches, beautiful Ortigia and other famous towns. We highly recommend this property, where we hope to return in the future. Fantastic getaway in Solarino. Well placed for day trips to anywhere in Sicily. Great host. Beautiful pool. Comfortable bed. Plenty of amenities. Couldn’t ask for more.

Each room has a separate bathroom, a beautiful pool area and all this in front of a fantastic backdrop in the nature of Sicily! We were there with 13 people and were absolutely thrilled!
