Julia was very responsive even before booking the place. We were 4 colleagues looking for a base for 3 weeks while we were on a work trip. Julia's place was perfect for us - quiet location, easy drive to work and restaurants, full kitchen for weekend meals and had everything we needed for laundry/ drying/ ironing of our work clothes. Julia was also incredibly accommodating when we requested for extra linens and towels since we were staying for such a long time. All round great experience, it was really a home away from home for us! Only minor issue we had was that the sofa bed in the 4th bedroom that folds out to a bed (with a foam topper) is on the shorter side. So if you're a tall person you definitely got to call dibs on one of the double beds in the other room.

The place was great with a group of friends, even had leftover rooms.

We had a lovely holiday weekend in this spacious and well-furnished house. Our hosts were responsive and accommodating. We felt the house was set up beautifully and really had everything we needed for our large group. This place is a real gem and I highly recommend.

We had such a great stay here! The apartment was stylish, clean, and had everything we needed to bring in the new year with friends. Also loved being able to park our car in a safe area and great walkable location to great restaurants / bars. Everything looks like the pictures and Frances was great at communicating if we needed something. She even left a bottle of rosé for us in the fridge! It was wonderful, would absolutely stay again.

William was responsive host, the home was cozy coupled with many amenities. The back yard was a nice space, good experience overall.

We were in the San Jose area to spend time visiting our grandson who is hospitalized at the Lucile Packard Children's Hospital Stanford. The location worked well as it was close to my son's home and a reasonable drive to Palo Alto. The cottage was clean, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen was adequately stocked for our needs. We really appreciated the private fenced area so our pets had a room to roam. It definitely was so much more relaxing that staying at a hotel with pets. Rambo was a great host.

Lovely house in a quiet neighborhood. Amenities and supplies were as described, and the house had a very open, relaxing and warm flow to it. Great family trip especially with the heated pool in winter! Gina was very helpful and responsive with all of our questions ahead of and during our stay.

Would definitely rebook the place for our next trip to the bar area, and didn't find a reason not to recommend this place to friends and relatives if they have a plan to visit around those area. The place was exactly as described, and there were even welcome treats to warm us into the house. It's a pity that we couldn't enjoy the swimming pool due to the weather; reason why we are planning to come back during the summer. the cutleries and bbq tools were prepared spot on, so we didn't have much to prepare to enjoy a barbecue and prepare a meal during our stay. The place is located in a safe and quaint neighborhood, so there were not so much to worry about during our stay. The rooms were spacious and furnished with clean beds and tables, had a comfortable sleep and didn't have trouble working there as well. Loved the place in general.

Wow, what an amazing time we had at Geraldine and Joe’s place! The location was ideal for a small family gathering - close enough to amenities and activities, yet far away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Geraldine is incredibly sweet and caring and makes you feel like part of the family. The house was perfectly laid out for our group of 3 couples and 2 small kids - we each got our own private area with bathroom and rarely heard each other. The deck is expansive, well furnished and fenced - super handy for dogs and mobile little ones! We loved lounging and listening to the birds. We would love to stay again! Thank you!

This is located in a quiet and nice neighborhood! You can sleep with the windows open without issues. Alexander is a very nice host and is always available when needed and has great suggestions and otherwise will fully respect your privacy in a very proactive manner. You can use the pool upon request which we have done a number of times. The unit is a standalone dwelling and therefore fully private. You can park in the driveway and have your own entryway. I enjoyed it very much and only didn’t stay longer as he was already booked for another 4 months!

I wish I had spent more time at this Airbnb—not just because it was a warm and welcoming retreat after international travel and jet lag, but also because I could only imagine the exceptional hospitality Melodie extends to her guests. From the start, she was proactive, ensuring everything was perfect for my wife and me. The home itself exceeded expectations, even better than the pictures. The thoughtful decorative touches, an excellent selection of books, and an incredibly efficient central heating system made it all the more cozy. The dedicated workspace was a bonus for productivity. I sincerely hope Melodie keeps this gem available in the future, as I would undoubtedly book again for quick and relaxing getaways!

This was a GREAT Airbnb. The location was fab- very close to a local coffee shop (2min up the road) and close to Whole Foods. If you’re coming in for work at Adobe, Zoom, or Deloitte, this is a perfect location- less than 10 min to the office in a home where you can cook, chill, great backyard and fruit trees out front.

Michelle’s studio apartment was/is FANTASTIC! First, Michelle is delightful, and she has sweet, well trained, and BEAUTIFUL dogs. There’s an awesome shower, full kitchen—which was thoughtfully designed and stocked with pots/pans/plates and utensils you’ll need while travel-cooking. Very comfortable bed, too!! I highly recommend Michell’s room!!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Tina is a great host! She replied fairly quickly and had very detailed instructions. Space was enough for two people that could sleep in different beds. Looked just like the pictures posted. What you see is what you get. Bathroom was tidy and clean. Would definitely recommend.

This was our second time staying here. We love the location and ease of access for our senior dogs. Mel is always helpful and prompt with communication. We're looking forward to our next visit!

Merriewood Retreat was perfect for our multi-day stay. It is extremely peaceful and quiet, has a comfortable (and adjustable) king-sized bed, and an enclosed garden if you have a dog. The high ceiling and views of the garden out the sliding glass doors add to the relaxing ambiance. The kitchenette has a small fridge, hot plate, and microwave oven. Marilyn's communication was authentic and unparalleled. We will stay there again the next time we are in the Bay Area!

This was definitely the best airbnb I've found in the area! The space was private and comfortable. Plenty of clean towels, toilet paper, and paper towels (a surprising annoyance of mine with stays other places!). Responsive host. Helpful instructions. Felt right at home in the space. Clean and tidy. Comfy bed, pillows (actually 4 of them, thank you!), and overall temperature of the apartment. Easy check-in and check-out. One thing to note is that it is conveniently located across from bart station, so there is some noise associated with that, but you ARE in the city, so there's that. It didn't really bother me, just something to note if you're a light sleeper (but the bed was so comfy, it didn't phase me much!). I stayed for 12 days, and it was perfect for my needs. I would definitely stay again! Thank you!!

This is a great property when traveling with a large family. Lots of beds and open concept kitchen and living space. It’s in a very safe, quiet and clean neighborhood with easy access to the freeway and a main road nearby. The hosts thought of all necessities like toys and a pack-n-play. There was a crib in the garage that we tried to use, but would not fit through any of the door frames.. so I wouldn’t suggest trying to use that! All in all, great space for a home base with a large family while traveling.

We had a fantastic stay in Antioch! Craig was incredibly responsive and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The home was beautiful and clean, and the expansive backyard was a real highlight. When we mentioned having guests over, they thoughtfully provided extra chairs and tables, which made our experience even better. Highly recommend this place for its comfort, service, and attention to detail!

Julie came through in the last minute! Our original reservation which was made months in advance was cancelled less than 48 hours before check in... NOT OK! I must say a real human representative from Airbnb actually CALLED me and did all the research on other options to choose from (bc who has time 2 days before your trip begins??). Even offering to make up the difference if the new option was more expensive. That's how we were able to find Julie's place in a very quiet Redwood City neighborhood - bright, lots of dog walkers and a great donut store within a walking distance! The house looks newly moved in, so everything looked new and clean - modern kitchen, comfy beds and even Netflix account access for guests. A big plus. We appreciated your hospitality, Julie!
