Overall House is worth for paid money > (1)we really enjoying the nice surrounding around the house, canoe rowing, photos talking from Pier as well as from the parked yacht that even do party / celebration inside the Boat.. (2) Great photos with sea & lake background around the house.

Needed a place for a few days… and fell in LOVE with this hidden gem!!! Amazing hosts- Lori& Mike are the best! They are friendly , helpful and inviting- while simultaneously giving privacy and space. Not to mention all of the amazing work they are doing in and for the community- check out their bio!! The accommodations were beautiful, peaceful and intentional. And CLEAN!! Every space well curated. Home felt like a hug- and was filled with treasures! Looking forward to a return trip!! I wanted to find a chill place to stay after a visit to family back east (family visits am I right?). This place looked great and also outside of the main Bay Area. And it was perfect. The outside patio area was peaceful and comfortable, and the inside is very nice! Probably one of the nicer Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at. The *only* negative is that the large tv is pretty close to the couch, so it’s kind of in your face if you watch anything (just a heads up I’d you’re wanting to watch a lot of tv). The outside is so lovely, though!!! I’d definitely come back here.

My family (parents, grandparents, and kids) stayed at this great waterfront home in March 2025. My kids loved the heated pool, hot tub, and kayak! We liked the well appointed kitchen and having lots of space to spread out across the five bedrooms. The only downside is that’s it’s a bit on the well used side and could use touch-ups here and there and one bedroom is a loft so we had to be aware of the noise level downstairs. That didn’t stop us from having a great time and using this as our jumping off point to the city (15-30 min depending on traffic) or North Bay for hiking, oysters, and wine.

Wonderful private secluded place that makes excellent use of the space. The hosts are fantastic and the hot tub and views are outstanding. Keep in mind it’s located in a slightly remote neighborhood but a short drive to Saul’s deli and Solano avenue!

Very convenient location. Easy access to freeway, food,etc. House was very clean, well equipped, and nicely decorated. Plenty of room for family of 4.

Tracy’s home is beautiful. The directions were clear, and the space felt open, inviting, and “swanky” with its mid-century modern aesthetic. We loved the outdoor area, especially relaxing in the hot tub on a foggy Berkeley morning. The neighborhood is very charming and great for walking if you don’t mind hills. The beds were super comfortable, as was the living room. We hope to stay again!

Great stay. Andrea is an amazing host and very accomodating. Awesome interiors. the backyard needs lighting but other than that our stay was superfun.

We had the most amazing stay at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how much natural light filled the space—it was bright, airy, and incredibly inviting. The privacy and tranquility of the property were unmatched; it truly felt like a peaceful retreat nestled in nature. The space itself was beautifully remodeled and the comfort level was off the charts. We absolutely loved the neighborhood—it was such a fantastic location! We were just a short distance from some incredible restaurants, and the hiking and mountain biking trails nearby were perfect for us. The surroundings were absolutely stunning, with gorgeous trees that gave the place a “treehouse” vibe, making us feel like we were living in a serene, upscale hideaway. It’s hard to put into words how special this place was—if you’re looking for a peaceful, stylish, and well-located spot to stay, this Airbnb is truly a gem!

Julia's home is exactly as described. It's nice and spacious while being extremely cozy. It really feels like a home which is exactly what I needed. The yard is particularly charming. Friendly, quiet neighborhood. Communication was stellar. I would love to stay again.

This place was so cozy and perfect for our group! There are a total of 5 rooms which was plenty of space for my group. Our favorite was the three bedrooms with the master en-suite bathrooms attached (it was perfect for the older people in our group). And checkin was very easy and parking. We will return again in the future!

Payal’s place is awesome, big house with lots of rooms for everyone in my party. Enough bathrooms for everyone. Very clean and very airy with lots of windows. The neighborhood is quiet and very near the shopping area. Wished we could have stayed longer as it feels like a vacation home. Thank you Payal.

We had such a great stay here! The apartment was stylish, clean, and had everything we needed to bring in the new year with friends. Also loved being able to park our car in a safe area and great walkable location to great restaurants / bars. Everything looks like the pictures and Frances was great at communicating if we needed something. She even left a bottle of rosé for us in the fridge! It was wonderful, would absolutely stay again.

Great place to stay in Berkeley that’s within walking distance to some good restaurants and bars. Street parking was available but we did have to walk a few blocks. Though this is pretty expected in Berkeley and it was a Saturday night.

Sunny’s place was a perfect home base for our stay in Berkeley. The location was incredibly convenient and the space was perfect for a family of 4.

Everything was great! The unit had everything you could possibly need for a trip (stocked bathroom, stocked kitchen, tons of extra towels and blankets). The neighborhood was also very quiet, which was great because we're light sleepers. I would definitely recommend this spot and would stay again.

overall good stay! love the amenities of the condo, especially the gym, very good equipments and space. the location of the condo is not close to any supermarkets or restaurants, but as we had a car, this was not an issue at all.
